It's not house arrest, staying at home is the key to be protected and won't be a potential carrier. It's done by everyone to stay safe and we can't do anything with that and even you have received full shots of the vaccine, it's still recommended to stay at home.
And this isn't just an epidemic but a global problem for this disease and called a pandemic. As everyone stayed at home for long and will keep staying, it is true that it's an adjustment that everyone has to be done because we don't know how long this pandemic will stay and and when it will end.
I really didn't feel much of a problem since my job was from home (I am a freelancer) and I do not like to go outside. However my wife on the other hand was a teacher when this all started, she resigned from work last summer, and have been staying at home all this year, combine that with the fact that she likes to go outside for any reason at all (it doesn't have to be for fun, she literally likes to go buy groceries, anything outside of the house is fun for her) this year made her quite crazy. I do not even have the money for it (some bad projects I started causing me to lose all my savings) made vacation nearly an impossible situation but seeing how distressed she was, I am going to go into debt and still go to a small one week vacation this year, I can pay it later on in installments anyway. So, even though we say it is for our health, sometimes mental health overcomes the fear of pandemic, there are many like my wife that reached a certain level where they may say "I rather take the risk of getting infected and still go outside just to keep my sanity" and that is in hundreds of millions at this point. Everyone has adjusted to working at home, those jobs that can be done through computers and by working at home. But there's a labor force that cannot be sent home and it has to be in the premises of the company. I don't know but most of them are required to go to their job and company for the production or any type of work that has that kind of setup. And for your wife, I'm sure that many of the teachers have adopted online too, even if many of them are not really on this setup, there are now online classes. If you're going into debt then don't add another problem that might caused you like in gambling, do not gamble if you're already in that trouble. |

Who are those some that have told you that? crypto investments are high risk and have high reward. The high risk that it has is due to the volatility. I've been into cryptocurrencies for years and I can say that it's really rewarding but you must have a strong tolerance towards the market. You don't panic when you see that the value of the coins you hold have dropped and you just act as if it's very normal which is true. Cryptos are good investments if you're used to fluctuations and if you know how to keep your emotion when you decide for long term. |

Is there something big going on in Stake currently? I did a quick visit and shocked to see the number of online users which is more than 43k then it dropped significantly to 35k in less than 2 minutes. I have never seen such huge number before, even when there was a big event like the weekly stream and weekly raffle.
That's such a huge number of online users and right now it is 11560. That's still a lot of online users. It's probably that everyone was able to get a visit to stake and made that record within a few minutes. I haven't seen this number even with the 3x drop within a minutes, that's still record high compared to those casinos that I've seen that's having the difficulty to reach a thousand active users at the same time. |

It seems like Ethereum will reach a new ATH the second time again, hours back I read news that whales are investing 500million dollars on ETH which is a good plan that they are preparing for PoS algorithm rewards, the adoption rate looks way higher than BTc or am I wrong?
Where did you read that news? usually, there really are whales, unknown people, and institutions that are buying not just with millions but with billions as much as they can. Yeah, the change of PoW to PoS is going to make it profitable for them and that's why they're preparing before it happens. Altcoins will always be next when we see the bitcoin rally. Whilst for those people that are waiting for the bargain of bitcoin to hit $20k, we're doubled from that price and we've seen it go half from the past ATH and the highest as of the moment. It is unlikely that we see $20k soon and if it does then that really hits that we're in the real bear market by that time. We saw the bear trap when it's down by $29k and then eventually has recovered so fast. And that gives us some idea that we may not see that price again, hopefully not. I would say that if nothing completely unforeseen happens, like a real global disaster or some coordinated government attack on Bitcoin, we won't see $20k again ever. Retail investors and institutions would start buying like crazy as soon as Bitcoin drops below the $30k mark because everyone will consider that a huge opportunity. I would also consider it an opportunity. What I am 100% sure about is that we will never ever again see Bitcoin below $10k. For that to happen there must be an event that would kill Bitcoin in its entirety. That's what the holders are wanting and thinking, we don't want to see $20k again as we've been through a lot and those dips were worth it. Because with such plummets, it made bitcoin stronger and those that have doubted it during those times, they're for sure thinking that it's too late for them already although it's not yet and they have to wait until it bargains again but there's no way to determine if it's going to be at $20k again or under it. While they wait for that which is unlikely, they should buy every dip they see. |

