7181  Economy / Speculation / Re: should i buy or sell today on: July 16, 2017, 10:22:39 AM
Buy now and hold them for a couple of months or if you have the patience, hold them for a couple of years. I don't understand why people would sell them just because it increased like 10% of its current value.
That is the ideal trading for everyone. It is the basic form of trading where you buy and hold until you reach you target price then sell when the price become high. Because through this you could have a profit just take time to learn and to have knowledge about the flow of bitcoin price to not have a waste of investment at the end rather to have a earnings in both ways.

Well that probably is applicable to smaller altcoins that hasn't yet reached btc's popularity. Of course 10-20% profit would already be god enough as it's less secured than bitcoin. Btc though is a different thing since it's already got the attention of a lot of people and it's more likely to go up way more in a couple of years as it gets more attention and acceptance
7182  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I want to invest in BTC should i do it now or wait til after August 1st? on: July 16, 2017, 10:19:36 AM
I need advice i want to invest in BTC i have about 15k should i do it now? or should i wait til after August 1st just incase the price drops?

Please help me.

Thank you,
Brendon
Although I think August 1 won't make too much difference, but its better that you wait and see. Maybe the price will go down for some small length of time and that will be the perfect opportunity to buy.
So its better to wait for it as its not that far now.

Well by this time the prices of btc has gone down quite considerably, and i wouldn't wait if i were you. Possible that after aug1 the prices may plunge again but what if it doesn't? What if the corrections made actually pumped btc up once again and you may very well have lost the opportunity to profit more? Waiting is for selling btcs not for buying. You already have the opportunity now so don't waste it.
7183  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Us dollar crashing = bitcoin will start rally to 2,700 $ + ? on: July 16, 2017, 10:16:03 AM
Bitcoin will certainly continue to grow in perspective with corrections, but the overall trend will be directed upwards. But I believe in the dollar, because it is the main currency for international payments. Therefore, the dollar can not fall, as a crypto currency several times.
In one day we will see the cost of bitcoin in 50 000 dollars, but this will not mean that the dollar has fallen in price.

Yep btc to 50,000 $ , why not ?  Smiley

Whoah 50k i think is a little too ambitious. I'd prefer to wait after all the corrections have been made before making these kinds of predictions and i think even after that, your target amount is out of this world. Hopefully that comes true in the near future but i'm keeping it at a conservative expectation
7184  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: When investment goes -100% on: July 16, 2017, 10:12:09 AM
So I'm actually facing this dilemma at the moment. I made three investments in three coins at poloniex.
Now all three of those are down more than 100% of the value that I bought them for, so I guess I got no options but to wait it out. It may take long time to get back to the value where I don't lose too much, but that is the only option I have.
Have you experienced anything similar in your tradings? How do you deal with such situations?

Dude currently you and i are at the same dilemma. I also invested in three coins probably last month or may, one of those coins i've invested on already went up where i got 20% earnings but i chose to hold. Then the decline happened and the prices now are way lower than when i purchased those coins. Though i'm not giving up on them yet and i'm alright with holding for months instead of selling below my purchase price
7185  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Be Careful With Pumping Groups on: July 16, 2017, 09:55:50 AM
I was once invited by this kind of group too.
It is so good to be true that you will smell it is fishy.
Yes there might not be a registration payment but the fact that you will buy the coin that they will be pumping is where you will lose it.
It is a selfish move by the leader which have the highest amount and the one who will make a profit out of it.
I would rather invest in bitcoin which they cant pump just like that except they are a group of millionaires.

Don't ever trust those groups because group admin will be buying all the shit coins which don't have much volume before pumping it. Then he will give suggestion to buy that coin to the group, and he will start selling at higher price. Only he and maybe some otherwise who have bought coins before the pump only can make a profit, and most of other group members will surely lose their money. Don't join these groups and waste your hard earned money.

Yeah i realized that that's how they do it. It makes sense that they tell you to keep vigilant because the pump will only happen for a few mins and you have to be fast on your fingers to ride the pump. Though admittedly, i was able to earn from these pump groups a coupleof times.
7186  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: how to start trading with a very small amount on: July 16, 2017, 09:53:03 AM

Small amounts yield small profit too. It would be good to just use your small amount to buy cheap tokens and hold for long term and then sell when profit. You can buy thousands of coin when its price is just $0.02 and when the price is right, sell.

