7182  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UFC 203 Miocic vs. Overeem on: September 20, 2016, 08:19:47 PM

Floyd Mayweather is an excellent businessman and knows the McGregor fight is a great deal. It will be a walk in the park for him in a boxing match. It can generate tons of money, so with the right offer it will happen. I know that I will bet a win for Mayweather and make some money myself too. I think Mayweather has one fight in him again before true retirement because he wants to hit the nice 50-0 record, this could be it.

Mcgregor facing floyd mayweather in a boxing match would be a joke and i am sure Dana white would not approve this fight outside of the octagon, since Mcgregor is contracted to UFC and if at all if the match is supposed to happen Floyd Mayweather and his team has to first contact Dana white rather than just hyping about facing a MMA fighter.Mgcregor wont stand a chance against Mayweather in a boxing match.

McGregor wants to make money, and Dana white is a businessman so he wants to make money too, same goes for Floyd Mayweather. It's all a question of how much money on the line there would be for the fight. Im sure they all would agree to do a boxing match if enough money is on the table. McGregor has a big ego and thinks he can beat anybody in the world and Mayweather thinks he can't lose and it's a walk in the park. All parties want to make a ton of money. I say it's very possible that this fight will happen.

If you said this 2 years ago I would of said NO WAY! but I agree I mean look how
dead boxing is. I haven't watched boxing since Mayweather's last fight lol. Also UFC
lets in wrestlers and stuff. They clearly understand how to adapt and be successful.
This may be the fight that has a chance to save boxing otherwise in 10 years I think
boxing has a real chance of being a dead sport.

May be it is a possibility but i highly doubt it would happen because,Mayweather retired from boxing,he would speak like this once in a while to let people know he is alive  Grin Grin he is a businessman and he is marketing himself,in his recent interview mayweather said the match against Mcgregor wont take place and so on. But Mcgregor's next fight is finalised, as always Dana White bent his ways,he will be facing Eddie Alvarez for a title match in the Newyork card in UFC205.
7183  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: September 20, 2016, 07:57:28 PM
Two days left to start New Zealand vs. India 1st Test match. Before starting this game, the Indian icon player pace bowler Ishant Sharma down with Chikungunya. And he ruled out of 1st test match. But the head coach of Indian team Anil Kumble stated that no replacement had been named for the pacer. Let's see how the Indian team will play without Ishant.

India is strong team in test format of cricket so that I also think it will be challenging for New Zealand to face them into this 1st test match, but I think India will manage to win this match.

to all my friends who are betting  for india to win the match,be careful as there is a high possibility for the match to be a draw,i highly suspect the weather conditions in kanpur as i could see there will be rain over the next few days.so if that is the case the match could end up being a draw.
7184  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UFC 204 Michael Bisping Vs Dan Henderson on: September 20, 2016, 07:48:53 PM
My bet is on Henderson in this fight @ 2.84 odds in nitrogensports. Remembering the last fight between them, Bisping could maybe have developed a fear for getting knocked out by him. So I do not think that Bisping will be aggressive on the outset. So a bet of over 2.5 rounds might also be profitable.
i dont think so Bisping will be having a fear of getting knocked out,Bisping was the one who wanted this fight in the first place,he was having any fear he would not campaign for a fight against Henderson after becoming the champ as there are several other fighters waiting for the opportunity ,before the Luke Rockhold fight no one expected Bisping to win as he was defeated easily by Rockhold in their first encounter.
7185  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is this site legit on: September 20, 2016, 11:37:07 AM
There's a good 90% chance it's a ponzi, like most "cloud mining" businesses.
From what I know they even give you a free "machine" to run and get the taste of it.
As a general rule, cloud mining is more likely to be scam than legit.
and with a ponzi you mean "fake.."

Ponzi in short term is a form of fraud ,you can very well read about ponzi in details here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ponzi_scheme usually cloud mining sites starts as a legitimate business and turns into a ponzi scheme when the profits turns out to be very less and since the difficulty level of mined coins increases with time the business model is infact waiting to fall at any time.

