Is it possible to ever get a reset on the limits? For example, you reach the $800 (USD) ATM withdrawal limit, does it ever reset and allow you to withdraw $800 more? If not, that would be a pretty cool thing to add for those of us that can't verify accounts.
once the card limits are reached, you can either verify the account to increase them or re-order a new card. The limits are not set by us, but imposed on the card issuing bank by regulators, so, it can't be changed as we wish

we freeze the exchange rate for you for 15 mins, but the blockchain fee may fluctuate between the moment you click "max amount" and actually make the transaction - that may lead to such error. Try reducing the max amount a little bit to account for possible minor fluctuations of the blockchain fee, then it will work It did the trick and it's working fine now , thanks for your help ! Btw , is it possible to get a re-name on my Virtual card ? because It has a fake name made by you as far as I know , and not my real name . (Note that E-coin isn't available in my country { Algeria } ) . if you are talking about name displayed on the card, it's pretty irrelevant even for the plastic card (can be any), not to mention virtual. If you are talking about the name the card is registered to, it can only be changed by the issuing bank, and they will ask for ID and address proof. The balance of all my cards is set to zero and the transaction history is empty. I assume there is again a problem with the bank connection or something?
This is annoying as these kind of problems are happening all too often, and what is not helping, is that no where on the website, twitter or facebook I can read about the current status

mate, if you are having real issues and have concrete examples of better exchange rates for a comparable service and/or bad service from customer support, please, pm and will look into it. Otherwise, please, try to control your negative emotions and language, there is no need for anyone to read it really Mate, if you want to provide a service to your customers, you might want to: a) Be respectfull to them yourself b) Don't talk bullshit. You are charging fees (a spread would be the difference between asks and bids, which is obviously not the case here) and you are trying to hide this from potential customers. a) was referring to your language, when it's normal it is a constructive discussion, otherwise, it isn't b) show me an exchange that doesn't have a spread and/or different buy/sell fees. Also, show me an exchange that does it for you instantly and with no verification process required. Most companies out there will charge you both - a spread and a fee on top, in our case you get what you see - nothing added or subtracted to the final rate you see when selecting the amount to withdraw. The rates you are benchmarking against are purely informative rates - what can you do with them apart from looking at them? Convert your coins into fiat right there right then? In short, apples need to be compared with apples before publishing any accusations.. Very open to any further discussion if it is constructive and to the point

Just wanted to comment on my experience with the Visa card(GBP). Arrived quick, 4-5 days. I couldnt load it the first time i tried but thge system has been fine since. Once your BTC is in yr wallet it takes seconds to load the card. You cant get cashback with it, withdrawals from cash machines are charged for. 1 thing you may want to make a bit clearer is that you can only load it twice in a 24 hour period unless yr account is verified. Had no problems using it in shops and was able to change pin in a cash machine . Over all im pretty happy with the service and i would recommend!! I am in UK. many thanks for your constructive and positive feedback! do you remember why you couldn't load the card the first time you tried? would like to address the issue if there is one.. it was when there was some issues with loading last week, cant remember what it said , something like please try again later. right, understood - that is to do with processing delays at the bank's end. We are working on it trying to minimize such occasions, but they still occur from time to time. Growth issues

I read that you do not ship cards to India. So, I'd like to know if I can verify my Indian address and send the card to my friend at another address in a different country ? He might send me the card later. In short, would you allow shipping to an address, which is not verified ?
We can only ship to the countries which are approved by our bank. You could technically order the card to a different country, but would not be able to verify an address in India, so, could use the card but only up to the lower limits ($2.500 max total lifetime load)

I preferred bitcoin debit card to use my the fees are making me to hesitate about going for it. Because, for example we have to pay monthly SMS notification fee about $1 every month when you use the card. Even SMS also not free unlike what is the trend in my country....
this is the monthly maintenance fee, which includes sms notifications. If you are not using your card and its balance is 0, there is no monthly charge. this is not a charge made by E-Coin, but the bank's charge, not much we can do about it

Regarding my previous post, I have to say that after 3 days the things are back to normal (except the "max amount" option doesn't work)
the reason the "max amount" option may sometimes not work is the fluctuating blockchain fee. We "freeze" the BTC exchange rate for you when you are loading the card with BTC, but with transfers to other BTC wallets/addresses, the blockchain fee may change between the moments where you hit the "max amount" button and the moment of actual transfer transaction. An easy way to go around this is slightly reduce the amount just before clicking "confirm". And surely there is no reason to shout about any "possible scam" without getting to the core of any issue. They could be out of fiat, need to sell btc , or need to load their own balance to disperse funds, i know they limited loading to 250 a day recently they were probably doing that lacking fiat. Anyway lack of information creates panic, i sent a pm to Gosha and Wirex to come to the thread and explain what is happening.

Indeed, if ever the card loading service is not working, it is due to issues / delays with account settlements on the bank's end. We are continuously working with our bank to minimize such interruptions, yet, like any new service, there are imperfections. If ever anyone is experiencing problems, the quickest way to get them resolved is to write to support@e-coin.io, rather than try to create a tempest in a teapot

I will definitely share your feedback with our management, however at the moment we are not planning to offer Visa again. Perhaps, we will be able to manage and have them both, but it is not clear yet.
The reason why we switched to MasterCard is because they agreed on our design, while Visa did not.
well, i totally agree with you , the design its very important to look like professional service but the design its not important for virtual visa card bcz you will not shipping to me u only send me details of card so the design dosnt matter here the only thing that made you special and different from others bcz u offer visa bcz that e-coin get popular u can offer visa and mastercard both and members can choose if they buy visa or mastercard or you can offer virtual visa card if u really interested in design i only know one thing specially members from Arabic nations they will leave e-coin if u stop offer visa specially virtual finally thanks for sharing my feedback with ur management Radhwane Regards! many thanks for your feedback. Получил на днях карту VISA, один день порадовался что все работает и опа, сегодня вся радость прошла! В двух магазинах мне сказали что карта не обслуживается! Оба раза рассчитался наличкой. Следующий сюрприз я обнаружил когда зашёл в свой аккаунт на e-coin и увидел что деньги с карты оба раза были сняты!!! Жду ВНЯТНЫХ разъяснений что это было и кто мне вернёт деньги?
P.S. Вечером проверял еще раз карту, работает.
это вопрос к мерчанту, который снял деньги, а не к карте. Как правило, такие случаи разруливаются сами собой в течение 14 дней (заблокированные суммы отпускаются и возвращаются на карту). Если вдруг нет, пишите в support@e-coin.io, будем разбираться