I'm trading with very small amounts. Like 100 ripple and so. I decided that it's not meaningful any more and I will try to risk more assets in the same time while trading.

Well if you're looking to up your experience about getting around trading, its ok to start with small amounts. That's because its easier to recover from a loss which would most likely happen. The more experienced you get, the higher you can raise the amounts of your trades
7187  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you manage ur emotions? on: July 16, 2017, 09:49:49 AM
Greetings!

While trading sometimes I drop back from my original plan. Such emotional decisions often bring loss cuz I tend to change orders on panic or when I mistakenly expect more potential income. How do you deal with that if you feel the same way?

Sometimes when things get really confusing. I just go back to the real world and said, I will do better next time.
Emotions are not the basis of success but our main purpose is to be successful so we should control that otherwise all the things that we have been working hard will become useless. Every successful trader has experience failure when starting up but by correcting the mistakes it will help us to be more matured and we will have the success in controlling our emotions as well, no way I will stop trading, for me this is my road to financial success.

Me too. I've now considered trading as one of my primary sources of earning and it seems i have a good way of handling my emotions when it comes to it. The key really is having patience to wait and avoid making rushed decisions due to excitement or anxiety because that's when you're going to lose money. I try to be relaxed as much as possible when doing trades and it worked pretty well so far
trading is in fact a very good and profitable source of earning money. I think those people who have some experience in trading they can really make good profit from trading altcoin. specially those people who are also interested in trading.
Well all of us was at a point when we're just starting out and for starters it's quite hard to have your emotions in check. We're expecting profits when we trade especially if we see other traders earning a lot so for newbies, it important to manage your expectations. It's highly possible that your initial trades would be flunks and that's why you have to minimize your high expectations for a high return because it will come in time
7188  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is the Biggest problem you have with trading / exchanging? on: July 16, 2017, 09:44:19 AM
The biggest problem I had with trading crypto is when xrp/ripple was pumping and the exchange site crashed so it was so hard to put sell order and then after a couple of minutes it dumped. I lost big amount of money that time.

Ouch i can imagine the anxiety you felt there. What exchange site would this be? This hasn't happened to be yet though i've thought about this scenario a lot of times already and i'm nit sure as well about what to do if it happened to me. I'm currently trading on three exchanges, yobit polo and bittrex and so far, i haven't had the misfortunte of that happening to me
7189  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC will up. dont worrry on: July 16, 2017, 09:40:27 AM
Currently, now it has gone below $2,300 and it might fell further as the panic about August 1 getting ticking. We hope this meeting will not destroy cryptocurrency because what ever affect bitcoin affect all others cryptocurrency. I pray this meeting be positive and that is what it ought to be because of the beauty of this great technology and services.

I am positive about the output of this coming August 1. The price dip for now is really temporary although grounded on some fears, reasonable fears I admit. But these are coming mostly from people who are a bit doubting about the stability of bitcoin in the coming days. For those who are positive and believe in the future of bitcoin, this is a mere opportunity for buying some more.
You should think positively because the upgrades coming can give us more improvement about bitcoin that i think we can use bitcoin more easily.
Don't be encourage to other people that taking down bitcoin because they are competitors that i think they are just taking down bitcoin just to gain their coins to increase value or the other people are just encouraging to sell bitcoin because they want to buy bitcoins for cheap price..

This is always happening every year there are people that actually still don't realize that bitcoin will be still remain and people who wants bitcoin to down just to buy a low price. watch the movement of the price today the movement are actually obvious there are still someone are supporting and dont let the price of bitcoin to more cheaper..

I agree. And even though btc's price continues to slide downwards, it's still far from the price last year when we're looking at under 1k. Panicking is the worst mistake you can do right now ans selling at this price would likely make you miss a lot of opportunity that almost certainly would come in the future
7190  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Altcoins are all down, so how do traders make their earnings? on: July 16, 2017, 09:36:50 AM
Hi still a newbie trader here. Just want to know. If All altcoins are down since last few weeks. How do traders maker their earnings during this bitcoin correction / retracement. All my polo coins are bought while Bitcoin is 2900usd in the past few months. Now I am HODLing like forever Sad All my coins are in bloody red, I have negative -20%  to -30% profit. Please suggest something.

