Really interested to see the price movements and development after the launch. I don't expect the lambos from launch (need atleast 500x gains on investments to make it real, good luck with that  ), but a few solid times above ICO is more than likely. I'm reading a lot from people that are going to buy in on launch, makes me all the more happy to have taken part in the ICO and bounties. Anyone has the lastest list of profit sharing delgates? That is what I am looking for as well the delegates nodes will start to pay block reward from the 600.000 block on. thats about one week. so still time for voting. |

People predicting such high prices, whilst asking how they get their coins to an exchange, what exchanges will be trading lisk... why do you need to know all that on day 1 if you plan on holding for a higher price?

Version is set to 1.0.0, release will be on Monday. Some small things to fix, also thinking about appropriate license(CC0 ?).
The 1.0 release is quite raw(and that's made intentionally for greater flexibility), so 1.1 branch will be started immediately, as well as new PoS algo implementation.

i think you can't  dont sell to low. just saying, the value of the dao is more as just the eth, they have. if i understood it right, they are going to burn like $10k a month and fund projects. the price is going to rise and if you bought with the 50% bonus then you bought cheap in. |

Correct me if I'm wrong but in order to trade my Lisk, I'll have to download the client these guys will provide on launch day, import my keys to it, and send my Lisks from that wallet to the exchanges.
Shouldn't there be a post about how to import your keys in the new client? and most importantly, how can we be sure the the server will take the pressure when thousands of us try to download the client and sync it at the same moment???

Sounds good to me. coinbase runs their own exchange and their volume for bitcoin is nowhere near the level of the big exchanges. This will have no impact on Lisk and probably the price ETH has priced in the coinbase add. buy the rumor sell the news. Ethereum is terrifyingly overvalued at current. It's a startup with no income and $10 million in the bank with a burn-rate of $1 million a month. I don't know if $1000000 burn rate per month is accurate. ethereum is all about smart contracts. the problem is that the quality of the contracts is bad, and there are not really alot of usefull public contracts. but i guess eth will be important as a backend solutions for alot of problems, not a frontend gear with alot of dapps like augur or dgb. i see here different approaches more successfull as Lisk or Rise or even IOTA for IoT
