Trading On Coinex

Hi Guys,

I was trading on Coinex yesterday when I put an order through to buy 60000 Doge and the website glitched out and took the btc off me and never gave me the Doge. In fact it left me with a balance of negative 3 Doge!!

The other btc I have in there appears to have been frozen as well as I can't do anything with it.

So total I am down 0.2 btc all gone.

Is there anything I can do about getting my 0.2 btc back?

well it has to be in one of their wallets somewhere

have a look at your deposit in the blockchain see where they transferred it to

send them a query about why your coin ain't showing up in your account when its still

in the said wallet etc etc

I realise your BTC will get blended with other wallets/coin but it will still be in there

maybe you could use the timestamps of the exchange crash to figure out if

they moved any coin from one of their wallets during the crash

I can't look at any block chain all the money I have in there is money I pulled over from mining in little pieces and then traded back and forth.

I really hope I get the 0.2btc back it's basically a weeks work for me

I imagine contacting them would be your best bet. Your coins are probably still there, but if your balance doesn't reflect it, you won't be able to get at them without human intervention.

Yes I messaged them yesterday before I went to sleep on their support section and via twitter.

I don't really know anything about the people that run the site? Do you think they will get back to me?

0.09 btc is still showing in my balance but is locked I can't use it for any orders and the 1.1btc/60000 Doge is gone completely.

I still haven't got my coins back or had a reply from support.

What should I do?

Have I lost my 0.2 btc?

I tried contacting on troll box and twitter and this forum and support through the site still nothing

I been trading for over a year on various other sites never had anything like this happen.