They eventually earnin some coins i would say i earn from draco and other shitcoins that were suddenly pump then play with the market but in your case you need to wait until the price become normal after august 1 .just keep holding now and save your bitcoins in a hardwallet.

Yeah just try to have patience and look at the bigger picture. Though your entry point is at a quite expensive price, the future is still before ua and i'm pretty confident that btc will bounce back. As per traders, i think the most experienced ones still are able to earn from altcoins even though they're down most of the time. These people can observe fluctuations pretty well and can take advantage of any changes in the altcoin market
7191  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to increase BTC? on: July 13, 2017, 11:54:27 AM
Hey guys.

How can I increase my bitcoin money? I am a bit curious to those people who can easily make money “btc” grow fast. How do they it correctly?
Can I ask a bit of advice on how to manage it like what you do?
Of course I know many people here want to know too.

Maybe it is good to share a little of it. It would be great if we grow together.

For me, work for it that's it but in the other hand try investing, learn to trade or join in signature campaign but I prefer you participate in bounties campaign lots of it could help.
joining a signature campaign can give me a limited amount money. but if you have some experience in trading then from there you have good chances to make more and more money that i think we cannot get from anywhere else.

I think signatures depending on your rank can actually give you decent profit. If you manage to be lucky enough to get into a good campaign, you can earn .3btc each month which i personally can't complain a out anymore. Especially if you're trading, signatures are a very good way to earn for your capital
7192  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: did you place all your funds into bitcoin? on: July 13, 2017, 11:47:49 AM
Just investing in btc is a stupid thing to do. The future of your investing money just depends on btc which will increase the risk ratio and make you easy to lose money without getting anything. As far as I should divide the amount you want to invest in the other altcoins, this will save your money more.

What are you talking about? Its a lot more dangerous  when you invest on alts than just btc. When it comes to crypto investments, easily btc is the most secure out of all of them. Though it's not wise to place all your money as well in btc. Just think logically and you ll realize that the risk of you losing all multiplies a lot of times if you place your investments in one place
7193  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: $10 000 to invest, but at which price to buy? on: July 12, 2017, 10:45:50 AM
If you would get $10 000 to invest into Cryptocoins, at which price you would be ready to buy?

Well you have to decide firsf which coin you're going to invest on. With that big amount, its advisable that you diversify your capital into several investments and with almost all altcoins and btc down at the moment, buying now would most likely give you a profittable return in the future.
7194  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I'm panicking, tell me it will be OK... on: July 12, 2017, 10:42:31 AM
The decreasing is getting worse, the volatility in the market had cause difficulty for me to do trading, the price really unstable and unpredictable, but if you are a long term investor then there will be no problem, unless you are investing in alt coin, if you are investing in Bitcoin then you can relax
what to do ? It is just part of any type of market and unfortunately we are facing it within bitcoin market after the quick time from big bumps. Honestly I'm not getting worried on seeing falling prices of bitcoins because I am confident price will bounce back into multiple times from what we had with last bump.

Segwit activation will be the reason for next rally. Till then I like to suggest you to stay away from your trading because protecting your capital should be given higher priority rather than making new profits.
Usually I prefer to stay away only from fluctuating market and current market situations are giving good buying opportunity for any trader who has faith on bitcoins.

Rather than staying away from market, it would be good to go for buying time to time when seeing a new lower prices. When we cannot be sure about the bottom prices, it would be good idea to buy in average then no worry of never will be seeing a new lower prices.

in my view rather than buying bitcoin people should buy altcoins as they are dumped below their ico price and hype price, mostly invest in potential ethereum tokens as due to hype in bitcoin price fall.majority of traders are selling them,so it good opportunity for investor to buy them in bulk .it will certainly give better profit than bitcoin.

