I think I agree with you all, its already back in track and bitcoin is soaring again. It only proves that bitcoin is the 'real' bitcoin and no matter what kind of attacks, it will still stood high. The price is now dancing around $7400-$7500 and its the middle of the week. We may see a new ATH either this week or early next week.

I don't consider the economic situation in our country that bad. If even its bad its has nothing to do with my bitcoin activity. Actually I believed that bitcoin trading or earning has nothing with do with my country you are in, whether the economy is bad or good. Although if you are in a bad country, having bitcoin is a good way to at least help you get afloat and to have money, and somewhat enjoy freedom freedom and have purchasing power.

You are correct, such a recovery of bitcoin. Today the price continue to climb to $7500 and what? it just $500 before we can get it $8000. So its really possible to get it before December and at the end of the year the much awaited $10000 is the target. So guys just give holding our bitcoin and do not sell it off. |

There is no question that trading is profitable because you have total control over it. You can invest big or small depending on your capacity. As compare to mining or cloud mining which recently have been scamming people out of money. So I would never go to mining but will continue to go to trading, although there is risk, its up to the individual on how he/she mitigates it.

Bitcoin recovered already. More than $6800 right now. No need to worried about the price dropping and those holders are happy to see the price is going strong again. As for me, I continue to believed in bitcoin that's why I don't panicked and didn't sell. Just have patience and hold because we may see the price will continue to go up next month specially at the end of 2017.

I was so worried about the btc/bcash situation a few days ago, i was wondering what could happen if i just switched all my funds to bcash, i am lucky because i didnt had that mistake, i did not even move a single cent for that. Maybe i made some profits from daily trading with bcash, it was very profitable because you all know that it has been so volatile in the last few days, so i took that opportunity.
but it is going down, i think that it will be around 800-900 dollars by tomorrow, just screenshot this, i am pretty sure about that.
Indeed is very worry some for most of us. But I believed in bitcoin that I didn't move even a single btc on my wallet. The drop was significant but since we all known bitcoin will recover, and it did happened. The price is going up today while bitcoin cash is dropping hard and I agree with you it will settle down below $1000 or even bottom at $500 soon. |

no one can negate advantages of BTC in payment. I think big companies will slowly accept it to follow the trend but in their way for more convenient.
There is no question that bitcoin has a lot of advantages as well as disadvantages. But we have yet to really see how big companies will accept it. For one, volatility is the one reason why amazon is not yet accepting bitcoins. Maybe they will get like a third party to handle bitcoins payments. We can only hope that they will make the right decision to accept bitcoins or even just like to experiment accepting it to see if it is profitable on their end. |

i think they are a group which doing pumping bitcoin cash and finally its attract many traders to follow their trades and they still pumping until the price reach 0.5 btc. but after that, the price is getting dump so hard and now the price is around 0.19 btc. yesterday many traders following the pump and i am sure that they made a lot of profit from this.
Or losing on this one. The last time I checked the price is just above $1000 but a few days back its been pumped hard that I though it reaches $2000 correct me If I'm wrong. But its just temporary pump because today the price is having a roller coaster ride, sometimes you will see that the rice is up, then a massive dump, Obviously people who are behind this pump are taking huge amount of profits while those who bought at the top is losing. |

I m not sure but it seems the war between BTC and BCH is over and of course BTC won this war. Now there are many good project with low price. you can pick some of them. The most ımportant thing is you must never be a weekhand. If you believe project and team than no worries.
look lisk , ok, ltc , grs , vtc , omg , pay , adex and of course eth. buy some of them and just wait. dont sell but HODL . In the end you will be winner. There is no reason to keep btc now. It makes correction and i dont thing will go again 7K. 6.5k $ is fine.
On the other hand, I think this is the start of the booming of the altcoin market. They are all green because people have already gotten back to altcoin because the war on BTC vs BCH is done. BTC won and those who buy BTC is also a altcoin trader so I'm expecting in the next couple of days, altcoin will get the needed attention after this war is over. |

Its a good thing because more and more people are getting to know bitcoin. It may increase the price significantly in the future and that is good right? I haven't check the number of users here but I guess it already surpasses the 1M mark already. And it not just good for bitcoin but for the whole cryptocurrency as well. |

There is no such thing. Corrections always happened. As of the moment though, it looks like the panic selling is over, because bitcoin has somewhat recovered and even altcoins. They are all green currently. We don't know if the money coming in to bitcoin has stabilized because investors are constantly shifting between bitcoin and bitcoin cash. Let give it another day or 2 so if it somewhat "stable". |

Yes it is. Bitcoin is the best cryptocurrency for now and it has very good potential and no other cryptocurrency can replace Bitcoin in at least next 10 years. Because of these things a lot of big company spent a lot of money to invest in Bitcoin cause they can earn money from it really quickly and JPMorgan Chase is a typical example. But Bitcoin is still not legalized worldwide beside it's banned in some countries so not everyone can take that opportunity  You know, most times I think writers are very lucky, because there is always an opportunity for them everywhere lol. Though I don’t mean to say they’re better than developers and programmers, but I know what I’m saying, they can even be better than the two I mentioned. Everywhere I go online I usually see business opportunities for writers. Don’t think of getting into writing just because of what I said lol, it might not be your profession. Writing is not a small thing man. It takes a lot of skills, a lot of thinking and a lot of getting out of the box to do. If you are a writer you will know that. Not everyone have these skills and so many people pay a lot for a good writing. The only difference between writers and programmers is because this is a digital age and programmers are highly needed for their skill which is why they get paid a lot for it, which is still not an easy job too, otherwise everyone would be a programmer by now. Well there are writers that are born with this capacity. While others need to learn the tricks on how to become a good one. But yes, its not a easy skills and it takes a lot of practice to perfect this craft. I'm programmer and its not that easy too, plus technology evolves, so to keep up with the latest trend, you also need to update your skills. Although right now, programmer is very easy as compare to like 20-30 years ago. Right now its almost easy to create apps from scratch, unlike before. |

