It's crazy that they seem to already have a date but it's hard to find any official confirmation of this event actually happening.  On the Full Send Podcast you had Mike Tyson talking about fighting Jake Paul, but he says he'd never do it because he, "loves that little white fucker" and wouldn't want to, "beat his ass."  Maybe he's less friendly with Logan?

I am still waiting to see an announcement on the Impaulsive podcast.  If this fight is real, they're no doubt strategizing on how to get the most bang for the buck on the announcement.

Poor Paul George.  He thought he was joining a superteam to win a few championships with Kawhi Leonard and instead he's having to play the best basketball of his career only to take home one L after another.  He scored 42 tonight on 15-24 shooting and his team still lost by 19 points to the Portland Trailblazers who only had one player on their entire roster who scored more than 14 points.  That player being Dame Lillard who had 25 on 9-17 shooting...  I'll say it again, poor Paul George.  At least he gets to play for a team near his home city.

This Nets game is hard to watch. Everyone outside of the stars is struggling badly. I think they’re being exposed for their lack of a big man now that DeAndre Jordan left and without Kyrie they struggle to find the role players open shots. I think they’re going to have to figure out a way to get Kyrie on the court and look to sign a big man somehow or it could end up being a rough year for them.

Yeah, I always felt like the Nets roster was a bit awkwardly constructed.

But at the end of the day there is no reason to not believe that they won't make the conference finals and the very least.

They have enough talent and the addition of Patty Mills was huge. Just a matter of coaching and chemistry now.

Durant by himself should be able to get them to the playoffs so I'm sure they'll be ok.  I honestly don't see them even making their conference finals with the lineup they have though.  A shame because they assembled a monster team and it seems like it might already be slipping away.  I thought it was a mistake for them to ever let Jarrett Allen go.  They did manage to turn it around tonight and end up with more rebounds than the Pacers.  The first half looked ugly for them on the boards.

I wonder how long Ben Simmons and Kyrie Irving will continue to not play basketball...

Just wait till these get out of the gold and silver bug circles and become status symbols.

maybe a rapper or a celebrity will flash one in a music video, or Elon tweets about one.

I don't think you should be influenced by the whim of a celebrity but most people are.

I've been told that Boosie Badazz liked and purchased my coins but I've never watched any of his music videos to know if they ever made an appearance.  Maybe somebody wants to scour them looking for a glimpse of some NastyFans Minted Seats

I actually think this is pretty cool although I don't think I've ever mentioned it.  Boosie Badazz has over a million followers on Twitter (@BOOSIEOFFICIAL) and is seen quite frequently on social media.  He's likely the most popular NastyFan (more Twitter followers than Charlie Lee).  So if you're one of those guys who needs a celebrity to tell you to buy something, talk to Boosie about his NastyFans seats and then grab yourself some at https://nastyfans.org/mint

I’m just curious about Logan’s silence on the fight this far. It seems more and more like it is really happening but everyone involved is silently waiting. I guess they’re probably negotiating with promoters or something… I’m just happy Mike will be getting a bag and I hope he knock Logan out and shows Mayweather was never even close to him in the ring. This is a must buy pay-per-view.

What are we doing today? I’m not sure I’ll be able to place any bets or watch the games tonight because of some other things I have going on, but I gotta say it is tempting to throw a big parlay out there today with the Mavs, Bulls (maybe), Jazz, 76ers, & Warriors all looking like they should have a win in their future tonight. With no Nets or Lakers playing it’s a good evening to take off.  Smiley

I’m curious about the NFT. Can it be viewed now or is it unknown what NFT is linked to what card? Is there a place you recommend we go to read more information about this card and product line? I’m unfamiliar with it, but it seems like a pretty cool collectible, particularly for the Ethereum and NFT collector communities.

Tether for escrows:

I've been asked quite a bit about accepting USDT for escrow lately, enough that I've decided to offer that to users who wish to avoid the volatility currently in the crypto market but still want to make trades.  For my part, I am now willing to provide USDT escrow services in exchange for a flat gift of $50 (TRC20) or $100 (ERC20) instead of the typical % that I have previously offered for my services.  I hope this will help facilitate deals for some of the larger traders who want to remain safe and free from surprises while paying lower than 1% for escrow services.

While the Lakers woes continue, so do the Nets. James Harden is struggling big time out there with the ball. I had assumed this was because he spent his summer partying with rappers and is not in nba shape, but it seems like people are saying this is the result of rule changes taking the free throw line away from him. If it is rule changes to blame, the Nets need Kyrie bad at the point… I wonder how much longer this vaccine nonsense will rule all.
Looks like the new rule regarding calling fouls by the referees really hit Harden that bad. On average, Harden is taking 9 FTA per game but now he is only taking at least 3 FTA per game. A huge decrease and that is because of the new rules. The new rule hit him, Young, Doncic and those players who really like to lean on to the defenders to let them commit a foul. With the Nets currently 24th in offense and with a record of 2-3, they really need Kyrie but it seems like his ego still prevails and he still don't want to get vaccinated for his personal reasons and shit.

Well, the Lakers team still not fail to amaze me Cheesy
At one point, they lead by up to 26 at the 2nd quarter and they blew it all up at the 3rd quarter. Many here are blaming Ninja Turtle (Westbrook) but lets also blame his teammates who did awful on the second half. Scored 72 in the first half which is high already and only 43 on the second. I'm curious on what LeBron is saying to his teammates after the game Cheesy.

I didn't realize the Lakers were up so much until seeing the highlights played back.  Man, that is crazy...  Granted they've got 3 good players out with injuries, but they should have been able to win this game and seeing them get such a huge lead early showed that they have it in them.  I think overcoming egos is going to be the biggest challenge for this team.  As scary as it is for them to lose these games, it was to be expected that the season would start rough as they figure things out.  If they are still losing games like this after the all star break then I'd start worrying.

