721  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How often do you join airdrop? on: March 19, 2018, 01:29:52 PM
I no longer go after airdrop bounties 80% are always  not real and some carry phishing links,so i have put them aside just focus on my normal bounties as in signature,Facebook, twitter and blogs.

Oh, I didn't know that they can do phishing links though. But for me, airdrops still works you just have to find a legit one and ask for an expert to see if it is legitimate or not. I never experienced getting phished because I always do that.
722  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will you HODL or sell if BTC crashes further down? on: March 19, 2018, 01:22:20 PM
I want to find out what your trading advice will be if BTC continues to crash. Are you going to HODL or sell. I personally have lost money so far Sad

Any way what is your trading strategy?

First of all, I don't have a trading strategy because I don't have any experiences in trading.

Now about if BTC continues to crash, the technique is you buy more and hodl and just wait for it to go up. That's it. You don't have to do panic dumps if you don't want to lose your money.

Hello. tell me please when you can remove the signature?

724  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Tips on choosing the right ICO on: March 18, 2018, 12:55:41 PM
How to choose the right tips for choosing a good project?

First, you need to do a research on that project, second, make sure that there is a good project development and the devs are working hard on the project. Lastly, being legitimate is not enough. The quality of the project is just important as it's legitimacy. Because you don't want to throw away your money to a project that is not good and not profitable.
725  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Over 90% of ICOs are a scam on: March 18, 2018, 12:50:27 PM
The founder of ETHEREUM said that over 90% of ICOs are scams. By participating in an ICO, you give your money to a project that probably will never happen. Every day a new ICO comes out ... but what surprises me is that many people invest their savings in these very high risk projects. I think it is much better to invest in real projects already listed on the stock exchange .... of which you know everything well ... For example, BANKERA looks like an ICO scam .....

There's no risk if the project is real though. That's why we do research to make sure that the ICOs we invest on are legitimate. But making sure that the project is legit by investing in real projects already that are listed on the stock exchange is not a bad idea though especially for beginners.
726  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto has gone to shit on: March 18, 2018, 08:00:39 AM
So says the guy wearing an ICO signature  Wink

I get what you are saying, but the problem isn't really the sketchy ICO and scam coins, it's the people that buy them.  If people did their research and invested only in the trustworthy projects and well established coins, then this would go away.

Yeah, but we should also consider trying to erase the shitcoins and scams. We don't need people who don't work on coins and just wasting the money of people who invest on their coins. And specially scams we should erase them because it will hurt the people who are just new in this world. How do you expect a beginner to do a research if they don't know a thing about cryptocurrencies?
727  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Real reason of falling down market. on: March 15, 2018, 12:21:22 PM
Is there any reason why there is such a situation in the merket? That's the worst scenario i've ever seen.

I think you are still new here and I just want to say that it is just normal. It will be back in just a few weeks specially in the 3rd and 4th quarter of the year. Just watch how this coins will grow and you will be surprised too.
728  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best coin for 2018 that is very cheap now? on: March 15, 2018, 12:01:04 PM
In your personal opinion, what's the cheapest coin or token with the best fundamentals to hold in 2018?

cheers!

For me, it's still stratis, waves and, ripple. (Ripple is the best). This three are still in the top coins and good project development. This are just three examples of altcoins that have a bright future. But there is also a lot to look forward to and this is just my own opinion.
729  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Red. red....RED...how bad is your portofolio affected? on: March 15, 2018, 11:56:24 AM
My coins value is playing around $2.0-2.5$. And because of the red days it went to $1.3. So obviously it affected my coins in a bad way. But we really don't have to panic and we should just keep on looking coins that are worth investing right now.
730  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Exchange KuCoin and KuCoin shares on: March 14, 2018, 11:09:46 AM
The exchange was born in mid-September and promises and wants to become among the top 10 exchanges in the world, as well as its "twin" Binance.

Among its features:

Reliability: KuCoin uses data encryption, dynamic authentication, multi-level risk identification control, and other systems to guarantee transaction security.

Fast: KuCoin claims that blockchain-based assets will be added to your account within 2 minutes of your transaction, with withdrawals completed in 10 minutes.

