Really I am the only one who lost. Everyone who bet on the winning horse lost. But they do not realize it.  If u want to continue this in the public fourm lets do it. But it will not fair well for you or your site when the truth is shown. So your choice OP.  Public fourm or PM. Your choice.

I'll PM you when I get home so we can settle this out

This makes it look like you have something to hid, the truth is always better in the open and never behind closed doors imho of course.

Sorry Internet went down.
The bonus was distributed to the members who did bet on Shadowfax, a lot of people did revive it. The ones who felt they didn't revive it bet a ton on coins on all the other horses that didn't win.
Example if you bet 1 BTC on the Jackpot horse and then a total of 10BTC on the rest. And someone bets a total of 90% of all the bets placed on shadowfax (on shadowfax) and then at the end some random guy bets half of what the second guy bets (the one who had the 90%) then the total profit for the guy who bet on shadowfax and the rest of the horses will be 0 if not even negative since he only own maybe 1% of the total shares in that horse and still got tons of coins on the other horses.
So the two other guys will then take a total of 95% of the TOTAL profit, wether it be the Jackpot and the other bets placed. So the guy who bet a lot in the other horses will lose his bets to the other two guys and his profit will not cover up the loses from the other bets he made.

It looks like the only one who lost on the jackpot was seven out due to mass spread on bets. If it's so important in happy to pay what you lost from my own wallet. I can NOT just take coins from the account since the jackpot is gone and have been picked up by other players.

Great you have shown up  Smiley

Thanks for explaining but that was quite obvious to begin with i am not sure the guy was talking about anything you spoke about but he was actually saying you should not have rolled the bonus over and he said this before the race  Huh

Is it true that he put a % of the bonus payment?

In the near future are you going to be able to prove this site is provably fair because at the moment i can't seem to find anything that shows me this?

No he did not contribute to this Jackpot but he did contribute to some other bonuses a week before.
I tried to explain in PM but he went from happy to furious in one second without listening to my explanation and trying to blackmail me. But I'm happy to repay what he lost to show good faith Smiley
I also thought the jackpot would roll over but it didn't! I managed to fix the problem I had with the bonus code within the last 10 minutes of the race. So the only fault from me was that I did not announce in time that the bonus would not roll over as I thought it would but rather pay out and be distributed as it should have.

I am planing on a system to make it probably fair and allow all players to see what the other players beted, to make it more transparent Smiley I'm working constantly on improving the website and I'm also looking for a Dev to help me sinc there's lots of work to be done Smiley

Right thanks for clearing that up when i read what he wrote sounded like it was for this bonus just gone, you have now gone back to pm so what is to stop him doing the same again?

That is a show of good faith but what about the others who bet on the winning horse?

Ok that is good the game will attract more when and if you can prove it is provably fair this is what most people are looking for and rightfully so, you should start a thread in the project development or services not quite sure but no doubt you will be able to find someone  Cool

Good luck..

Not a legend but a cheater. Stunna made it clear in https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=843892.msg10758944#msg10758944 (Stunna edit the post afterwards but the original content can still be seen in the quote) that "hufflepuff" is "robbinhood" and abused an exploit on PD.

thank you very much dude, for your info, noe im already know the fact

I agree with the other guy this is not winning fairly and therefore should not be counted as a 2000btc win but should be described as a 2000btc theft and not lucky just deceiving.

I remember Stunna saying someone won around 220 bitcoins when he had just opened PrimeDice, and the user confirmed his huge win. The relevant posts should still be in the first pages of the PrimeDice thread here. Though there was suspicion circulating that it had actually been a give-away of sorts or an inside job to attract new users and raise interest to the site (those were the early days of PrimeDice)...

There we go that is what this thread was lacking actual wins and not thefts  Angry

At the time of that 220BTC  win if it was indeed a win and not just a promotion type come play at pd to win loads of bitcoin event was a large amount exchanged into the paper money.

I will take a look see if i can find a little more about it because i have to be honest i have not seen a thread on here, "I won 100+ Bitcoins" ever in over a year of being here.

Thanks
723  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Official BitBay Thread |Smart Contracts Wallet UPDATE|Decentralized Marketplace on: March 24, 2015, 10:46:27 AM
I have a question..

This could be a dumb question but if I create a contract do I need to leave my wallet open or can I close it?

Thanks

You should keep the wallet open so you can negotiate. Actually thats not a dumb question, its a really good one. Since this software is peer to peer, you are the one doing the negotiations. No website is used to facilitate it. But there is a wizard to walk you through all that and the program will tell you what is going on a lot of the time.

