How about balance transfer to a bank account? It's not instant but a couple of days you'll have money in the bank, typically less 3%. If you have good credit you can get a cc these days pretty easily that has anywhere from 6 months to 21 months+ interest free for purchases and balance transfers.
bank transfers are a lot easier. many people on localbitcoins sell btc for bank wire. |