I suspect by this time next week it will be clear which way the Bitcoin market is going to send the price in the final 2 months of the year.  Halloween has proven to be a pretty bullish time during the last 2 cycles.  I don't see any reason why we won't see a repeat of that very soon.  This latest correction to try and take out excess liquidity before the run was badly needed and I think we might be loaded up and ready to go.  The next couple of days will likely see some consolidation, but the market is starting to feel like a coiled spring, and that's exactly what we want.
7193  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: SCAMMERS NEVER GET TIRED on: October 27, 2021, 07:47:56 PM
If there's one thing I've learned about scammers, it is that they will put in 100 hours of work to try and steal $20 from a victim before they would get a job that pays $20 per hour.  These people are the lowest of the low and have no problem putting in 100x the amount of work in order to steal from others just to avoid having to do anything worthwhile themselves.  The sad part is most of these scammers do have knowledge that would be useful to many on the internet, but instead of using their knowledge for good and helping educate others, they try to take advantage.  One of those paths has a future with a legitimate job, the other will waste your time your entire life and keep you from finding true success.
7194  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting on: October 27, 2021, 07:42:10 PM
The Lakers look like a good pick for tonight, even if they're down some players.  OKC seems like they're already in full tank mode, so unless something wildly crazy happens, the Lakers should be able to pull off the win.  The odds aren't really worth the win bet though in my opinion.  Sure, I think they'll win, but the risk (which is little) isn't worth the reward (which is practically non-existent).  So for today I'll just be watching the game and seeing how they're developing.  Hopefully Anthony Davis and LeBron return to Los Angeles healthy and ready to start getting some wins against decent teams.
7195  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: October 27, 2021, 09:55:20 AM

If AD and LeBron both miss the next game, the Lakers will most likely to have -2.5 again against the Thunder.

I would still take that -2.5 as the Lakers even without Lebron and Davis is still better than the OKC IMO.

Now that Westbrook already had the best game so far as a Lakers, I trust him to carry the team to another win against OKC.
Westbrook scored, 33 points, that's a huge improvement compared to his previous games, hopefully, this will continue but I also like to see Lebron and Davis be back soon.

We'll see what the spread ends up being.  Right now it doesn't seem to be reflected that AD is missing the game.  The biggest takeaway is that Russell Westbrook can put up big numbers in a Lakers uniform (even if he was snatching rebounds away from Dwight Howard).  On another play Russell Westbrook and Anthony Davis were fighting over a rebound that caused it to go out of bounds...  I think as the season progresses the stat stealing might become an issue, but we'll see.  Carmelo, Dwight, LeBron, & Westbrook all playing with their legacy in mind could lead to some frustrations.

I sympathize with the Astros and that gives this World Series some interest, although when my favorite is not there, I am only interested in watching a game 7  : )
Braves have started with 3 runs...(mid 2)

Something told me the Braves were going to win this one and I have a few extra coins laying around so I decided to toss some at the Braves for tonight.  It is looking like that was most likely a good call since they have gotten themselves a nice little lead at the moment going into the end of the game.  I've always been a fan of the Braves so it was destiny.  Maddox & Glavine were on another level back in the day and once they picked up Fred McGriff it was game over for the National League.  The only pair I liked more as a kid was Kevin Mitchell & Will Clark.

I threw a few bits at a Warriors/Lakers/Mavs parlay and some on the individual games. My thinking is that the Warriors are on a tear and the Rockets (playing the Mavs) are terrible. I’m also hoping the Lakers will build on the 4th quarter we saw the other night. Tensions are high and the old guys are pissed off. I’m just mad I won’t be able to watch the game.

Halfway and all my bets are losing.  Cry

GSW took the win, don't worry, they needed to come back from 10-12 points deficit in the third quarter, and in the last 2 minutes they hit their 3 point shoots, Otto Porter has 2 on that stretch.

Unfortunately, it's the same story with the Lakers again, the game are tight in the early 3rd quarter, but now entering the 4th, they are down by 12 point, Lol. Although Lebron got injured and maybe this is the story of the game for them. Mavericks has a difficult game against the Rockets but they've secured a 3 point lead.

A close one but I got the parlay (and I did end up getting to watch it).  That Lakers/Spurs game was a nail biter.  Anthony Davis looked like he was trying to throw the game for a minute there.  We'll have to wait and see how bad his knee injury is.  Russell Westbrook came through tonight and delivered the win.  He looked good for the first time as a Laker.  At one point in overtime AD was in front of him telling him to slow the ball and then he took off sprinting and dunked it.  Funny...  Carmelo was good for some clutch minutes down at the end too.  I still think Howard is being underutilized and they need to get Kendrick Nunn back from injury along with LeBron.  I see the potential.
7198  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: October 27, 2021, 12:42:18 AM
No LeBron tonight for the Lakers. He was held out last minute with an ankle injury. He was questionable before that and I’d hoped he’d still play. It might be a good thing for the Lakers after his defensive effort last game, but it’s early in the season to be getting hit with a test like this. At least it’s against the Spurs where they should be able to win anyway.  Cry

These 2oz .9999 gold NastyFans minted seats exist and would likely serve as a nice solid gold physical wallet for Bitcoin storage: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1306251

However, that's a bit of a moot point as they are not within your budget.  Still, they're the cheapest ones I've made and you don't see too many gold ones around.  I'm sure others will chime in with other options closer to your budget, but for a gold coin complete with a trustworthy key it might be a tough find at that price.