7188  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin to be international currency on: September 19, 2016, 08:38:12 AM
bitcoin is an international currency ,it does not have any border limitation and can be transacted easily all over the world ,since the evolution of crypto currency is pretty new it could take some time for all the business to accept bitcoin as a currency, dont be deterred by the current situation,it would change with time.  before the world war 1 and 2 no one predicted US dollar to be accepted as a global currency, only time will tell as you cannot predict the future.
7189  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: HOW MUCH YOU EARN/LOSE FROM TRADING on: September 19, 2016, 08:14:02 AM
I earn some from trading but not much I think till now in my whole trading career I earned +- 10btc but this is over the course of one year.
It's about a year ago I started and the first month was kinda hellish as I was just analyzing everything and reading but now I can make some profit finally.

what are the stratergies you are using, how you would know when a pump and dump occurs, since i am literally new to trading, only started recently and  i am holding pretty much .5 btc worth of dump coins in yobit i am not willing to sell those coins now since i am waiting for a price rise so that i can exit,is it a feasible idea or am i making a dump decision by holding those coins. i cannot understand on what terms the price increases and how to calculate the resistance values. if you could share your techniques it would be helpful for a starter like me.
7190  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Is it illegal for me to sell my Bitcoins? on: September 19, 2016, 08:08:04 AM
As long as you don't do it as a job, you will be fine.

And if you don't live in the US, UK or Germany; you will be fine whatever you do.

Still you better be careful and don't make many money transfers from your bank account.  Too many large amount of money movements from the same account will definitely take attention.

i didnt know about these things,i thought if you file the income tax returns correctly even your online returns and bitcoin transactions comes under online revenue and you would be fine, personally i dont have any experience since i never sold a huge stash of coins at one time, but i have filed all my returns, about the arrests that OP mentioned i do not think you wont get into trouble unless you deal with illegal items .
7191  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is that also happens in gambling ? Losing his wife in gambling.I am worried >:( on: September 19, 2016, 06:12:51 AM

This is quite a shocking news, indeed. Using his own wife as a betting tool for his self-satisfaction of his greed is unacceptable. I can't believe people would actually go this far in someone's limits.

i have not heard about this news anywhere else,i even tried google search and about this news but could not find anything else other than the site mentioned, if this is infact true i dont know how these things would pan out, gambling is illegal in india in the first place, may be he gambled in some illegal places and placed these sort of odd bets  Grin , atleast she had the courage to file a police complaint against her abusive husband,it is called progress  Wink
7192  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UFC 204 Michael Bisping Vs Dan Henderson on: September 19, 2016, 05:25:29 AM
If Dan Henderson could connect his right hand then it will be lights out and he could be the champ, he has being a champion in every other organisation and may be this is his time now to hold the UFC belt before his retirement.Since Michael Bisping has a boxing centered fighting style the odds given to Dan Henderson tempts me to put my bet on Henderson, Vitor Belfort Vs Gegard Mousasi is another interesting fight,i dont know how conditioned Vitor will be but Mousasi is a tough fighter.
7193  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Anyone ever stop gambling? but then gamble again? on: September 19, 2016, 04:25:20 AM
I've been stopped from gambling because tired or lose my money through gambling
and then on short time because i'm curious . I'm back to gamble again , but when i have good mood and have enough money.

Good to know that you are already stopped playing gambling because this don't give us really benefit on our entire day i might lose our bitcoin or money for nothing instead of holding them for our future purposes use like we gonna buy something new to use it t-shirt etc , that we could use for daily living.
that is true, you could atleast buy things like shirt ,sneakers etc with every single bet you make, but then it is just fun hoping you could win more or having the ability to foresee sporting events,i am sure who ever watches sports will predict or have an idea who is going to win the match,i just enter thoughts with real money Grin. i have being away from gambling for the past three weeks, offcourse after heavy losses ,but considering major whales are back and active here i am having a thought to start again ,may be with less amount, lets see  Wink
7194  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: September 19, 2016, 04:03:43 AM
It just practices match. But I hope New Zealand will give a good fight to India in this series. They have a couple of excellent spin bowlers. They can handle Indian batsman. And there batting lineup also strong. So I think we may get some good cricket in coming days. I am eagerly waiting for this series.

