7141  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: actual number of people using Bitcoin? on: August 13, 2016, 07:22:41 AM
We can not sure the total number of users of bitcoin in the world but one thing i sure that most of the people now are starting to adopt bitcoin and start using it and part of their life.
I don't care about that, seem like a miracle to determine the actual number, but once things is I know it's always increase and giving a bright future for bitcoin.

7143  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Preev Alternative on: August 13, 2016, 03:49:30 AM
I have used the site preev.com for many months and loved it.  It was an easy and clean, simple site that gave a quick conversion calculation for BTC to USD or whatever.  it loaded quick because there was pretty much nothing there but the drop downs and the numbers.  It has been going offline more and more here recently and I was wondering what other sites people use for the quick, on the fly conversions.  It was great when outside of the office and using a mobile phone because it loaded really quick.  Any suggestions?
But in this time I think the accuracy of preev site about their rate of bitcoin is decreased, sometimes the rate of preev is different with an exchange site or trading site, but yesterday the preev just getting offline because they migrate into a new domain .net like preev.net. I don't think it's a clone by preev.com
7144  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Free Bitcoin Debit Card on: August 13, 2016, 03:41:41 AM
You can also can get free virtual debit card from Spectrocoin or Cryptopay, just ask for card in their giveaway thread. But I never saw any company giving away free plastic debit cards.

i wonder that debit card from spectrocoin or cryptopay could be use to verify paypal because i am thinking to verify paypal by adding that debit card.
These bitcoin debitc card can be used to verify Paypal. I never tried it, because I don't use Paypal much, but many people already verified their accounts with one of these cards.

Well, if the card is handled by mastercard or visa i can say maybe the card is always accepted for verification in some companies. but maybe if the card is not handled by master card or visa I don't think it's can be for verification.
7145  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Blockchain.info Commercial Ad on: August 12, 2016, 01:42:27 AM
   Did you saw this?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1_W-7hd4T2I

Amazing commercial, I didn't saw nothing similar before. This is good way for promoting bitcoin and blockchain, we need more commercials like this for people who still didn't hear about blockchain. I like this commercial, and I shared it on my Facebook page right away, this is my little contribution for bitcoin community. I think everyone should do it!
After saw that, my first impression is " wow, that's awesome" the blockchain is starting to globalize their system into the world and this is very good in my minds.
7146  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin with Gift card? on: August 12, 2016, 01:23:06 AM

Can you explained about your gift card, seem gift card is not a credit card or debit card in my minds I think you can't using it. maybe if I'm wrong I'm so sorry but. if you can teach the detail about your gift card is better.

7147  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin mentioned on Mr.Robot Season 2 on: August 12, 2016, 01:06:34 AM
There were another two BTCs in the latest episode in the store that was closing down.  The shopkeeper lamented that "With this cash allowance, no one's coming in", suggesting that there were currency restrictions in place and people couldn't withdraw their money as they normally would.

But I don't think so the lamented of shops is refer to digital payment, but maybe it's possible because we know is too rarely the people is using a digital payment in real life.
7148  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How Africans Can Utilize Bitcoin... on: August 11, 2016, 11:59:56 PM
As far as i know, many areas in African is still underdeveloped & i doubt people who lives there have internet connection or at least a smartphone.

That's right I event reading some information about Africa. in there, the internet connection and smartphone is become a rare thing in there. Average the people in Africa is poor and they are not enough capable to using the internet because it's very expensive for them.
7149  Other / Off-topic / Re: If i give you 10 BTC what will you do? on: August 11, 2016, 11:44:18 PM
Right now I would put it all into LIR coin.

Its so cheap and its about to get pumped.

Wink
Okay maybe it's cheap but considering their volume, it always decreases I don't know what happen but maybe the LIR owner is holding their coins. it's not like a normal condition in this time the LIR volume is very drop. But nice advertising ,dude.
7150  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Lowest transaction fee . How long can it take ? on: August 11, 2016, 04:34:51 PM
It could never get confirmed. You need to cancel the transaction
"CANCEL'? Are you kidding me? how you can cancel your bitcoin transaction. I never heard if the bitcoin transaction is can be canceling by the sender. maybe you're just making a troll in here.

