Why not resolving accusation?
- first of all, I have to clarify a picture: 1xbit has a few departments ie. marketing, security, and others. I represent marketing, and from my perspective, I can only ask our security for re-investigation of a specific case. They will check if a player got banned by a mistake. In other cases, I wouldn't be able to resolve such accusations.
If you are so sure that a player violated the ToS, why wouldn't you give any proofs?
- our security is based on the basis of data safety, and no one but the security department has access to the data. Support can't provide any evidence too. That fact doesn't help our reputation a bit, it does quite the opposite here. Yet currently I'm trying to rebuild this basis and make the process of provision of evidence clear and friendly to a player, but it definitely will take some time. (don't forget I'm a marketing manager)

- some of you guys already answered this question. Our reputation here and in a few more places on the web is poor, but there is also a good side with constant players, who never experienced difficulties playing on 1xbit. You can check our web performance via the free tool similarweb.com, it shows that we have stats even comparable to bitcointalk stats in some ways, including daily time on site. The main point is on "direct" traffic, it shows returned players and it's about 15%. 15% out of 700k+ every month. That's a meh proof, but it shows that we have some constant players. This percnatage dropped down recently due to active display advertising.

All I can see is some alibi talk that may sound good to people with no clue but other than that - even contentual, 99% of what you are stating is bs. We all have understood you are a marketing manager by now but if you are serious about what you claim you try to achieve, you obviously need to work closely with other departments. Perhaps I can help you out. just got scammed by them !! had 4 parlay and one selection was +1 handicap and won ML but they counted it as a minus handicap !!!!!!!!!! I was using my 1xbit account and suddenly after the moment I tried to withdraw my balance, which was slightly below 4 BTC, I could not login any more, and credentials keep showing as wrong when I am sure they are not. I wrote to customer support, who said Security team would reach out, and have been waiting since then, with 4 BTC somehow pending as of course the withdrawal did not get processed.

1xBit stole me 0.5 BTC!!! I was customer there for some months...its my first and only Account there and everything worked fine for months ( smaller deposits and withdraws possible without any problem). Then I made deposit of 223 MBTC and had a good run up to 563 MBTC. Account got limited and I couldnt place any more bets so I made a withdraw request of the full amount. They declined it and said that my Account is under investigation. On the next day they told me that I made violation against the rules ( didnt want to tell me which rule I broke!) and I am only allowed to withdraw the ''deposit Sum of 63mbtc'' ( But made deposit of223 mbtc) and THEY VOIDED all my bets and STOLE 500 ( fivehundred!!!!) MBTC !!!! just to make things a little bit clearer:
- there are a lot of people who try to earn money via multiple schemes, and arbitrage betting is one of them.
- that's not only our company who bans for these, you can check any book on this forum - most of them has such stories.
- as SyGambler said, the whole case is our words against his words. That's true, we can show numbers of his accounts, but we can't prove our refund or his IP since the case is old. And would you guys believe if i throw some addresses and IPs? no one provides us with that due to the very same reason - the case is old.
But it is said in our T&C that you get your deposit back when you violated the rules. - General Terms, p.20
- 1xbit exists since 2016, has about 1mln visitors every month, and updates daily. For that time any forum would be filled with scam accusations. But we see only few here. You might think why there are no positive reactions then? ask yourself when the last time you posted something about a thing that works fine.
i don't ask to blame anyone, this is just a reminder for those who might think biased about 1xbit. We know our reputation here is not a reason to be proud of, and that's a consequence of bad marketing decisions made in the past.
For me, as a marketing manager, it is quite hard to fix the current situation since I have no direct access to our security database. However, we are working on the strategy and hope there would be good news for bitcointalk users soon.

Thread is back to reputation, we were planning to post directly to scam accusation thread, but some users find it negative that's why we moved the thread back in reputation board.
if your account was banned by a mistake, we will solve it.
In other cases, all I can is to tell the exact reason for banning.
But keep in mind, even if the player has cheated - he will get deposited funds back.

I think when I won I sent something to my colleague on his wallet and he paid in again on his own account and played completely different games. Another IP that was what your secuirity member see and make alarm but its not against guidelinies , there was 100% no violation of the guidelines

I write like 20 emails to secuirity? i got a response from our security, your account 207021477 was banned due to connection to another account 189361001, which was banned previously for rules violation. All deposited funds are returned to player in full. |

No, You can join the campaign after first week payments. Payments will be sent out every Wednesday! (weekly) There were a lot of discussion what are mega threads and posts there in Bestchange Signature campaign topic. I advice you to make an addition to rules and post what you think mega threads are. For example, topics with 20 pages do you count as mega thread or not? And add how many posts you count as eligible in big thread (for example bestchange have 2-3 posts of weekly post quota in Spam Megathreads is enough) You'd better do it now, because after first week, when counting is done, you might get complains and headache. We will start with fixing your issue. - 1xbit.com fair enough , I think the telegram linked channel is a decent proof so far was searching in my email and found all the details , I guess you know players can login by either providing email address or account number I will pm you my account number with some details regarding the problem ( actually there are no details had around 110 mbtc made a withdrawal then account got freezed with support only saying they closed my account because I broke their T&C ) i've contacted our security. Looks like it wasn't mistake and rules violation took place here, i've send exact reason in pm. Also i'd like to mention that all deposited funds are returned to player in such cases. |
