7161  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is better in poker: bluffing or playing only with good cards? on: July 29, 2018, 11:27:04 AM
I've been watching some poker tournaments with Antonius, Negreanu and Cates lately. Most of the time the person with better combination actually wins, but there occur some great bluffs from time to time as well. Do you think it is better to fold if you don't have at least one high card in a pair or two cards of the same suit? Is it worth to try out overbetting tricks when you really have shitty cards? When I tried playing poker, overbetting usually made me fold, because it is a hard psychological attack for me and I am not the kind of a person that is willing to risk a lot. But I am bad at poker. What is your opinion on this matter?

Poker is a game with Bluffs and good cards to but each person needs to understand what's good for him and what's not, you may be good at playing with good combinations but equally be bad at bluffing, pokers pros can spot a fake bluff miles away and bluffing with them will only make you loose money, the art of bluffing comes with experience and should be avoided by newbies, they should trust their cards.
7162  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: NO! Do Not Invest all you have on Bitcoin and Cryptocurrencies on: July 28, 2018, 06:22:59 PM
I remember this rapper who had invested in bitcoins and forgotten about it today he's rich, what about the twin bothers who have invested they're rich, no risk no gains be happy with your mediocre life and that's what you want good luck, it's a long term game and let me tell you keep long term goals bitcoins has the power to make you reach and people have gotten rich but good luck with your decision.
7163  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Best way to cash-out on: July 28, 2018, 06:19:45 PM
Hi All, Living in Malaysia and the Gov. freezing bank accounts of Bitcoin exchange. How to cash out bitcoin? Is it easy to open an account in another country?

Hey that's very sad, however worry not there're many ways you can do it let's begin with simple one local bitcoins for your country and do a deal there. If not then look at currency exchange here do a deal here, if you want another option sell it to a person outside your country and ask someone else to collect payment or visit this forum to buy some goods or service.
7164  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Nowadays, even ordinary laptops can mine bitcoins. on: July 28, 2018, 11:05:01 AM
There should be a warning below all newbies post warning reading and following the newbies post might not be a good idea for you. It is a very bad idea, one your laptop will die a horrible death and even it survives it'll not survive for long, your electricity bills shall shoot through the roof and then you won't have a roof lol. Ps even after all the trouble you'll get nothing in hand think about it.
7165  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: July 28, 2018, 03:47:00 AM
Definitely true matches like this truly makes cricket again was at work so didn't play but would have been a very close call if I did, both teams gave it all they had and it can be seen why WI won but Bangla really played very well it's a shame all that separated them was 3 runs and it could have been an outright victory for them, really didn't expect WI to bowl so well.
7166  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: July 28, 2018, 03:39:57 AM
17-year old Serbian girl Olga Danilović reached semi final of tournament in Moscow! She outscored world's number ten Julia Georges 6:3 6:3.
She lost in qualifications to Badosa but she had luck to end up in main draw after some players decided not to play in Moscow.
Her dream came true! I can say that our future in women tennis is bright with this talent!

I have not seen this match but will definitely search for this, from what you have said she's definitely the next big thing in the world of tennis. I just hopes she's able to control her new earned fame and not end up making a mess like sharapova who had such a amazing carrer and now all that is left is tainted memory of her, when is the final and who's up against her it'll be epic if she wins it.
7167  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: SEC Commissioner dissent on: July 27, 2018, 05:20:11 PM
Yes his dissent is making news all around but guess we all got confused regarding the ETF, this etf was always bound to be rejected, the etf that matters is cboe etf that is expected to pass and that'll create ripples across bitcoins World but that is not expected to pass until march, this'll be ultimate thing bitcoins need, but now the long wait for it to come.
7168  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should we Re-Brand Bitcoin? on: July 27, 2018, 05:12:06 PM
No definitely not a good idea people will only get more confused and may loose all interest in it, rebranding may not always work there're many examples of it being a flop, I don't see anything wrong just let it be at it is people are liking it the way it is. There is already mass adoption so touching any aspect of it now would be disastrous.
7169  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does this sound realistic? on: July 27, 2018, 11:48:56 AM
Not at all it doesn't sound or even look realistic this a dumb thing people gamble for various reasons and there is no reasons to give the house the money. They gamble cause they may be heart broken, lonely want to have fun experiences in their life's that all is what is reality. I don't know where yiu found out this but as a gambler I do not agree with this at all.
7170  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is this any way to treat a customer? on: July 27, 2018, 11:30:46 AM
I'm bit confused here you are complaining about 40 free spins and then suddenly to claim 40 free spins you bet 60 btc? Or you meant 60 mbtc? Did you take screen shot of your earlier logs or the pop up you mentioned, I don't know why they would deny you a free spin but their history has no chat records, there's just to many loose ends, anyway waiting to hear what did they say to you finally.
7171  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you still believe in btc price predictions? on: July 27, 2018, 03:27:39 AM
I do believe but only the prices I believe are attainable since it's already touched 20k that is very much attainable for me. Now suddenly there's a lot of positivity boost coming in so if it continues 25 -30k is very much possible. If the bigger whales join in we may just touch 50k it's difficult to say if we'll but we may just reach it.
7172  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: International Champions Cup on: July 26, 2018, 12:07:42 PM
Looks like Liverpool mean serious business beating City in the friendlies is a statement of intent and a warning shot to the defending champions and others, also Manchester United and Milan really stretched it wished I knew match was yesterday forgot only would have played for a draw but a victory nevertheless for Manchester United. Eagerly waiting for Juve vs RM hoping Ronaldo comes and surprise all of course he ain't coming but just for fun he should come.
7173  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is gambling addiction mainly due to loneliness and dissatisfaction? on: July 26, 2018, 12:02:03 PM
Yesterday I watched a video about addiction on youtube: https://youtu.be/ao8L-0nSYzg. It was a real surprise to me that according to recent research people are addicted to drugs mainly because they can't bond well with people and are not able to live a satisfying life. The research shows that when an addicted person appears in a loving and caring environment, the addiction kind of disappears (even heroin addiction). I wonder what are your thoughts on this matter and whether you think you could say the same about gambling addiction.