Cancelling unconfirmed transactions is easy. Just submit a higher fee double-spend transaction. For example: if you send a 0-fee transaction it could take a day before 1 block mines it. Then you send another transaction with the same inputs that just sends the money back to yourself. On this transaction you put a higher fee. This becomes more likely to be mined and will get included in the blockchain - invalidating the slower-to-confirm original.
it is really complicated the address will have mark " Double Spend". but if a simple method is exist,it will be a good way to cancel transaction
but i saw some wallet that do not allow me to send the unconfirmed bitcoin. what to do if i get into that situation?

7152  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are bitcoin ATMs worth using? on: August 11, 2016, 01:24:09 AM
Some friends and I are considering using a bitcoin ATM to do some online shopping. Would it be worth using a bitcoin ATM rather than just an internet exchange site?

What are some advantages and disadvantages to both? Any tips or anything I should know ahead of time before using an ATM?

Thanks in advance!

It`s not worth it man.Bitcoin ATMs are extremely rare and i don`t think there are any merchants who accept

bitcoin as paper money.Bitcoin is invented as a virtual currency and should be used as a virtual currency.

It`s more convenient.
That's right, it's not worthed for using bitcoin atm at this time but if you mean a bitcoin debit card it's soo bad because they charge the users with a high fee. but consider again for using bitcoin atm like from this site.

7153  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is the Future of Bitcoin ? on: August 11, 2016, 01:09:01 AM
i think in future bitcoin can accepted by all people in the world, and each people have "smart card wallet" when we can receive and send our bitcoin just put PIN/privekey Roll Eyes

If  bitcoin achieves the physical form like credit/debit card then I am sure it will get more popular and more people will start using it as people have more faith in something that they can hold physically.

It would surely reach to that point but it needs quite a lot of time to reach there as before that it needs to get adopted by resources in physical because without that people wont believe it and wont be ready to use it like how they use fiat.

just a concept, or dream : the smart card wallet have a secure protection, every one can see the wallet addres and the balance of bitcoin, but the privekey only stored by bank. in this case only bank can move the bitcoin, but the pisycal of this wallet is legal like normal money, Roll Eyes

i hope in future bank can produce it  Cheesy
Oh. I think someone is working at the bank or in to financial services.  Cheesy you have a cool idea I hope some will be reading this specially those bank owners but I doubt they are here.
Is the debit card funded by with bitcoins is different from what you are talking here? I think we already have that system but unfortunately,
A lot of bitcoin users is not exciting for using bitcoin debit card is caused by the fees is very high, I ever trying using bitcoin debit card but my first impression to withdrawal my bitcoin using that and taking $3.15 for fees in every transaction.
7154  Other / Off-topic / Re: What do you hate about Bitcoin ? on: August 11, 2016, 12:16:24 AM
i dont hate anything about bitcoins it is a perfect currency for me to be honest
Well for me its still not a perfect currency they are have no some feature that i want from paypal that will happen in bitcoin.
One of i want to add in bitcoin is reverse payment with costumer support if they can start a case to someone who not giving a good service or product..
This is i think the one that i want in bitcoin to add feature.. so that we dont need escrow for dealing some also we can use it also outside..
for me bitcoin transaction is an excellent tool, it's even better than paypal. although still not perfect, bitcoin has had a very high price compared to paypal, other than that owned bitcoin transactions are also faster than paypal. I do not hate any of bitcoin, and I think those who hate it are people who never lose in use bitcoin
What do you mean "bitcoin has had a very high price compared to PayPal"? and from what you can measures the PayPal from the price if the PayPal is just international wallets provider. I can say that's not a logic for me.
7155  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you trust to bitcoin casinos? on: August 11, 2016, 12:05:41 AM
Yes Bro I Agree with you Gambling is Not worth your Money And it doesn't give you profit because I Tried Gambling and I Lost My Some Savings in Gambling......
We Also Don't know the Full Information about the Owner so How we can Give our money to a Unknown person......
Gambling is not made for money making purpose. It made just for our entertainment. Yes, gambling always favours to House owner side. That is why they invested that much of amount and created the site. So in this, if you earn any profit in gambling means that is your talent. If we play skill base games, we too have a chance to make money.
But does it's correct for the users to called putting money on gambling is invest? Maybe for the owner of the site, it's correct to saying that is invest on there but for the people is better to say that is betting.
7156  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why we must trust with bitcoin? on: August 10, 2016, 12:07:20 AM
You can trust anything you want but maybe if that's will giving anything for you but this back to the personality of the person. wanna to trust or not. but maybe you can trust bitcoin and bitcoin will trust you and giving something for you.
7157  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitfinex owners - stolen funds and ponzi schemes on: August 09, 2016, 11:52:11 PM
The thing happened in bitfinex was clearly saying you shouldnt keep your btc in a exchange site. I wonder what site wil be the next to say the same as others that they are hacked.

next will be BTC-e and Kraken

I doubt it. Despite the skeptics, BTC-e has proven to be a stable and serious exchange since years. Regardless, one should not store Bitcoin on any exchange longer than absolutely necessary.