Safe Wallet: The KuCoin wallet includes multilayer encryption, offline storage in a bank safe, funds escrow, and regular auditing by the bank.

24/7 Customer Service: KuCoin offers 24/7 customer service through WeChat and other platforms. They claim that customer service issues are addressed within 10 minutes.

Discounted Trading: KuCoin is offering discounted trading until October 27 to encourage users to sign up for the platform. You can get an 80% fee discount (0.02% fee per trade) until October 27.

Profit Sharing Among Token Holders: KuCoin shares 90% of trading fees with users.

Referral System: KuCoin has a referral system where it gives 40% of a user’s transaction fees to the member that referred them to the platform.

Proof of Stake Bonus: KuCoin shares 50% to users who hold KCS on KuCoin’s exchange. You also earn GAS for holding NEO on the exchange.

Multiple Currencies: KuCoin currently offers all of the following cryptocurrencies: ETH, LTC, NEO/GAS, OMG, QTUM, PAY, CVC, EOS, SNT, KNC, BTM, BHC. By December 2017, the company plans to offer over 50 mainstream cryptocurrency pairs. By December 2018, they aim to expand that to 1,000+ cryptocurrencies.

Quarterly Buybacks: KuCoin will buy back KCS each quarter. It will buy back tokens using the 10% of profits collected from transaction fees. Buybacks will continue until 100 million KCS have been destroyed.

Mobile App: KuCoin plans to release an iOS an Android app in November.

What interests us speculators is its currency, much like Binancecoin: KuCoin (KCS) has a total bid of 200 million, but the company plans to repay half of them, 100 million, through a burning policy, as it is exchanging Binance.
Moreover, KUCOIN exchange will be the first exchange to list RedPulse (RPX), which will attract a large number of investors.
I therefore believe that many investors will be drawn to the new policies and facilitations of it, so its domestic currency, KUCOIN, is likely to follow the same exponential trend of BNB when it went from about $ 0.10 to $ 0.20 to $ 2-3 in about a week.

In my opinion, it can be a great and lucrative investment, at least in the short term; then you will see how it will develop and evolve the exchange!

Honestly, I also want to try this KuCoin exchange because right now there is a lot of hacking happening in the Binance exchange sites. And KuCoin's coin is also performing well as seen its ranking at rank 51. Another coin that is worth investing.
731  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How much is your altcoin down since January? on: March 14, 2018, 11:04:04 AM
Let's help the new buyers choosing in what to buy. Here're mine two which are down like 90% in ROI:

1. ITC: $9.15 ATH in January and currently $0.92.

2. SelfKey: $0.08 ATH in January and currently $0.01.

Mine's actually pretty bad too. I only have 2 altcoins but the other one I just received just weeks ago.

INS went to $12 and now it is at $1.5 makes me want to dump it at $3 but I want to trust this coin so much.
732  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Google too closing crypto ads on: March 13, 2018, 07:17:03 AM
Following the lead of Facebook, Google found suspending accounts, funds relating to ICO.
Google's adword platfrom was one of the prime choice of ICO and now it's getting ever more difficult for Project to get places to advertise.

https://cointelegraph.com/news/crypto-advertisers-on-google-adwords-report-ad-suspensions-and-account-terminations

The day seems not far facebook and twitter blocking the post links related to ICO.

This is a sad news actually because we might miss the best ICOs or projects that will be worth investing. But as long it doesn't affect the value of the prices I think we will still be okay.
733  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Best Bounties on: March 13, 2018, 07:14:02 AM
What is your experience with bounties, which of them get the most profit ? The smaller ICOs with less participants or the bigger ICOs with way more participants ?
Would be good to hear some comments of you, because I wanted to start with translation bounties Smiley

For me, the number of participants in a bounty doesn't really matter. It is still all about the project development of the campaign. Because after the distribution of bounty, you are probably going to hold the coins. Meaning, if the project's team is good the tokens you received will become more profitable because its value is going to go up.
734  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin next target on: March 13, 2018, 07:12:14 AM
Bitcoin just reached $16,920.50 with market cap $283 billion,

What would be the next Bitcoin target? $25k or $30k?

