Yeah... it seems to make sense for a possible explanation... speculators holding off until the last minute to take some funds and push them into the Alibaba P&D...  so... question is... how much will come back to mumma Bitcoin and how soon?

Seems like win win, force market down with sell off, walk away with x amount of cash (and a BTC sold figure) profit from Alibaba pump, take profit and either
pop some in the hole in the water fund, or buy back same amount of BTC (at a now lower price) OR buy back even more BTC at a lower price.

You don't sell Bitcoins 1 day before IPO and also IPO is not for small guys. Bullshit mostly this as a reason, this was purely momentum triggered after nice work done the same way as many times before from the same wall-bear. But could still be some guys selling for IPO, but nothing spectacular.

I just got home, here's a Chart.

I'll explain after I eat. Smiley

I hope you already finished the desert...  Wink its classic recovery, but should be 70% certain to realize. Waiting for longer explanation. $415 needs to hold and pushup us.
723  Economy / Speculation / Re: Last hour I bought 20 BTC ( + 100 BTC before = 120 total in two days). on: September 18, 2014, 10:32:18 PM

727  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: September 18, 2014, 09:57:23 PM
It feels like in the "old days".

BTC please keep up the good work!

Volatility FTW!

Indeed. That spike on Finex was the fastest money I've ever made.

Bunch of jaded ppl in here, imo. Just enjoy it.  Cool

+1 (not the fastest but really fast Tongue )
728  Economy / Speculation / Re: SecondMarket Bitcoin Investment Trust Observer on: September 17, 2014, 08:27:37 AM
I wonder how they will react (the investors) if the market continues trending down. Steady buying? Or panic? I kinda imagine panic TBH, if it goes below $400.

I wonder what Barry is telling to the investors.  Cheesy

He is very quiet since the auction. Must be cooking something or he is just scared.
729  Economy / Speculation / Re: The Bubble Can Wait. on: September 10, 2014, 11:27:03 AM
Total believer/ Bull but now sick of reading about trains, the moon and feckin bubbles with the smallest peace of good news.

Damn this sentence is full of shit like you would still be living in early 2014. Good news all around and long time since seeing trains here.

Everything else is niiice.

731  Economy / Speculation / Re: I just bought 3BTC on: September 08, 2014, 08:50:21 PM
How so? You were still the trolling stupido few hours ago?
Waiting for fallling to announce his 0.1 BTC buy.
732  Economy / Speculation / Re: 120 would be the real bottom. on: September 08, 2014, 12:10:34 PM
Grin It is really funny to see how many newbies are scarebears trollers.

These guys are either paid for doing this trolling or are mental and jealous and wants to buy lower, no smart new user would be doing this.
733  Economy / Speculation / Re: Remembering rallies on: September 06, 2014, 11:45:42 AM
During the the April 13 bubble i was like "Bloody fuck BFL, finally deliver!".
During the November bubble i was like "WTF, i´m actually getting a positive ROI after all?".
This.
BTC or USD positive ROI? Quite big difference if you ask me...
734  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: September 04, 2014, 03:02:16 PM
So is there any news related to this bump that I am missing here?  Not that I am complaining. Wink

Yes, huge news: chart movement in last days and traders tension. As most of the time of huge moves, no other news.
735  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: August 29, 2014, 08:54:40 PM
monkey flipped to bullish on the daily.  like i even care.

Hey, the monkey is never wrong after all! Although I'm quite disappointed that there hasn't been a decent rally after breaking that wall on the ask side today. But hey, it's a Friday and we're in the green. Not bad!!! Not bad at all!!!

Could also mean slow Saturday will be red.  Roll Eyes

Anyhow, staying above $500 is a good sign and staying that and maybe even slowly crossing these $520-$535 resistances would be very positive.
736  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: August 26, 2014, 03:14:35 PM

it is sad how most Americans have no clue about what is really going around the world, and still think that USA is the greatest country in the world and the land of "freedom", when most of their follow citizen still struggles and cant get the basics of a free education and health care.

Free education? How do the teachers feed and house themselves?

The students don't have to pay all their lives for loans, their education comes from already paid taxes which goes to pay teachers and expenses of college... I for once paid annually 20€ for registration fee in college and another 40€ for my dorm room, then there is the student coupons (supported price from the government ) to use in restaurants.

If I pay my tax they better use it to make my life and the life of my children better, most EU and north African countries have this system, but in the US they instead spend tax money exporting "democracy" and "freedom" around the world, billions of dollars spent on war while millions of Americans struggle in poverty and losing the basic human rights, things that even central Africans are improving at.

Something smart from you. +1
737  Economy / Speculation / Re: rpietila Wall Observer - the Quality TA Thread ;) on: August 23, 2014, 08:52:34 PM
Today is one of the lowest, if not lowest volume I've seen since I bought my first bitcoins.

Less than 10k across Huobi, Stamp, Finex and BTC-e in last 6 hours.

Saturdays ar mostly slow and low volume. Anyhow stamp has 8k+ 24h volume which is not so low, weeks ago there were days with 1-2k volume. Not sure about Chinese exchanges.
738  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: August 21, 2014, 11:23:27 PM
Amazing recovery from those 2 dumps! Did not expect such market reaction...

No more sheeps who still believe selling at $450 was good idea. So good recovery since low 2 says ago that there is no point in selling medium term.
739  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: August 18, 2014, 11:13:14 PM
I'll be honest, I never felt more fear than today. I screwed most of my awesome net worth from March and looking it bleeding even more is frightening. I laughed all crashes before, even when I had nothing almost, but this time is diferrent as those old numbers are making me going through the mare, I was just one little step from dreams and now it looks far away  Embarrassed

Hopefully, that means time for reversal  Grin

If you didn't lose coins I wouldn't worry a lot long term... if you did, this is problem x 2.
740  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: LTC now at 3 dollars with the other altcoins. on: August 18, 2014, 05:15:05 PM
What made this coin stand out from the others and reach 40 dollars anyways?

Keiser, Max Keiser.
