721  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Pacquiao Now Stands as Favorite vs Thurman — Sportsbooks on: July 17, 2019, 04:12:02 PM
I checked Nitrogensports 2 days from the date of the event the odds are as follows

Manny Pacquiao -154

Keith Thurman +136

That means if you bet on Manny $100 USD, you will go home with $164 USD, unlike betting on Thurman, bet $100 USD, you go home $136 USD richer. What happened? Whats with the sudden turn of events?
722  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: {Sports betting} Watch out for "professional tipsters" on: July 17, 2019, 03:57:11 AM
You can find free tips all over on the internet (Reddit, for example). However, there are many "tipsters" I have seen on Bitcointalk that charge up to $150 to be part of some Discord group where tips are shared, boasting win rates of 90%.
If their claim is backed by fact that they did really win on their previous bet granting that their tip was provided 24 hours before the game, then we cant contest their claim. If its just a clain without any screenshot or post made before the game it self then that's questionable.

Remember, what you are looking for is how many units someone has won in the long run. If their tips were so good, they would use their own tips to get rich, instead of trying to market themselves to you.
Some tipsters would rather give tips than use their own money to bet. Not everyone have the funds to gamble and remember their tips are not 100% sure win, even if their claim is 90% of their tip won, theres still a remaining 10% chance that they are wrong.

725  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I don't know Bitcoin is, I just know It is taking away the lives of family on: July 13, 2019, 02:53:15 AM
Bitcoin has nothing to do with the unfortunate events in your life, so is dice and gambling. It's the behavior of your brother who used the money that is suppose to be used to feed your family and treatment for your sister. A responsible gambler only uses money that he/she can afford to lose. Money that when lost, he can still sleep at night and no family member will suffer of such loss. Please understand that there are also people who are employed by this gambling sites and this helps bring food on their table.
726  Local / Pamilihan / Re: the Philippines's first digital and crypto currency exchange online store on: July 12, 2019, 04:51:24 AM
The user name of OP sounds familiar, I think I used to transact with OP before when buying BTC way back 2015. I hope the site owner can be more transparent in sharing their whereabouts like a physical office and where to reach them aside from a mobile number in case of a delay or any problem that occurs in any transaction made using his site because all I can see is a mobile number and it might be a pre-paid mobile number.
727  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Manny Pacquiao vs Keith Thurman on July 20 on: July 12, 2019, 04:24:08 AM
Such a statement should not be shown because he is a professional boxer, because the actual proof is in the ring.
That's how they hype up the fight. At least he has mic skills  Grin
If you heard how Muhamad Ali trash talk his opponents, Keith Thurmans trash talk is just 3 from a scale of 1 to 10. Look at Mike Tyson, his mic skills is not that good but his promoter Don King speaks for him, however, Mike Tyson doesn't need mic skills, his hands make the talking. Manny Pacquiao is a gentleman on the mic, never heard him trash talk anyone.
728  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Let me introduce "Ending Game" on: July 11, 2019, 11:56:08 PM
I will say that now you very quickly reduced my desire to try to play this game.  I am always looking for good opportunities to please myself at least not a big win, but in this case a small percentage the probability of my victory pushes me away.
Isn't that what gambling is for? Isn't it that most games that we play in gambling the odds of winning is very small unless you play dice and set the chance of winning higher than normal. There's no thrill if your chance of winning is big and if the chance of winning is big, most likely the returns are small.
729  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading with goal setting on: July 11, 2019, 11:52:23 PM
I remember someone saying "Failure to plan for is like planning to fail" or something like that. I would understand if its a long term investment but even if its a long term investment, you still set a goal like how many years you plan to hold on to it, unlike short term trading or day trading you set a goal by percentage and it should be an attainable one.
730  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Manny Pacquiao vs Keith Thurman on July 20 on: July 11, 2019, 11:49:17 PM
I checked the stats of Keith Thurman and what surprises me is that aside from his last fight last January 26, 2019 and he won against Josesito Lopez through Majority Decision, his last fight before that was March 04, 2017 and he won via split decision. That means he was away for 1 year, 10 months and 23 days, he may have won on his last fight and yet odds still favor him, compared to Manny who didnt miss a year fighting regardless of the outcome if its win or lose.