I could understand your feelings on seeing the ongoing fight between BTC and BCH.Some would be thinking of better to invest in some alternatives like ETC,Monero,etc.But they are just alts.they have not delivered huge results in the past.Better just hold your bitcoins as BCH price is fastly dropping $1,167 and at the same time,bitcoin price rising to $6,550.Switching from BCH to BTC is going on.
Sad to say that those thinking that the "flippening" could happened didn't materialized. Bitcoin is now gaining ground and peaking at a current price of $6500+ and I'm glad that I didn't sell it during the panic because I know that bitcoin cash wouldn't last that long. It is dropping so I consider that they are now going back to bitcoin. For the alts, really hard to say right now, as I haven't seen a good coin that is good for longer hold. Let's see how the market moves from bitcoin cash to bitcoin. Its gonna be fun!!! |

I think this problem is highlighted by the sudden shift of some bitcoin holders to bitcoin cash big blockers in the last few days plus FUD's. But when I look at the price, bitcoin already is rebounding. But as far as unconfirmed transactions, this has been with us for the last couple of years that's why scaling debates has been going on as well. I think this is a good case for some to move to Altcoins like ETH and Monero. However, I still believed that the foremost thing here is to make profit. That's why investors are still into bitcoin ecosystem. |

It's been impressed how Bitcoin Cash pump in the past of few days.
Many people then make a statement that BCH will replace Bitcoins in the future.
But nowadays, Bitcoin Cash began to be abandoned and prices dropped back. What really happened?

It is what is it. It was really for pump & dump. Do you really think that bitcoin will be replaced? I don't think so, If you are shaken and impressive by the pump, don't be and I hope you didn't swayed by them because once they dump it, you will just lose your money. Unlike with Bitcoin, we have a backup from Japan and money have already trusted in it. I pity those who will be trapped by Bitcoin Cash. |

Guys, Bitcoin's price is going back to it's track after a bloody nights with almost 10-20% of it's whole value (Nov 5, 2017). Bitcoin Cash's price swiftly went down from +70% to +16% (as of now). Most of the whales of bitcoin cash sold their BCH to BTC that quick. im looking at a new price point for bitcoin at 8k-10k before the year ends.
I think you talk to soon mate because the price goes to $6400 and it went back to $6100 and Bitcoin Cash is trying to comeback. Its gonna be a chaotic week to start because I firmly believed that this trend will continue, unless someone will really go out and dump their stash and move back to the other side to shift the tide once again. Just continue to hold and if you feel its time to take profits then go. |

I mean forks are there and if it goes over it it will increase price right?
Of course not just the price drop but price increased as well is temporary. The market is volatile that's why there's no sustainable price of bitcoin. If you talking about the segwit2x fork it was cancelled, that's why the price goes south today. But you don't need to worry, maybe we are just seeing a price correction, and not a crash. Because the price is still above $6K. |

I'm a week into this whole bitcoin thing so be easy on me. I wonder why you would ever sell a BTC ... For example: you buy 100 dollars worth of BTC but the price drops drastically. Why would you sell it when its that low? You KNOW it's going to go up again. You could wait a month (for example), the price will be up again. Or am i totally wrong here?
The best thing to do whenever its value is falling, is to hold and invest. We should not mind the backdrops because that's a normal thing on investment, that's particularly the risk on any investment. So since you already took the risj the moment you've invested, just stick to the plan since the market value of Bitcoin is continuously increasing. But sometimes there are prices that are really hard for traders not to sell their bitcoin. For example $7500 is a mental barrier, why? because the price is too high already and its really hard not to sell and cash out because if you get bitcoin at $2000 then you will have a good profit to make. But then again, if you are investing for longer term, you might not sell but just continue to hold and wait till the price is really very high that you can't resist to sell. |

I agree with some of the comments here, we don't need to be experts, Russia being a authoritarian regime wouldn't let like bitcoin or crypto's to be assimilated with their citizens because its decentralized. And as far as their announcement, I haven't seen anything concrete yet, no even the bitcoin mining they said that they are going to put somewhere. With that said, I believed that Putin would not allow bitcoin or crypto's in Russia, not even Vitalik could change Putin's mind on it.

How I became poor through Bitcoin and Altacoin
I joined Bitcoin trading June/July and that's the worst mistake of my life, thinking i could trade..
I got 10btc through graduate loan to pay back in January only for me to venture into Ethereum and Bitcoin trading.
Then segwit took place, it's was like a news to me, I saw all my coins crashed.. all i wanted was to make some income and help my dad but I got into money debt.. right now I left with fears of January..
Thou free airdrops has been my only hope for now..

I can't imagine your situation mate. Though my question is how can segwit, which is last Aug affected your bitcoin or altcoins? Bitcoin has soared before and after segwit, so there's no chance for you to lost. Maybe you lost if during the China crisis but you should know that its better to hold on that kind of situation. Well to start you should get a capital and buy bitcoin in dips and just hold. Looks like trading is not for you and maybe rushing into it made you lose as well. So just take your time buy in dips and hold on your bitcoin for long term. |