You say "decentralized", yet items are still being filtered. Right? People can't buy or sell what they want unless it's agreed upon - that is "centralized". Anyone want to buy my bags at a flat rate? PM me.

No pm we will do it in the open, give me a screen shot of your so called bags and i will get the funds together if you have over 1bitcoins worth?

I think you will find there is not centralization the fact that members of the market filter if something is not suppose to be on there makes it decentralized in my honest opinion as it is not just David sitting their filtering is it.

The market needs something exactly what is in place who wants to see some of the crap that a select few will put on there we are not all into the things you must be to not want to stay any more because it is safe for the mass market not just the select few sicko's.

This is the worst attempt at fud i have ever seen.

I didnt earn anything with gambling im in total minus over 1 bitcoin
better uf i invested the funds in something i would have much more now

So why have you got 2 different threads with really good betting results to sucker people in? Should you not state on the thread that even though you have all them wins that you are actually down before people follow you and lose their money?
I guess it does not matter as long as you get your cut when they win does it.

hi all,
i'm just want to know how much BTC you all earned from gambling, until now im just know if user "hufflepuff" is a someone who already won over 2000 BTC,

He is a legend.I dont think so anyone else earned more higher.

Well he did login again about a month after posting this, so fingers crossed he was ok. Tough loss, especially if this is all he had.

The thing that got me was he had children who was going to had to go without because of his stupid mistake   Angry  We all make mistakes that is being human but there was no need to transfer everything you have to a dice site.

Maybe if you really wanted to you send 0.5BTC or 1 over but not everything you have. Chances are if he had children he is fine now but that must have been a hard lesson in what not to do, lesson to others that read this..

Yes but 5 BTC right now is not as much as it was before. I think the guy that lost like 300 DRK is in a much worse position considering that DRK is hitting new yearly  highs.

I have not heard about the 300DRK that is not a worse position is it compared to a few thousand? I personally would be a lot more annoyed losing 5 bitcoin than losing a few hundred DRK.

Do you mean the guy who lost 300btc that has recently opened a thread the last week?

Either way losing is never good and gambling should be limited and not to get excited over and putting in everything you own is just super silly but people are doing it and wonder why when they feel like crap.

After over a year i am pretty much even but i have got to play many games within that time and have had some fun along the way which after all should be what it is all about. The hufflepuff user did not win that Bitcoin by the rules he in fact cheated the site under multiple accounts and basically stole those Bitcoin from the site, after sometime he also came back to try again. Just shows what kind of person he is if you ask me.

@ networthsigns   a bonus was placed on shadowfax,, it was asked in chat what happens if shadow fax wins,, admin said it would roll over,

You clearly knew the rules as dev had obviously stated in chat according to your post. It would ROLL over. You lost get over it, bonus was rolled over as it should have.

And your experience with real horse racing means nothing here, this is a virtual race with Bitcoin created by the op.

Don't be so off the ball of course experience with any kind of betting means something on a betting site. Yes from what i read he knew that the bonus would roll over and he advised not to do that before they done that and they done that so that is probably what is annoying him. I don't think he really cares he lost when the bonus was contributed by him anyway  Huh Where is the Op when all this is going on?

You could put some effort into creating a decent thread to welcome any betters you may get, i come here and thought i was at the wrong place i can barely understand what it is your doing to be honest.

I will come back in a few days and see if it is easier to navigate, what sports are you going to focus on and what league are they playing if you want new comers then you will have to answer the pre emptively.

Good luck on your picks anyway.
732  Economy / Economics / Re: $18 trillion in debt. $18 trillion is a lot of money... on: March 23, 2015, 08:11:49 PM
The question that i first asked when i found out we owe so much, who do we owe the $18 trillion?

I think i am right saying we owe it to the private bank so called 'Federal Reserve' and that is the biggest scam of all, they print money then they loan it to the government at interest lol It is the trap that we have been born into and i really can't see a way out from it now, they hold to much power.

The money has just extended the gap between the haves and the have nots, it is a massive gap strangling the middle class into debt and destroying them soon it will be just the rich and the poor, the masters and the servants or i could have just watched to much tv  Shocked

What really pisses him of is if you state the truth and tell him how it is the same as ocminer did, boi when he hears the truth his blood boils and his last monkey tooth falls out, his spots pop and he is ready to knock anyone’s teeth out in a rage because he is a real tough (         ).

