The OP is asking what exchange fulfil the above parameters, and I can say very few of them. But most exchanges that fall into this set of parameters are smaller to medium exchanges. Because most good exchanges have been a victim of hacking at least once. But I don't think, the criteria of never hacked before and low tx fee would be vital in choosing an exchange. Those exchanges that have never been hacked is only waiting their time to be vulnerable with these hackers. I guess what matters most, is how the exchange reacted after the hack - did they refund their clients or not? Or did they continue their operations and rectify the prob fast? Also, most exchanges with low tx fees are those with low trading volumes also. So it is really not convenient to trade in those kind of exchanges. Do you want to wait for days and days just to fulfil your order? Hackers are only after the big exchange and trading platform and not against smaller ones. Is the aim of this hackers to steal only the coins or there are other things that is their pursuit as they hack sites? This is not true as hackers only hack small exchanges as sometime ago we have some big exchanges hacks as well some time peoples believe its insider job which is also right but no one can give guarantee that big exchange will never hack any thing is possible in this crypto world. |

MRF Pace Foundation is really great aspect for Indian cricket as they have some legendary bowlers from here now they need to give some time again and bring some good bowler now they have some very good names as well like Zaheer Khan and Chaminda Vaas these both can bring some good quality and talent.
I mentioned about the Foundation, because it produced many of the legendary Indian pace bowlers. Starting from Javagal Srinath and Venkatesh Prasad, to Zaheer Khan/Irfan Pathan/Shanthakumaran Sreesanth. But recently, we are not getting quality pace bowlers from this academy. Recent graduates, such as Khaleel Ahmed lack the quality that used to define the earlier bowlers. I understand but recently board not giving priority as they was giving in past and have Dennis Lillee for very long time with full time duty but now its not in priority as this was so they still can do with some good and quality bowler which give full dedication and bring hungry youngsters for team and country. |

About two decades back, the India A and India U-23 teams used to tour countries such as Australia and England regularly. The tours still happen, but they have become very infrequent. Another aspect where I want the BCCI to focus is on the MRF Pace Foundation. Until Dennis Lillee was there (till 2012), it was producing a huge number of quality pace bowlers. But now, the quality seems to have gone down. On paper, Glenn McGrath is the Director. But he has other priorities. MRF Pace Foundation is really great aspect for Indian cricket as they have some legendary bowlers from here now they need to give some time again and bring some good bowler now they have some very good names as well like Zaheer Khan and Chaminda Vaas these both can bring some good quality and talent. |

The sad truth that nobody knows. Countries will need a lot of time to recover their economy. Vaccine will faster this process
Thats true specially for poor countries that needs the help and support of rich countries to restore the stable status of their economy. The crisis will come to an end if the vaccine is discovered to address the virus. If there's no vaccine how can we stop it from spreading knowing that its very easy to pass it to other people especially to elderly. I think that the created coronavirus vaccine will have a high price, which will not allow its mass use in all countries. Therefore, not all countries will be able to use it EN masse to localize the infection. The only way the government will go is to close the borders. How i wish this Vaccine will be created the sooner and even how High the price this will surely be availed by the government to stop the spread of this virus. We are running almost half year that the world is in this crisis (China is the first of course since last Year) This crysis will last for a period of 6 months to 1 year, from that point everithing should be qas it should.
This crisis is very different from the one in 2008-2009. It is accompanied by a coronavirus pandemic. And even when the epidemic is defeated, it will still return to us every year, causing damage to the economy. Therefore, I think that the financial crisis will continue for 2-3 years. I agree, but I hope that the government finds a way to regain the country's economy since a lot of people are already having a hard time right now, just imagine if this continues for 2 or more years so I hope it won't. The vaccine is really essential in this pandemic and I hope it will be invented this year or maybe next year, hoping it will be don this year. i don't think this will run that long because there is a preventive measures that is going now and we can see that even that there is no vaccine yet the spread is lowering and in some country there are only few cases that having now. No one can give any time table for this as now we already have more then 4.2 million effected peoples and numbers increasing very quickly even now in few developing countries due to soft lock down numbers can increase very quickly because they have no required all stuff to stop this all and its very scary for near future developed countries can do some better things as they have better resources but countries like India Pakistan and Bangladesh are really in worst situation. |