To be honest, what he needs to focus on right now is to win the upcoming fight which will boost his popularity if he ended up victorious by completely dominating his opponent.
It is what it is that he needs to focus on, the political topic is really going to be unstoppable since he's already announced his desire to run for the highest position in the government. I wasn't expecting that it would be that quick to take my ROI but with the low price of SLP and AXS lately, the price of Axies is going to be quite down, and as well as the ROI range would take longer. I'm not advising you to invest in it until you understand it. I've done my research on it before I've bought my Axie team.
I've seen this axie Infinity on youtube and it's popular because of being promising NFT after crypto blade wherein another new NFT aswell . But you know the price of axie nowadays becomes very expensive probably its not worth it to buy as it keep increasing rapidly and for me in my view it has a potential to change prices when suddenly those communities dump because the price is too high already.. Probably its not recommended anymore in my opinion.. And much better to wait for new more NFT because it seems we're late to obtain good return from it. Yes, I know that the price of Axies became expensive already and that's why even though my Axies aren't that really pure unlike the others which really are expensive, I can estimate that the price of my Axies have increased as well, maybe x2 or x3. Because in the marketplace, you barely find those Axies that's really cheap and even those most useless Axies with only buff skills, no attack and damage, they will cost you a lot. That's why every Axie have became that expensive already and I'm just lucky to buy those Axies when they were cheap so I think I got in at the right time before the hype came. |

It will not be settled right away, it might take time as this is a lawsuit against Manny Pacquiao for breaching a contract but this issue is already over, people are already tired of discussing it, instead, they focus on the politics and what's happening now about this fight. If there's no success for Paradigm in stopping his match against Spence which we're hoping for. Then, there shouldn't be any problem as they have to settle this after the match. I think that Paradigm is really digging on this situation and put some heat on it but Pacquiao and his team knows how to handle it. I cannot think of it that why Paradigm can't just let it pass and if Pacquiao breached their contract, they should have contacted him because the announcement of his fight. The first announcement came from Pacquiao on his social media account and why they didn't acted on it immediately? they've planned it long before the match is about to come. |

I've only played Axie so that would be my obvious choice but, if it's the same as other NFT games that allows to earn then I'll also choose those games that has the same feature of earning. As someone who looks for another additional income while playing and enjoying the game, these NFTs are really giving their shots but don't be too hyped too because you'll never know if you've invested heavily to any of them, there's still a possibility that you may end up with loss instead of profit.

Can't remember that I've been into airdrops so even if pandemic or not, there will be those projects that are going to offer airdrops. As you see, there are many of them and it's only you to think of it if they're worth taking those airdrops. We'll, they're free so there's no need to think that much and just get as much as you can and see how many of those got value for real after their launching. But most likely, out of 10, you'll barely get a few of them and not even half of it has value.

Let's make the thread clean even though we know that he's going to run for president and look at the most recent situation that he's been with during his training. That's very nice that you got your profit already. I've been seeing threads about Axie recently even ads outside this forum. And your advise to do their own study, is really needed in every investment. Don't just jump because someone told you so. If you feel that the project is quite strong and they can deliver, then consider it, but if it is just because someone suggested, think about it. NFT is gaining attention after this DeFi hype, however, you need to be selective with NFT because not all of them will gain in the market. Yes, I've got in with the right timing but it's not too late but if you ever get into Axie Infinity, don't expect the same result as mine because I've only managed to get into it with a little capital so the ROI was too quick and didn't go long. It only took me 2 weeks which is the threshold for every claim or payout that each player can do while playing Axie Infinity. There are other NFT games that have been brought into hype but I won't jump in with those and I'm not buying the hype with those anymore and I'm staying to where I am right now because it seems profitable and sustainable in the long run. |