I agree. The altcoin market right now is blood red with almost all coins declining in prices and it would be high time for traders to take advantage of whats going on right now. Same with bitcoin, i'm also sure that these alts will recover so no need to panic because at the moment, that's the worst thing you can do
7195  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is it ok to buy bitcoins on ebay? on: July 12, 2017, 10:38:46 AM
Why go through ebay when you can directly buy though your btc wallet? I haven't yet heard of anyone selling btcs there and i'd think twice before even considering buying there.
7196  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: If Bitcoin skyrockets, how will it affect alt coin prices? on: July 12, 2017, 10:33:47 AM
This might be a dumb question, but I thought I'd ask it anyway. I've noticed that every time Bitcoin significantly drops it drags down the prices of alt coins. Now let's assume that the price of Bitcoin skyrockets in August. Would that increase the price of most alt coins as a result?

Depends on your point of view. From a Fiat perspective, most alts usually stay at more or less the same level. Which means that from a Bitcoin perspective, they drop like hell. Most alts only flourish when Bitcoin is somewhat stable or slightly growing.

Indeed. And those of us who were expecting btc to surge up may need to reevaluate our predictions or we may end up unprepared for a long 2017. Though i'm not yet losing hope here. Anyways the current price is still way above btc's price at this time last year. Hat goes with my other alt investments which are now all below the entry point when i bought them
7197  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Hold or Sell on: July 12, 2017, 10:27:48 AM
I think that bitcoin will fall even lower. So maybe now it needs to be sold, then to buy even more bitcoins cheaper.

Don't sell your coins now and hold the existing one and if price goes lower in next few days then try to accumulate more coins at lower price as selling now will give you lesser profits so if price goes down better to increase the volume of bitcoins in your wallet by buying some more of them.

Well i think a lot of people will already be in a loss now if they sell their btcs as bitcoin took its sweet time being steady around 2.5k. This may be the first time they're seeing a decline in btc price so hopefully they won't panic as most newbies would do. For sure the price will recover and if you really don't have any need to sell and only planning on doing so because of the decline, then do yourself a favor and just hold steady with your coins.
7198  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading is unpredictable job. on: July 12, 2017, 10:24:04 AM
Yes,trading is a unpredictable job as far as altcoin market is considered. No one could really predict that when an altcoin price would increase or fall down.Since most coins are pumped and dumped. But bitcoin market could be predicted to some extent. When japan legalized bitcoin, most of investors easily predicted that its price would increase and it happened. But still exact prediction is highly impossible. We should use some techniques like market analysis, reading price charts to minimize our risks.

Right. There are no accurate predictions on when the peak would be for selling and up to how low a dump could get to maximize the lowest price buy point but reading the charts can at least get you a decent entry and exit point that could mean profits. It takes time though to study charts and history and to look for a pattern to follow on a certain altcoin.
7199  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you deal with loss? on: July 12, 2017, 10:18:29 AM
I'm dealing with my loss. Actually I don't have loss in trading or selling bitcoin. Because I entered bitcoin when the price was not still getting to $1,000.
So there's nothing to regret if I ever sell bitcoin lower than $2,500 but higher than $2,000. It's already a profit for me so there's no need to deal with loss.
The time is not always the same bro, your good luck you never got to deal with your loss, but in future, it may come. But in trading, we can control our loss with our patience. Only the panic sellers will get more loss in trading apart from the normal traders will wait right time to sell and make money.

Exactly and if you have invested in good and reputed coin then there is no need to get panic even if price goes down as it will bounce back in future and you should worry only if you have invested in shit coin hoping that it will pump instantly but most of the times that doesn't happen which will result in loss.

Well there will be times when we will have to deal with a loss eventually. Probably in bitcoin we're a bit secured especially if we've been keeping btcs since last year but in trading ither altcoins it can't be helped. I get a couple of losses though the longer i trade the more relaxed i become because one of the worst mistakes you can make is to let your losses get to you in making your decisions. A loss is a loss so just let it be and focus on whats ahead
7200  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What does 'Pump and Dump' means in crypto trading ? on: July 12, 2017, 10:13:39 AM
Well these are just terms used for the movement of coins which goes up and down and determines when the best time to buy and sell would be. For me, a dump would be the indication of when the right time to buy is so i make it a point to check if a coin is dumping to see when's the best entry point in a trade.
