I have a question regarding to this project; How are you guys able to speak so confident regarding to this project? They dont have anything working on their hands, yet everyone speaks like they already build the platform and payment system.
This is the case for almost all of the ICOs in blockchain projects. I think Utrust has a top notch marketing strategy wich makes them a hype right now. They are very transparant and spoke to a lot of media in person as you can see in youtube and blogs. This project is long-term, the platform won't be ready until the end of 2018 aprox. so you could expect some dumping after the first pump, mostly impatient people that want to get out because the token didn't moon in 3 days, so if anyone wants to invest, they will have to wait for the platform. None of the current platforms will be "out" before end 2018, if they will even ever be out. But uTrust does have one of the omst reliable platforms/team/roadmaps that's around Some projects have launched their app, maybe not the fixed or final version but its worth to be appreciated. A demo from utrust before the end of 2017 would be good. |

Hey, is this project just about teaching already high educated people how to get started in business/producing your product or is it also about class contence for for example high school students etc?
They usually target different categories, professional, students or even people who just want to learn for a hobby. I think this platform will not be any different. I think its about anything that content creators want to create/teach. |

No, hard cap of the presale is 6 million. Why any project want to put a soft cap to their presale  Why not? Seems a good way to gauge public interest. If they do not even reach their minimum target in the pre-sale, why bother continuing? Well, in this case (this project), they already have an app. There has been too much effort for this project. |

So I read there is a difference in GAT coins and merchant tokens. You can only buy GAT coins during the token sale.
So how will the merchant tokens be distributed?
Merchant tokens could, for example, be distributed with the A-drop technology of Gatcoin. I see, but how will the value of a merchant token be estimated? If you can exchange merchant tokens with gat coins, then they will need to have a value right? It depends on the merchant itself i think. |

Yes i think that soma did the good choice by extending the ico. And i think that more money will be raised, we can even reach the hard cap in the last days, soma is a really good project with a nice partnership with Utrust. Its worth the invest I think.
I have seen some projects extend their ICO date and the result was a successful ICO.  The hard cap is 120k ETH, i very rarely see any ICO who raised that much. i think soma soft cap already completed? is that right. token sale is going amazing. let see how much soma project will raise. project is promising and reputed. No, they dont have any softcap, the project will keep going no matter what. They will expand it to a new region for every 1500 ETH invested. |

what are the plans to lure businesses towards Datum and leave bigger players like facebook and google?
Very good question. I don't want to let this question go off into the dozens of pages. Would love to hear an answer to this too this is not only a god question... it is a essential question for the sucess of the project - i did not find the strategy out jet This is only my opinion. Data from datum will be more obvious and more trusted, because the data owner knows that theyre selling it, not giving it for free. And little a little guess, i think datum will offer cheaper price than others. |

Have you seen Sojourn? Sojourn has a quite similar idea as Utrust but they are more of a niche market than a general one. They cater to payments in the travel industry and hotel industry. So in my opinion, why do that if we have everything that we need to transact to in just one platform just like Utrust. You can use Utrust in everything, not only in the hospitality industry, but to everything. That’s the reason why I’ll be betting more on the success of Utrust.
First time I hear about it. I wonder why they went for a niche market instead of well, the whole market like UTrust did. I just saw a little bit on their thread, and i think how they work is esentially not the same as utrust (as a trusted mediator who provides a buyer protection), theyre like hotel/travel agent who locates the best hotel at the best online price. what about data in google drive like photos and videos of huge size like a terabyte ?
You have to ask yourself, would a company be interested in this Data? If the answer is yes, than you can probably sell it. you would be selling the rights to use the photos, so if you see your face on a commercial don't be surprised. Not directly sell data, but there is a case about this in the whitepaper. To allow humanitarian and other legitimate projects access to the data, these can register as projects. The user clients shows currently running projects requesting data access and users can control whether to give access or not based on their decision. An example could information from digital health devices to medical institutions and researchers, or IoT devices in case of accidents such as natural disasters. But about photos and videos, if any company wants to buy such data and someone wants to sell it, then why not? |

We fully believe in this project and that it fills a big gap in this market. There is no commercial use for cryptocurrencies without a 3rd party service mediator such as UTRUST. Traditional online payment systems... This idea itself is enough explanation. A coin without a use case and circulation is a dead coin
Well bitcoin does not have a car use other than being a coin, but it has circulation, utrust can't be only a coin to trade, but according to the whitepaper is a token that will rise in price for the scarcity and for being backed by the platform, but i still don't know what to do with utrust once I have it, so I imaging that utrust will make some kind of discounts or give incentives to use utrust instead of other altcons. Bitcoin is the father of crpyto that being used as a currency, the oldest so it has the biggest blockchain and the most trusted because almost everyone more know bitcoin than altcoin/token (BTC dominance : 56.9%) So altcoin/token like utrust should have more value to be better known to people. |
