I may be wrong and maybe yes this is all over. But their are possible fixes to this issue maybe not. I say we give it a few days and see what the dev can do if anything. First thing I would do is rebrand the coin and get woolong out, find a way of reclaiming his share and continue. People are still trading it low but still trading, we have to make something out of nothing. ALL the devs dumped their share of the premine early and wouldn't show wolong their wallet ID so he could be transparent (like he wanted). [Wolong wasn't planning on dumping his share until the coin got BIG, much bigger than it is now. That is why he said they cost him 2.5mil USD.]
This triggered wolong to dump his coins.
Now the devs are playing innocent and making wolong the scapegoat.
The devs including sev knew wolong was a scammer but they wanted to make a quick couple of BTC so they took part in his scam.

Seriously people, why are you risking your time and money on a coin that is an obvious pump and dump, when there are many new coins with new features and that do not come from a SCAMMER.
A COIN IS ALWAYS AS VALUABLE AS THE MAIN DEVELOPER BEHIND IT.
I don't know why they wont learn. Every possible red flag that could possibly go up, went up. But all the piper had to do was play his flute and they followed him. I think most people that put money on Panda, knew how it will end. And that is the reason that is crashing so rapidly right now. The bag holders will be noobs, that got in the game at the worst time. i agree with fiew people that this coin is made by wolong to make billion dollars soon it rise (3% premine)
but this does not mean that this coin will never rise to the moon,
the power of a coin is the way the DEV team/Promotion team will develop or promote (promotion is the key look at maxcoin...)
more people know about panda more the price rise
more the difficulty =the coin will be rare & the price will rise more (the exact same pattern as Bitcoin & other)
i dont very think that wolong will sell all hes coins in one time & crash the market , it wouldn't be clever from his part wich i dont beleive it
also i dont very beleive in market devaluation on long term , my experience show me that all olds coins take very high value after years
im 1000% sure that 1 millions pandacoin will rise 100 BTC near 2016/2017 , u just have to wait
i dont trust wolong but i trust he's market cleverness ....
