721  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Help me choose a wallet for ETH on: August 17, 2017, 06:35:36 PM
I would recommend you consider using exodus, jaxx or coinbase to store your ethereum. I consider these wallet fast, secure and user friendly. I tried using myetherwallet but it seems to be very complicated, so I stopped using it.
Myetherwallet what is complicated in that. i think this is an easy way to access your wallets with only your private keys. And to open every menu, you need to unlock this is the best wallet for me to save my ETH coin. I am using this wallet and not facing any issues till today. Ofcourse it is up to you in which you feel comfortable that wallet you can use.
722  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Better invest in BTC or LTC on: August 17, 2017, 06:31:31 PM
Whats you opinion?

Will the LTC price rise if the lightning network is active?
What other chances has LTC to increase attention?
Recently, Litecoin has emerged as a very potent altcoin, even comparing it with Bitcoin. Litecoin has a relatively good growth rate and is currently stable at around $ 45, which is not a bad price at all. But I would choose Bitcoin because it is a better investment and could be more profitable. Although LTC is also growing, I think Bitcoin is more deserving. Of course if I have the condition I will choose both because they are profitable and are worthy investment

To invest, I will suggest BTC because this will give instant profit no need to wait for a long time. To see the price variation we can make at least $200 profit per day. If we have $4k investment. That means within one month we can get back our investment. LTC is only good to miners they can mine more coins and earn money. Or else buy LTC and wait for a couple of years to get profit.
723  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Just doubled my investment on: August 16, 2017, 01:30:26 PM
Good for you. But I will never trust these new alts and ICOs. Some of them doesn't even have proper basics. Many of the new coins and ICOs looks to exploit the current excitement about Bitcoin.

BTW, I took a look at NEO. It has got a $2 billion+ market cap in almost no time. And the prices have increased by 250x (25,000%) during the last four months.

Yes putting hopes on new ICO's always dangerous if it is less than $1 then we can take the risk. But once it crossed this amount it is a risk to invest on that coin. Recently we saw BCH this also made people crazy 2 days but after that what was happened maybe something is going to happen this coin. Better now sell and make money.
724  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Anyone familiar with TETHER?? on: August 16, 2017, 01:26:02 PM
I decided to keep away from Tether, as I don't see any good way of speculating on it. It's backed 1-to-1, so it's literally the same as holding USD. The benefit is that you can easily transfer it between exchange platforms, but that's the only one I can see
This also benefits for those who want to do BTC/USD trading. We don't have direct BTC trading with USD, so people use this coin to do trading. That is why it always stays 1:1 is it right?
725  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Advice please on what to do with my coin on: August 16, 2017, 01:21:18 PM
Hi, new to bitcoin, I invested some money into bitcoin mid June after seeing all the hype online, since investing it's dropped like 20% really not sure what to do now if I should sell up now take a 20% loss or hang onto it and hopefully it will go up again? But after reading the news looks like it's not going to go back up?

Sorry for sounding stupid just jumped into something I didn't no anything about.

Thanks

In the first first place, you must believe that bitcoin will become 10, 000$ so even if the price crash down, just stay at ease and be calm only and relax. Due to it will recover again the original price like what happened late 2013 from 1000$  each bitcoin it dropped to 200$ but look what the price of bitcoin now it is almost 4000$, now the investors who bought bitcoin at 200$ then who hold it are now I can say a millionaires because of bitcoin. See the effect of holding in a long term. Wink