I expect it to reach more than 20k this year. Because I think it will start to rise again in ber months period and it will stay probably in 15-17k USD in 1st to second quarter of 2019.
735  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The biggest problem of altcoins on: March 12, 2018, 02:25:38 PM
....is their complete dependancy of Bitcoin. It really takes all the fun out of crypto trading.

No matter what kind of awesome progress some altcoins make....it doesn't change the trend upwards if Bitcoin doesn't allow it.

Pump and dump groups I also blame. Because of them I'm very positive that Bitcoin won't make it past 30 000 this year. 50 000 to 80 000 would be realistic without pump and dump groups dominating and controlling the prices.

Anyways, these things have to change somehow. The first altcoin developers who claim their absolute freedom from Bitcoin will be the real winners of this crypto game.

Even ethereum isn't even that close to bitcoin right now. I think bitcoin will be the king of cryptocurrencies in a long period of time. And I think right now every crash and rise of the value of the altcoins also depends on bitcoin.
736  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: invest only in bitcoin? on: March 12, 2018, 02:22:44 PM
Hello,

A question of a beginner, I read several articles that say better invest in bitcoin only (most of articles are from 2015-2016), but as bitcoin exceeds now $2500, I do not know if this rule still holds.

I want to invest a lot of money (let's say $3000), but I do not know if I have to invest only in bitcoin or other alcoins? What do you recommend?

Thank you

I think you shouldn't just consider investing in a single coin. It is better to spread your money in other different coins like ethereum, waves, and stratis.
737  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Holding is bullshit? on: March 12, 2018, 02:20:46 PM
I hold 3 coins espers-(3 years),insane-(2 years),html - (5 years) Shocked and price is the same....no moon ....I dont trust to holding anymore,any suggestions?

Holding is a profitable method here in the cryptocurrency world. But it doesn't mean you are going to get that profit 100%. All you have to do is to invest in the right coins. In your case, I think your coins aren't very good to become profitable. Because honestly, in 5 years you can become a millionaire if you just invest in the right coins.
738  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: If you could go all in one coin, what would it be? (Can't be BTC or ETH) on: March 11, 2018, 08:09:40 AM
Just a random, fun question to ask just cause I'm bored. Let's you had anywhere between 10 g's to 20's to invest and you have to go all in on one coin for AT LEAST a minimum 1 year hodl - but it can't be BTC or ETH. Which would you choose?

I'll definitely go for the rank 3 coin right now which is the XRP. Especially today the market went down so you can buy more and can be good for a 1 year hold. And you still expect this coin to grow in the next few years that's why it will definitely be worth it.
739  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: The next bitcoin on: March 11, 2018, 08:06:28 AM
A huge bubble? A fad? A hoax?

Whatever the cynics might say about bitcoin, the rise of bitcoin confuses those who dislike him, and makes his loyal followers rich.

Concerns about missed opportunities drive decisions about whether to buy or sell bitcoins, but they are also dangerous.

The spike in bitcoin has stung many people who missed the rally, driving them frantically to find the next bitcoin, or even better, cryptocurrency.

But the market has given us a question: is this really there, or is it worth investing in?

Finding the next bitcoin or even better cryptocurrency is not actually bad if you don't have enough money to buy some bitcoins. And bitcoin and best altcoins are worth investing especially for a long-term hold.
740  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: All coins to drop due to US Marshals? on: March 11, 2018, 07:57:01 AM
The US Marshals will be auctioning off approximately 2,170 BTC in slightly more than a week. There is already some discussion on whether this will affect BTC prices and subsequently altcoin prices as there is already some fear over what happened during the Mt.Gox dump.

The good news is that it seems like the markets will not be involved in this transaction and thus the impact should be minimal.

What do you think?

https://www.cryptoinfomag.com/2018/03/11/us-marshals-auctioning-off-about-2170-btc/

If this is the main reason, it actually affected my coin which is INS. It went to $1.5 from $2. I hope my coin recovers soon because I really hate to see it dropped really low because I didn't expect it to go like this.