It is quiet true that this may be actually be happening, gambling has often been known to give people an ardeline rush that sometimes they haven't felt it in a while somewhere else, it kind of sparks them and they find a reason to live again, even when I had a worst breakup I was able to survive it thanks to gambling so I find it accurate.
7174  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you play online casino? if Yes... on: July 26, 2018, 07:15:58 AM
I think this question is already on the mind of online casino owners, in today's world people look for quick deposit and quick withdrawal, even when they're withdrawing big amounts they want it quick delay it for a bit and they'll loose their cool. Then they want a mobile friendly speed up site, the owners has to optimise it for all mobile, desktop, iPad and so on. Most Important is the provably fair if it's not there used will never visit site.
7175  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA WORLD CUP 2018? on: July 26, 2018, 07:12:42 AM
A country of just 4 million people winning the world cup? That would have been historic... BTW.... around 20% of the world population reside in my country and we were not able to qualify for the tournament. On the other hand, Iceland (with a population of just 300,000) managed to qualify.

How did Iceland do that, its not even the size of a large city in population so they must have some amazing strategy or training in place there.  Or was it purely lucky and poor performance by the opponents along the way ?

What's even more impressive is that the head coach of the Iceland national football team is a practicing dentist and some of the players have other jobs outside football like their goalkeeper Hannes Halldorsson who is a filmmaker and I think there is at least 1 more footballer with a 2nd job I can't remember the name of at the moment. It's just crazy how semi-professional footballers can compete against football superstars and beat them at their own game haha  Grin I think Iceland has quality over quantity and the whole country, as small as it is, is very fond of the football game. And their Viking Clap is simply awesome!

Football is not about having millions of population it's about the level of dedication you have for it, the talent and the urge to play at the biggest level that's what counts. I'm sure next time round many teams will find inspiration from Iceland and Croatia.

Do you think it's fair for ozil to just walk out of Germany forever I thought we would hear from Messi and Ronaldo not continuing and suddenly ozil drops a a bombshell I, bit confused by the way things took place, none of his team mates have spoken for him and nor has the coach it's bad I think.
7176  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does crypto need to step out of Bitcoins shadow? Opinions please? on: July 26, 2018, 03:43:32 AM
The sweet and simple answer is no. Bitcoins is cryptos and cryptos is bitcoins, others are alt coins that just copied bitcoins and some even stole it's name. People only know about cryptos thanks to bitcoins remove bitcoins from cryptos there'll be nothing left the entire market will just simply tank and before one knows vanish. Bitcoins is needed for the safe and stable growth of cryptos.
7177  Other / Meta / Re: Theymos worried about traffic? What is reason for underestimate some proposal? on: July 25, 2018, 07:49:36 AM
Do you even know how a website traffic is rated? If you're not aware google keeps on having updates which sometimes makes your rankings up and for others it goes down, the serps never stay in a same position you need to constantly look for the updates, do seo and be in check so your statement that theymos has not commented due to traffic is baseless and is not supportive cause for traffic he needs to focus on seo, serps and the latest updates.
7178  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How much bankroll do I need to start a dice site? on: July 25, 2018, 03:18:59 AM
There can be no definitive answer to this, as it'll depend on how much funds you have, what plans you have from your site. What are your competitors doing in the same region, what is your target audience are they happy. Then you'll need in house team that's able to give support within 12 hours, and graphic designers who can play and make it happening. Visit other sites and understand it.
7179  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Motosport General discussion tread --- Formula1, MotoGP, WTCC, ETCC, DTM..... on: July 24, 2018, 12:31:28 PM
I guess this is when Merc starts gaining momentum and wins the whole thing again (same as last year)?  Vettel shouldn't have crashed.  I mean at least be at the podium or at the top 5 to keep close in points vs Hamiltion.  If he doesn't gain those points back, I think this race could haunt him.

It was a race I won't forget in long time like who imagined to win from 14th spot that crash is definitely going to haunt him unless he makes amends but chances like this should be taken up and not left he's let gone of a beautiful chance and I think he won't be happy with himself. It'll be interesting if he'll recover going ahead or he'll drop more points.
7180  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Kick against btc now and regret in future. on: July 24, 2018, 12:26:51 PM
Money is what the society accepts to be money. Human history has seen so many transformations when it comes to the subject of money. From barter trade to fiat money and now digital currency. But some nations are so rigid to change.well they will all regret soon because no country can stop cryptocurrency.

Many banks are now going back on their words and giving bitcoins and it's clients a second chance so only matter of days before all the banks bow down and understand that it's pointless to be up against bitcoins rather than embrace it and open a while set of clients their problems is they don't understand how huge the potential of bitcoins is and which is really sad, but I'm sure it'll change soon.