I think now already OP knew this truth of Bitcoin. Because he started this thread when the price was near to $2k or under $2k I am not sure. Suppose if he still holds that bitcoins in his wallet then now already he got 100$ profit. Becasue the price is now above $4k. So within just 1 month, he experienced how the Bitcoin will give profit in long term now we don't need to explain him anything.
726  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin make Banks disappear? on: August 16, 2017, 01:07:25 PM
I don't think bitcoin aim is to make bank disappear. There are still a lot of bank effect that bitcoin may not adopt. more so, bitcoin is a currency not a bank. At least, banks will be left for  the old and illiterates that may not be able to operate bitcoin involving devices.
Yeah I'm with you, I think bitcoin is more than that. Banks will always be there because there will always be people who are used to using banks because it is where they feel safe. It really depends on how fast everyone can adopt these kind of changes.
We can make anyone to adopt any rule in this world. But the single person can not change any rule if the governament agree this then they can make a change. I agree it will affect to uneducated people, but then only they will learn how to use digital transaction. Otherwise, they will never and ever try digital transaction. But this is a horrible decision for govt I think no govt will take this decision.
727  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum: Good alt or stay away? on: August 16, 2017, 01:03:05 PM
Yes, Invest in ETH and get scammed!

Ethereum, a coin that had a 72,000,000 ponzi premine, was founded by US citizens whom formed 'Ethereum Foundation', a swiss corporation, for tax evasion purposes; a platform that launches hundreds of scam ICOs' on its chain (that the SEC has declared illegal), a blockchain that crashes daily on said ICO launches (because it is not a supercomputer), has been hacked 2x (at least), hasn't lauched a single 'dapp' speculated in its whitepaper, has a blockchain larger than bitcoins (which means downloading a wallet or running a node is practically impossible), and after the DAO hack has hardforked into 2 chains against the communities interest?

Buy more!

So much FUD in one post... omg

There are people with some legitimate claims and concerns about ETH. But you just want to scare away people to delve deeper in the discussion and make up their own mind.
SEC declared ICO's illegal? lol
Blockchain crashes daily? lol
Hacked twice (at least)? lol
Hardfork against community wishes? lol

Dude, these posts make me want to defend ETH. Anyone who is neutral and digs deeper into your statements will come to the same conclusion.

Seriously if anyone digs his statement in depth, they must come to the same conclusion. I don't have more knowledge about this altcoin like you, but I have few coins in my wallet. I am saving that coin for future use, but now your statement is making me to confuse what I have to do next.
728  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: whats up with LTC? on: August 16, 2017, 12:56:55 PM
A lot of people advised me to purchase Litecoin before the August 1 apocalypse. But I am glad that I ignored their advice. Still don't know why people are not showing any interest in Litecoin. It is one of the oldest and most well established altcoins around.
Yes this is the oldest coin, but investors are not showing interest on this coin why I don't know. Maybe they are concentrating on the only BTC because it is giving them a good profit on a daily basis. And LTC miners also increased, so we don't have coins shortage in the market that is why the price is not increasing.
729  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I love and hate altcoins on: August 16, 2017, 12:53:11 PM
I really love and hate altcoins because I've been through so much after all the years now
I've made a lot of profit and lost a lot too
But I really like this
It's kinda raw somehow

I feel your pain, also made a lot of money, lost everything, and made a lot of money again.

Trading and investing in shitcoins can make you a lot money but you need to know how to play the game.

Yes playing with shit coins is also one type of strategy to make money in altcoin trading. some group of people will act on some shit coins what they do whenever they want to make money they will invest and make that coin jump in huge percentage, so people start to invest they will withdraw immediately and make a profit. We will lose our money. So you have to use this time and make money.
730  Economy / Speculation / Re: Still don't believe BTC can reach 5K, then 10K and then 50K? on: August 13, 2017, 06:53:14 AM
We are already floating at $4K so further $1K from this point is not much difficult to achieve in my opinion. However, we have to consider the role of speculators and their actions would definitely affect the price of Bitcoin. Apart from individual investors, there are institutional investors which are highly speculating the market so I am expecting volatility in the price so $5K milestone is near but there will be ups and downs till we get there.
80% already completed to reach our first target $5k, i think this month end or next month beginning we will reach your first target. and next target I don't know how much time we need to wait I think aproximatly we have to wait min 5 years to reach $10k this is just my opinion. If everything is going well, then we may reach that target before this margin.
731  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you save bitcoin for fun or for future purpose? on: August 13, 2017, 06:48:18 AM
I save Bitcoin in order to invest into the product and recieve opportunities uniquely offered as part of the cryptocurrency economy.