I think the confidence of Thurman let the people think that Thurman has the upper hand, he is the underdog but I don't think the odds should be against Manny Pacquiao. 9 days before the fight, I think there is a chance that it will still change. Considering the fact that he's out for that long, it may be great to rest but in Boxing, that can ruin your career.
The question maybe if this fight will go to the distance or not. Keith Thurman last 2 fight are via decision. Majority of Manny Pacquiaos fight lately are going to the distance so I guess Keith Thurmans claim that he will knock out Manny Pacquiao is just a hype, I don't think he can deliver such promise to the boxing fans.
731  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Preferred crypto betting site ? on: July 11, 2019, 11:44:34 PM
Which crypto betting site is the best in your opinion ? Do you prefer sites that use large cryptocurrencies or platform which use their own token ? Why ? We would love to hear your opinion on this subject.

be prepared for some totally unbiased opinions here!
I don't like sites that use tokens or currencies I have never used or even heard about before
for example, there are some new sites that accept Onions but since I don't use them I'm not even going to check them out  since it
will involve reading about the currency, installing or opening a wallet, searching for an exchange where I can sell it,etc. = too much hassle
I think that Bitlser is the best cryptobetting site (check my signature)
13 different cryptocurrencies,3 different games,friendly chat,promotions and chat games,rains and bonuses
instant deposits and withdrawals is among the reasons why I play there, check it out,I promise you will like it too
Its now accepting 20 Cryptocurrencies. I was surprised I thought it was only 18 but upon checking its 20 now plus the Bitsler token. Bitsler may have a few games to offer compared to other sites but surely the games that is listed in Bitsler will keep them busy for a long time and the never ending promotions that the site is offering.
732  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Binance Cuts Time needed for BTC Deposits and Withdrawls on: July 11, 2019, 11:35:44 PM
Is there any other exchange site that allows 1 confirmation only for Deposits and 2 confirmation for withdrawals? Other sites might follow this if they don't want to loose users or their users to shift to Binance and as to Binance, its a sleek move but I hope they can handle all of this since it looks like their goal is to attract more users in their site.

734  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are the most unusual games you played in a crypto casino? on: July 11, 2019, 11:17:07 PM
What are the most unusual (or interesting) games you played in a crypto casino?
Can give an example of a site that lists a very unusual or interesting game? I don't think a gambling site will gamble in listing an unusual game as it might give that site not only a bad review but a bad image among other sites that only lists popular games. In my case I don't play a game that I am not familiar with, I dont want to end up loosing because I don't know how to play the game.
735  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Top 5 Bitcoin Dice Strategy Guide: How to Win at Crypto Dice on: July 11, 2019, 11:03:26 PM
Those strategy that you mentioned above may have worked for you but it doesn't mean it will work for others too. Like that Martinagale strategy, I have read a lot of feedback about it, most of them are negative, imagine you are already on a loosing streak and you will increase your bet until you win? Thats the easiest way to loose money if you ask me.
736  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com | The Most Popular Bitcoin Casino | V2 & New games out now! 👽 on: July 11, 2019, 06:15:47 AM
We did it 😍 🎉
The road to 8 starts now!
Let us know how long you think it'll be since we're celebrating again!
I'm not going to be surprised if Stake will be able to hit 8 Billionth bet in a month or even less. Stake already have its own followers and has a market share in dice game sites. Congrats and I hope there will be more coins to be accepted in this site and as others already voiced out, sports betting is something to be considered by the site owners.
737  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: More Exchanges Keep coming up( benefits or loss) on: July 10, 2019, 11:52:01 PM
Known exchanges don't list new coins or projects that easily, they follow a certain rule that they set before they list a coin, unlike those new exchanges, their rules are relaxed so that new coins or new projects are given a chance to list their coins or tokens however, there's also a risk that comes with it, we don't know if this new exchanges will run away with our money.
738  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔥 BITSLER.com 🔥 CASHBACK 🌟 NEW LEVELS 🌟 NEW RANKS🌟 CHEST PRIZES OF $35,000 💰 on: July 10, 2019, 11:41:28 PM
Bitsler has been updated. The main feature is a provably fair verifier so you can easily verify your bets and chests in your own browser as well as a new dynamic withdrawal limit.
Very nice update Bitsler

I found this thread and no update was posted in the thread that OP created, I am wondering if this has been solved or resolution has been given to OP Cant access my bitsler account
739  Economy / Economics / Re: If a pyramid runs forever, is it still a pyramid? on: July 10, 2019, 11:35:45 PM
There are MLM or Multi Level Marketing out there that is still around for more than 100 years and one of the most popular is Avon products which started way back 1886. They we're able to stay in business because they have a product that people actually use, unlike other MLM out with their main goal is to recruit people to invest and not to sell products, products that are useful and not just to say that they have a product.
740  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A Woman Travels to 7 Different Countries in 12-Week.Challenge using only Crypto on: July 10, 2019, 11:21:34 PM
This is a good story to inspire other people to start collecting and using Cryptos. Its very seldom that we meet people who are actually using Cryptos in their daily lives. Most are just holding them, keeping them until they reach their target and sell. In other words, for investment purposes only. I hope there is a site or a directory where we can spend our Cryptos so it will be easier to find establishments who accepts it.