I think it is sad he can't be more of a normal fellow human he is still not evolved from the time of the monkey/. If you really want to rattle his cage leave him genuine negative feed back geeez  Cheesy
734  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you think 1.00 BTC will worth more than $10,000.00 USD at any time in 2015? on: March 23, 2015, 05:51:33 PM
Well, a quarter of the year is nearly in the books.  Let's all take a deep breath and not think about 4 or 5 figure amounts for Bitcoin right now.

Unless some of you are in a retirement home or terminally ill, we all have plenty of time to wait this thing out.  Collectively, we all have to see Bitcoin not as a lottery ticket or IPO that'll go through the roof, but as the future of money.  Sure it'd be fun to see the price pump to the moon, but we should think of more modest or realistic goals for 2015, like crossing 300 and staying there.

Finally scanning threw i find a post without dreaming of the the riches that may or may not come, more than likely not cot come and definitely not this year.

The trick i have found is to appreciate the time we are in, in the moment we are in it so at the moment i appreciate that i am lucky enough to buy a small amount of Bitcoin each month at a cheap rate to trade and can gain more holdings before some crazy rise that may come in the future.

We are all very lucky to be part of this and as above says we just need to realise this 'could' be the future of money we are part of less not wish it to soon, will come when it is good and ready  Cool

Take a look at http://bitcoin-assets.com/ maybe you can find some whales over there.

Even if he does find them they will not accept someone with his attitude who does not have a clue, i mean why would they? The only people who he is finding is people pretending to be whales so they can take his money which is not great but he has been warned.
736  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: i want create company . on: March 23, 2015, 04:14:59 PM
how you all jumped to conclusion that he would like to create mining company?

That was quite simple actually i read his post however hard it was to decipher, here is where i got he wanted a mining company.

example: i want will create company when will be mining company .

example: i have will very lot customer .

What is clear he meant was = i want 'to' create a company 'which' will be a mining company.

Maybe have another read and just because someone can't write the best does not mean they can't run a business it is not the best sign but it is not fact they cannot.#

737  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Victims of Mt Gox Incident Where Are They Now on: March 23, 2015, 01:14:45 PM
Mark Karpeles always struck me as a slimy untrustworthy person ready to cash in on the unsuspecting customers at any time.

This is good that you could see that but not to great for the 1000's of others that didn't know that he was ready to cash in on unsuspecting investors, I hope you done your part and let people know what was going on before it happened?

Luckily op i was not a victim to the actual robbery but in a way i am still a victim because we are all in this together after all so what hurts the many will also hurt the few even when we arrive late.

Feel really sorry for guys who trusted them with to much and lost nearly everything then watched the price rocket  Angry Shocked

That is good news great to see someone wanting to start an honest business in amongst the tides of scam attempts.
Quote
Have you ever mined or owned a company as you want to start a mining company?

example: i have will very lot customer .

Quote
With the right strategy and experience dealing with people/customers i am sure you will have many customers

I want to have a profit (money).

Quote
We all want to have profit but that will only come when we have something to offer of value.

What can I do to i stay me in profit ?

You can do long days and nights figuring out what you need to do to be able to start up and maintain whatever business you end up wanting to do but it is not going to be easy, profit comes to those who have worked for it but not always does it come. Research then make your decision  Cool

739  Economy / Gambling / Re: Investing on gambling websites on: March 23, 2015, 12:15:50 PM
Usually they'll explain how who gets what percentage of the profit share. It's never really 50/50 though. I'd be careful of investing in dice sites as well because most of them run off with users funds at some point.

No it is not 50/50 how could it be you have only invested some bitcoin the dev has built and maintained it and built the traffic to the point where you decide to invest, be happy with around 10%.

I have a hard time working out what you are warning here what dice sites are you warning about running with users money please name at least 5 for your statement to have any baring?

I will name 5 that have not Bitdice.me, Primedice, Justdice, pocketrocket,Rollin.io and many many more that have not ran anywhere and they could have quite easily an made a fortune so don't aim that at 'most' of them because it is an untrue statement is it not?
740  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: "Millionaire" is a fiat-based term on: March 23, 2015, 11:57:48 AM
The term millionaire is rooted in fiat.  Should BTC replace fiat, 10 coins should be enough to classify as wealthy.  That number can be argued.  But we need a new term for someone with enough BTC that they are wealthy.

It is a fiat term to own 1million of any fiat currency but being one in one does not mean you are in another does it. I think 10coins just means you are testing the waters not that you are wealthy by any stretch of the imagination.

The term for someone who has a very large stack of Bitcoins is whale and i like that name for the wealthy who hold a lot it make sense the one thing we need to work out is how much Bitcoin someone needs to be a whale?  1000-10,000-100,000