The alleged involvement of the Bitfinex founder in multiple Ponzi shemes, including the infamous BST raises significant questions regarding the nature of the "hack". The deletion of social media profiles is certainly not aiding in establishing trust.

It will be interesting to see the further investigative progress - if any is made. The significant amount of stolen funds should at least trigger significant attention from law enforcement.

ya.ya.yo!

You have a point.  His 'closeness' to previous scams says he did it.  I'll bet .5BTC he will be in jail in less than 6 months.  Even the US will try to get him because they have already been close to him in the past.  Good chance he won't survive this theft.

yeap, there are people who lost millions of usd. I don't think these individuals will let the things as they are because they own resources, they know people who can do "things" Smiley ... they will recover the money in a "way"(legally or not) or other.

That's enough of that kind of talk!  No violence.  Why would guys give $1 million to a guy with a known history of relationships to Ponzi?  You'd think these guys with $1million were doing their due diligence.

That's why you should all go trade with Kraken.  The others are fully bullshit.  Gonna lose your money.

regarding to Kraken, another illegal company. these ones are based in USA(very stupid thing) and they don't have any money transmitter license. why? because they are too greedy to invest like others (Gemini,Coinbase,Itbit, Circle, Bitstamp). So, it's a matter of time until you will hear "Feds shut down Kraken".

But, whether all of the bitcoin companies is an illegal company? and don't have a license for that? and running their business by shrouded?. like bitstamp, coinbase they're not having a licensed for that?
7158  Other / Off-topic / Re: du you spend coins on real life. on: August 09, 2016, 11:39:15 PM
i dont spend any bitcoin in real life right now, i think that the price of it is going to increase a lot in the near future so im holding it all for the near future
why we always wait to increase the rate of btc.... we dont know that we too are responsible for the rate of change.....if we spend the coins continuously then the market will have the BTC coin  and they will fix the rates.... but we store the BTC and we wait for the price to increase

Price will not go higher if everyone would keep on holding their coins, if people start spending their coins the it will have positive impact on price and taking it to higher level.

However I am exchanging bitcoins into fiat through localbitcoins and spend it, because many different stuff i can't buy in phisycal shops with bitcoins and it's very bad, i hope that bitcoin will be accepted in more shops soon. We need more adoption to overcome this problem.
Okay, like that. very difficult for using bitcoin in real shops without exchanging that before and it must become an obligation for me to providing some of my time to spending into exchange site in every week and I think it's not very efficiently.
7159  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Cloud mining with low invest on: August 09, 2016, 12:20:31 AM
Hashnest is the best option. With 20 USD which is almost 0.04 btc you will get 400 GHS there to try their service. Its not profitable but if you wanna have an idea how mining works you can invest there at hashnest. Once you know how it works and you are not happy you can always sell your GHS and get out from this mining operation. Hashnest has a way out if you want to not like the ponzies in which your money is trapped there forever.
Here is your answer Op. Cloud mining is not profitable investment anymore, and definitely not with hash power worth $20 (if we are talking about real cloud mining).
Don't bother investing in any cloud mining, real or not with $20. I would rather play Dice with that $20 with 75% win chance...
That's right, invest in cloud mining is like a gambling, you invest some amount but you don't know the KHS you will get is proportionate with your amount to investing in there but, seeing about the another factor like halving is make investing in them is very not profitable and just waste your money and time in there.
7160  Economy / Exchanges / Re: bittrex is not support for android on: August 09, 2016, 12:03:31 AM
Just share my experience and i hope there is update or explaining from support of bittrex. I always trade ethereum/ bitcoin but unfortunately bittrex is not support for android and it is become problem for because i can not make open position at any place , any time and any where.
ut for your problem is better to discuss with their support and giving a suggestion for them to making an android platform application for their trading site. it's very useless to writing in here because the bittrex support will no see about your problem.
