I don't see the big deal here. Shadowcoin people should be happy. The code is open sourced and credited. This is a validation of a component in their coin. Not sure why they're in here being pissy.

They decided to come by and help Bobsurplus by fudding this coin so he can get back in. They hate him so much, but play into his hands with such ease.
722  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][XST] Stealth-Coin.com | Tor | StealthText, World's first anonymous SMS Tx! on: October 02, 2014, 02:13:42 PM
You're claiming that constitutes some great improvement? I don't like this inter-coin bitching much, but it's pretty sad to see otherwise intelligent people acting like mindless cult-members.

For anyone who's actually interested in the tech (and doesn't need egomaniacal clowns like BobSurplus to tell them what to think), we're happy to have you over on the ShadowCash thread as well.

The shadow dev deletes every post he doesn't agree with.

The stealth devs have better things to do.

Also, you are here and your opinion stands. Ergo. No cult.

C-CEX is the best LOL. Testing 1 2 3 am I going to get a warning? C-CEX is nice. C-CEX C-CEX C-CEX C-CEX C-CEX C-CEX  invest in C-CEXC-CEX

Your a riot dude

If you lose coins at C-CEX, it is your own fault for being stupid.

Handle it with Coldfusion:

<cfif post CONTAINS "C-CEX">If you lose coins at C-CEX, it is your own fault for being stupid.</cfif>   Grin

Yeah, I need to write a bot and spend a little time filling it up with phrases.

But Arg says coldfusion is not the way to go so that's out.  Undecided

We understand your position on the topic and realize many have been wronged by what has transpired, but this is the wrong forum for this discussion and accusation does not lead to resolution.  Only when you approach a topic with a future tense can you reach any sort of agreement, unless you do not wish for an agreement and only seek to place blame.  Then yes, I'd have to agree, it's a child's quarrel.

You don't understand.

It's not about quarreling or resolution. It is about public education and preempting scam.

So let me state it for you again so there is no ambiguity:

If you lose coins by keeping them at C-CEX, it is your own fault. Do not trade at C-CEX. You have been warned.

Again, I will have the last word. If you want me to reissue this warning just reply to my post or comment about C-CEX in any way.
726  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [SSD] Sonic - 1st TOR with functional anon send - Steganography based Anon App on: September 30, 2014, 05:36:59 PM
i dont think anyone believes c-cex deliberately lost or stole the coins, the problem here is that they are refusing to repay the money they owe

Well, user tx42 certainly seems to think that they deliberately stole the coins, which is a pretty silly presumption for an exchange which has been making a lot of progress over the last few months.

Except that you are a paid shill for that scam exchange C-CEX.

enough is enough ! stop this child's quarrel.

Except it's not a quarrel. The scam exchange C-CEX will taint the coins it lists. People need to understand that the scam is with C-CEX, not the coins.

[note]

If you want me to stop about C-CEX, do not mention it or I will reassert that C-CEX is a scam exchange. I will get the last word on this topic and the last word will be that C-CEX is a scam exchange.

I still have faith in both Argakiig and Hondo. If they do sell code chance Stealth and SSD wil get destroyed and all the other coins they touch, as carbon copy will end up with many useless coins. I think they won't do this. I wised SSD could have a better name when it came out. Also what is good to the coins when they carbon copy each other, or perhaps if they have something like SuperNet in their mind?
What I think about Argakiig and Hondo is wrong, collaboration is good.

Welcome back BTCwriter!

You got me, though! You dumped right on my 10k order. It was at the top of the buys when you dumped.

Okay guys, I'm gonna be tactful for a second here.  You're going about this like children.  If this is indeed supposed to be a productive and professional forum for new members to inquire about the coin and this is their first impression, it doesn't look good.  We all understand what happened here more or less, a wallet backup was done and apparently it made a giant mess out of the whole thing.  A scam has intent behind it to purposefully take people's money, whether it be on purpose or not, that's still to be decided.  Nothing said on this forum will change any of that, the only thing people can hope to do is get in touch with customer support.  Lets not have a shit slinging contest here and get back to brass tax.  Thanks.

No, the point is to get across to new users that if they keep their coins on C-CEX, they will lose them. They will see these posts and can not claim ignorance later. That's the whole point: public education.

The C-CEX people are either incompetent or dishonest or both. It is not good to trade or keep coins there. If I can engage a C-CEX shill as an opportunity to get that message out, I will. The best thing to do is to not mention C-CEX again or to directly or indirectly refer to any posts or behavior related to C-CEX. Because for each and every one I will engage in public education. Thank you.

Could have not given you anything at all, also I read when this happened it was fellow traders who spent the extra coins that weren't theirs to begin with but never alerted ccex admins. So in essence ccex didn't steal your coins the community took advantage of an issue they had with the ssd wallet and sold your coins for free. I don't see any of these traders coming forward and admitting it though.

I just searched through your back posts you lying scammer. You never said anything good about SSD, lying scammer.

You are a neos and black token fanboy and you are here to scam for the scam exchange C-CEX.
731  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [SSD] Sonic - 1st TOR with functional anon send - Steganography based Anon App on: September 30, 2014, 05:05:37 AM
If you actually did your homework I posted on this thread before you positively.  It's only only when I see devs acting like they are God's gift to humanity my tone changes. All i see from you is a dev sock puppet and a weird obsession with ccex. Will I defend exchanges that take all these shitty coded coins soon after released?  Yes because without them your coins have no value. So kindly go fuck yourself.

Quit scamming for the scam exchange C-CEX you scammer.

If anyone mentions C-CEX on this thread or any other I visit, I will point out that C-CEX is a scam exchange, period.

Go away scammer.

So far cex has treated me fairly.

You'll get scammed sooner or later if you keep trading there. Don't go crying to the devs when you do.

If you have read the thread and the logs

He didn't read the logs because that's not his job. His job is to scam for C-CEX.

If CRAIG coin gets listed on C-CEX, do not trade there. If you lose money keeping coins on C-CEX it's your own fault. You have been warned.

several hours of build time? slow build machine or need to automate more of the build process?

there are windows build, mac build and linux build. some dev could take days for this. now this is a guy from aerrow.

This dev builds daemons too and probably tests on each platform. Builds are signed by cryptocertify and he makes auto installers for windows and drag-and-drop disk images for macs too. He runs everything through virus total and puts them all up on google drive.

I don't even think bitcoin is this thurough.

There was this one guy at the very beginning of this coins thread that lost all his coins over a ccex transfer.

They aren't stupid if they lose once or without warning.

But by now, anyone trading at C-CEX should know they are in danger of losing coins and if they do it's their own fault.
739  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [SSD] Sonic - 1st TOR with functional anon send - Steganography based Anon App on: September 30, 2014, 01:25:57 AM
C-CEX is a SCAM EXCHANGE

If you lose coins at C-CEX it is your own fault for being stupid.

C-CEX will scam you. DO NOT TRADE THERE.

Compiling headless wallet under Ubuntu 14.04 keeps giving me

sonicvortex.h:15:31: fatal error: cryptopp/cryptlib.h: No such file or directory
 #include "cryptopp/cryptlib.h"

Any ideas?

You may need to make a link to your cryptopp and call the link "cryptopp".
