Hi guys sorry if I'm being thick don't really understand what scrypt jane is could you check this for me.
So I download the wallet on 1st February and make a user name and password. Correct?
Then I download the mining program and insert my user name and password. Correct?
Then I start mining with my 280x using same clocks as I do for other coins?
There are no pools?

I still haven't got my coins back or had a reply from support. What should I do? Have I lost my 0.2 btc? I tried contacting on troll box and twitter and this forum and support through the site still nothing I been trading for over a year on various other sites never had anything like this happen. |

Your btc balance is negative for the exact amount of EXTRA mooncoins credited to your mooncoin balance.
I repeat, if you would just sell the extras at the same day instead of waiting to sell them for more we would never have this situation so you can't blame us for this. And again, feel free to go to police with that as we strongly believe we did not break any laws by *giving you extra mooncoins* and selling them to cover our losses *when you have abandoned your account*.

we have right now a huge backlog on tickets. we are working on them to process them as soon as possible. some tickets we can process within a few minutes, some need more time till the sysop can take a look at them.
You always say this which means two things: 1. You need more support staff and better workflows. 2. You are working things in the wrong order (I already said this prior). CoinEX needs to fix both of these. I do your job for a living, have done it for a decade, understanding how to work a ticket queue doesn't take a lot of effort. If so many things require a sysop to perform -- which it seems just about EVERYTHING does -- you need more than one sysop. Two weeks ago, you said tickets like TFA receive priority, I've had a TFA ticket (4755) open for a week now. That's not really "priority" and as I said before, "priority" is always changing so if that's all you work on, you never work on old tickets. Clearly, this is exactly what is going on. So you been waiting for a week with ticket 4755? I'm ticket 5256 Guess I'll be waiting months to get my 0.2 btc back. |

I lost all my money in Coinex yesterday I went to buy 60000 Doge for 0.11btc and it glitched out took all my btc and left with with a negative balance of -3 Doge. The other 0.9 btc I have in the account has been frozen and I can't use for trading. So Basically I'm missing 0.2btc a whole weeks work gone |

I imagine contacting them would be your best bet. Your coins are probably still there, but if your balance doesn't reflect it, you won't be able to get at them without human intervention.
Yes I messaged them yesterday before I went to sleep on their support section and via twitter. I don't really know anything about the people that run the site? Do you think they will get back to me? 0.09 btc is still showing in my balance but is locked I can't use it for any orders and the 1.1btc/60000 Doge is gone completely. |

well it has to be in one of their wallets somewhere
have a look at your deposit in the blockchain see where they transferred it to
send them a query about why your coin ain't showing up in your account when its still
in the said wallet etc etc
I realise your BTC will get blended with other wallets/coin but it will still be in there
maybe you could use the timestamps of the exchange crash to figure out if
they moved any coin from one of their wallets during the crash

I can't look at any block chain all the money I have in there is money I pulled over from mining in little pieces and then traded back and forth. I really hope I get the 0.2btc back it's basically a weeks work for me |

Hi Guys, I was trading on Coinex yesterday when I put an order through to buy 60000 Doge and the website glitched out and took the btc off me and never gave me the Doge. In fact it left me with a balance of negative 3 Doge!! The other btc I have in there appears to have been frozen as well as I can't do anything with it. So total I am down 0.2 btc all gone. Is there anything I can do about getting my 0.2 btc back? |