Other than that I plan to use it when more venders adopt it and BTM's are brought to my area.
why everyone should do the same thing? There is different thoughts for everyone and everyone wants bitcoin for different purpose, I need bitcoin to make my life happy by full filling every desire and dreams. I must say bitcoin is for making life better and the only thing that changes the life is money and bitcoin is the growing money.

Yes bitcoin is growing money, if we keep our fiat money in banks, we will not get more than 10% interest for our investment. But the same amount if we keep it in bitcoins it will make our investment double or thripple. So I save bitcoin for my future purpose. So now I am using altcoins to get fun.
732  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When will banks start a war against bitcoin on: August 13, 2017, 06:44:12 AM
I don't think so that there would be any conflict  between banks and btc as banks gives car loans, housing loans and etc while btc can't give something like that so banks will not see btc as a threat but as a opportunity to expand i guess in future. But also btc are not legal in many countries and government are trying to control it ,so banks using Bitcoin for now may be hard and it also depends on government as some have legalised btc.
Yes first the governament need to make this currency legal after words the competition starts b/w banks vs. Bitcoin till that there is no problem for banks. But now the bank's revenue is reduced because of this Bitcoin. Once the govt allow people to use Bitcoin legally, then banks will start far against Bitcoin.
733  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: how do you predict a coin price ??? on: August 13, 2017, 06:35:39 AM
by Market Cap ? Circulating Supply ? or volume 24 hours or all ? (im new to this ..looking for a advise  Smiley )