india always play spinners very well while playing at home and the team has some excellent players, i expect this series to an excellet showcase of good competitive cricket so we get good odds to bet  Cheesy  most of the time spinners coming from outside asia will find it difficult to adjust to the pitch conditions when they are playing their first series,if you take a look at shane warne debut series to the latest case, this has being the case. India does have a strong bowling unit.

7196  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Dark Net Market Vendors Reveal Their Day-to-Day Lives on Reddit on: September 19, 2016, 03:43:21 AM
read the article, sad to hear their plight, living a life of fear, they cant do anything with the money they are making, but one guy is doing charity work by paying his friends and relatives university fees but they could not spend the money in buying houses and stuff,if they could clean their act and become straight i think they could make a case of how the fortune occured, just tell the authorites that you are an early adopter of bitcoin and you used to mine and stuff  Grin Grin , i guess it is possible right ?, since he is making so much money annually, he doesnt need to do this throughout his life.

7198  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How about this for a winning run ($7600 made this evening) on: September 19, 2016, 02:54:31 AM
Yes bet in play, I'd never put a bet like that on before the game started as no realistic way you can win long term doing that.

glad to see the king maker of sports betting coming back. i was staying away from gambling for the past few weeks since i am out of luck and lost all of my money in sports odds,i would like to see yours prediction here. Congrats on your huge wins and changing all your past win to XMR is a good move ,did you move everything before the price increase or after that.
7199  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Big Bets with ingiltere on: September 19, 2016, 02:42:11 AM

7200  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: Which is the most SECURE Bitcoin wallet? on: September 19, 2016, 01:48:11 AM
Thank you for the effort, but it doesn't seem you know what you are talking about.
Let me be clear, I am on Bitcoin since 2013 and know a bit about it. I also wrote some articles on CoinTelegraph and a book about it.
But on the technical side I didn't dig deep into programming and security.
But I am also a little bit of a programmer, so I know something about it, that you seem to not be aware of.
Then let me explain: if tomorrow I make a wallet app, let's call it GODLIKE WALLET, and then I put it on the Google Store, anybody can download it.
I can make it open source: you could see the code on Github and check that there's no backdoor or any trick to allow me, the developer, steal your funds.
I could run loyally for some time, wait until its adoption becomes large, let's say 50000 installed clients.
THEN, I could make a new build, with a piece of code to send all the Bitcoins in the wallet to an address, and upload it to the Google Store.
People would update it, and as soon as they would launch it, all their funds would be transferred to my address.
The code on Github wouldn't be updated, people would trust it, and even if for just few hours, the compromised wallet would be live on the Google Store, stealing all funds from thousands of clients.
I would probably receive hundreds of Bitcoins.
I would then move those funds to some altcoin with anonymous transactions, and immediately reconvert those altcoin funds into Bitcoin.
There, the robbery is served.
But I don't know if this a realistic scenario, because I acknowledge that my know how doesn't get so deep into the mechanism, so I'm here asking this purely technical question about wallet apps and hardware.
I'm asking if there's a way to be sure about the purity of a wallet from the developers side, when one installs it or buy a hardware one.

i was talking about secure wallet providers who are endorsed by bitcoin.org and since you have a hypothetical doubt about them running away with the coins by creating a back door, will tell you this,if you are thinking like that you cant even come online, because literally anyone could hack or create a backdoor in the softwares you are using in your system and can very well steal every information and money you are holding. so if you are planning to come online be aware of the risk, as a registered company you cant just create a back door and steal all the clients money, you have to face the law and i dont think anyone would ruin their business and dignity for that, and for my technical ability i do run an IT firm .