Market cap, volume, and circulating supply are few considerations. They are also vital as to the coin's future. But aside from these considerations, you also need to look at the current status of the project, any future plans and deals and partnerships, as well as whether the actual project is improving and gaining support. Because if the project is doing bad, the coin is useless already.
Yes thats right so its is much better while checking it in the coin market you must check also the project. Monitoring coin and at the same the project. Help you a lot.
We can not predict the price of the coin buy by watching the daily status of the coin and by checking the progress of the project we can guess what is the future of the coin. I don't have time to look all these, so I will do small research will check the investors and users reviews based on that I will invest.
734  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: how to start trading with a very small amount on: August 13, 2017, 06:31:11 AM
Start your bitcoin trading with some altcoins. The more the experience the better! You can start with some low value coins nor join Ico's just read and read some tips from the experienced.
Altcoin trading is easier than bitcoin trading and starting with altcoins instead of bitcoin trading is a good option because you can have a lot of options to trade. Altcoin trading doesn't need a huge capital unlike bitcoin trading because you just need to buy a few bucks of bitcoin and use that bitcoin to practice trading until you become a good or professional trader.
Yes, altcoin trading is easier than bitcoin trading and it require a small amount to get it all started but for a trader with lack of experience, knowledge and skill is also the easier way to loose his/her investment.
To me i think trading in crypocurrency benefits and secure than altcoin but if those people have no more money and not able to trade cryptocurrency then he need to trade in altcoin but before to trade in altcoin they need to seeks that those coin has market cap and those are very popular in market then they buy it.
yes that is right that small investment is only good for trading altcoin i do not think that we can get good profit by investing small amount in bitcoin. while there are so many cheep altcoin from where we can at least get a very good profit, but we must be very careful while choosing an altcoin for trading because a lot of altcoin are already dead.
choosing well reputed altcoin is difficult if you don't have any knowledge on altcoins. Because many investors will make confuse newbies to invest on shit coins. So before investing your money in any altcoin do a small research and spend some time ask suggestion to some experts and invest. To do altcoin trading small amount is enough.
735  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is Holding Bitcoin a long time good way to make money? on: August 13, 2017, 06:27:05 AM
There's a saying that patience is virtue, I started earning bitcoins here through joining signature campaigns and promoting campaigns. The good thing about that is if you have already a stable income of earning bitcoins. Try to invest in building a mining rig and earn passively while waiting for your'e current coins currency value to rise up.
Patience definitely pays you off. Crypto market demands too much patience to have big profit especially if you are investor of bitcoins. I appreciate that you did not give up on bitcoins and worked hard to earn them via campaigns. Your patience and hard work is definitely going to help you a lot in becoming a millionaire.
My advice is if you already getting stable income in Bitcoin then invest that coins in altcoins instead of building an own rig. Because now making own rig is too much expensive if we invest that same money in altcoins or Bitcoin we can make a double profit without doing any work. And now don't spend your coins for anything just keep it in your wallet and watch the price of the Bitcoin when you feel the price is good to sell and make money.
736  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can gambling be profitable in long term ? on: August 11, 2017, 07:02:49 PM
I think that the answer is yes gambling can be profitable in long term. Some gambling games don't depend on luck only they depend on experience and knowledge too. Once you set your gambling strategy based on your experience, i think you will get your profits higher.
with this point of and if you can stick with you principles then yes gambling can be profitable with your side as we knew that in anyhow
we will be able to find some good chances if we play much longer and if we really have control on our emotions and continue our strategy
without changing any settings.
Any skill games and knowledge base games you play, it depends on your luck. I agree that some games will work based on only our skills, but if you get strong opponents, then you need the luck to win your game. For example, you are pro gambler in a poker game, but you get bad cards, and your opponent is not a strong player, but he got good cards in that you need the luck to win your game. Not your skills will help you to win.
737  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which cryptos to buy now ? on: August 11, 2017, 06:51:05 PM
I would recommend that you consider investing in Ethereum, XEM, Digibyte. You might as well consider investing in ICOs- ongoing and upcoming ICO. Though the risk is high but its worth a try. You might benefit in a few years. There are a few ICOs which looked good to me and I would recommend: Dimcoin, Hive, social
The ICO's are best to invest you can make a big profit in short time if the project is good enough, but if it sucks then your, all investment will be gone. So this very dangerous than gambling. You need to earn new ICO tokens instead of buying you can join signature or bounty campaign and earn it is worth. You can save your money and also make a profit.
738  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Alt coins worth buying on: August 11, 2017, 06:47:47 PM
Altcoins are worth buying, but most of the time over expectations should not be there with the altcoins trading. The reason is that with altcoins the price pumping happens on a sudden and continues to last for a short. In this time some users over expect for profiting and hold with converting to fiat or btc.
Buying alt coins is only worth for day traders. Because they will sit in front of the system and keep on watching the price movement and when the price is good that time they do trading and make money. Or else if you buy and hold for a long time the some reputed coins are there like ETH, Zcash, Monero, etc. you can buy and hold it is profitable.
739  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where can we trade Waves Tokens? on: August 11, 2017, 06:44:14 PM
Sir in my opinion you don't have to make a thread like this. It is so easy to search it by yourself. You can check it on the internet or in this forum. But if you will asked me, "bittrex" is the best if you want to trade waves. I hope that it will you sir.
All trading sites will allow waves to trade. This is not a new coin it already existed and become popular. Many investors are invested, and this project is also looking good. So just google it and find which site will give you waves for the best price you can trade there. I will suggest you trade waves in Bittrex.
740  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is there a relation between Bitcoinprice and Gold price? on: August 09, 2017, 06:10:01 PM
The only relationship I see in the fact that they are both digital in that most people who hold dont have the physical coin in the case of bitcoin and the raw gold kept at home in the case of gold aside that, I dont see any relationship. I dont trade in Gold neither do I know anyone who does and equally in bitcoin. They have their two independent consumers or clients and any relationship in the price of the two is function of coincidence.
Yes there is no relation b/w Gold and Bitcoin. Both have different futures and platform. Gold we can use it legal way but Bitcoin it is illegal currency in many countries. You can trade bitcoins you will make a profit. But gold trading is not profitable it is just long term investment asset it does not give more profit.
