723  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Coindroids - On-chain strategy game with coin payouts on: May 28, 2018, 11:41:09 PM
It's been a while since I played and it seems that there's not much update here as well. Are there still active players? Because whenever I visit the site, all of the droids' healths are full. It's really enjoyable when there are many players.

725  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: YOBIT Scam Exchange on: May 28, 2018, 08:13:10 PM
 Huh You still invested BTC despite of your pending deposit and withdrawal in Yobit, why? I just wonder, because if I were you, I will not deposit a single coin again after that pending Eth withdrawal.

Well, i should research better next time Sad
If you have searched Yobit review (or something like that) on google even once, you'll know and it should have saved you from losing more coins.
726  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: R.I.P. Poloniex (new face-image requirements) on: May 28, 2018, 05:15:20 PM
Oh! It already started. On Dec 2017 they have announced here that they will require legacy accounts to become verified. So meaning after receiving the email, legacy account holders only have a week to be able to withdraw their balances if don't want to comply with the verification. Though there have been an upfront announcement last year, isn't 7 days a bit short? I know, processing the verification will only take minutes, but some people might be unable to check their email for a week.... Anyway, that's only what I thought.

There is no option if you want to use Poloniex
Only way is to be verified because unverified accounts will be useless on and after the deadline:

On the date of the deadline, legacy accounts will be placed in a state where:

  • Trading and lending will be disabled;
  • Open orders will be closed;
  • Loans will have auto-renew switched off;
  • Margin positions will be given an 8 week wind-down period where they can only be diminished or closed. After the 8 week wind-down period, they will be closed;
  • Deposit addresses will be revoked. Any deposits sent to a revoked address will not be recoverable until the account is fully verified;
  • Withdrawals will remain enabled at the daily withdrawal limits prior to the deadline.
727  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The problem with Myetherwallet on: May 28, 2018, 07:21:42 AM
  • Sending a token always fails.
It might be out of gas, the token is locked, or anything else. It would be better if you will check etherscan for every transaction you made to see the reason why it was failed.

  • Losing tokens.
  • Token retrieval with no fee.
What do mean exactly with these two?

What happened with Myetherwallet? is MEW no longer secure?
if Myetherwallet implementing 2FA might be safer.
Myetherwallet is just an interface, a platform. In terms of security, the individual is responsible for that. We know that MEW aren't holding the private keys plus there's no accounts (username/passwords) in the site. That being said, implementing 2FA is impossible.
728  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] | EDO |EIDOO Wallet - Hybrid Exchange - Marketplace| OVER 80k ETH RAISED | on: May 28, 2018, 02:13:03 AM
when to launch the application exchanger I just want to know if there is an exact date when we can use this eidoo service and how to process the eidoo's future exchanger, That's because I'm waiting for your debit card as well as how its avail currently I'm holding eidoo token just for longterm because I bought it 2.6 $ per eidoo so low crypto but I'm not losing hope in your service.

Unfortunately there is not a spesific date yet. But i think that is smart as they will not launch before it is near perfect and having a date then would probably not be a smart move. But when they are near completion of the fine turning maybe we will get a date Smiley

hum...so much delays were made..what is team waiting for? they wanna wait bullish market? I am not sure that such actions can help to improve project reputation.
No exact date, but they have mentioned in their blog that a first version will be released in march, it's May now, however, I don't see any update in the Android app. Are they at least giving updates about the development? I'm also waiting for this to be launched.
729  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Coinbase has just announced that they are going to support ERC-20 assets on: May 27, 2018, 03:04:44 PM
It's been 2 months already since they announced about their intention, but we haven't heard anything from them about the progress. Since there's no ETA, we can't expect and just patiently wait. I guess they will make an update/announcement when it's already done.
730  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: RIPPLE XRP AMAZON PARTNERSHIP? on: May 27, 2018, 02:25:42 PM
For me the question mark says it all. There's no partnership as of the moment and I'm also not certain if there will be. Unless there are announcements from Amazon or Ripple, then it's not official. I believe we will easily find the news from them by searching if it's true, but so far there's none.

PS. I didn't bother to open the link
731  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: From 69K Satoshis to 5 BTCs with day trading - Online Trade History on: May 27, 2018, 01:57:40 PM
You've changed the thread title already, but still it is somehow misleading or atleast for me because I thought you already got 5BTC from 69k satoshis.  Grin

Anyway, you can gain from day trading, but for small deposit it would really take time before you accomplish your goal. I'm not saying that it is impossible tho. Advantage if you can go with the flow when the market is active.
732  Economy / Exchanges / Re: cex.io being evasive - I'm freaking out! on: May 27, 2018, 11:52:15 AM
Thank you for your reply.  I certainly don't blame just them, it was mostly my fault, but not entirely.  They supposedly closed my account - I couldn't access it anymore through web/desktop, and I also logged out of my mobile app.  But then I was still able to access the account inadvertently through my phone - wasn't it supposed to be locked out as well, just like the web account?  I accept my responsibility, I should have triple checked, but there must be some kind of glitch in their system that allowed me access a closed account.  So, yes it's my fault, but not 100%.

In any case, thank you for your reply.  Is there any way I could provide that private key to them? Would I have it?  Sorry, if this is a silly question.
Only the exchange holds the private key, so you can't do anything about it.

Tbh, you're still lucky that they told you to wait rather than you can't get the funds back. Just be patient. I also think it would take a lot of time plus consider that it's not the only issue they need to solve (support tickets from other users).
733  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Metamask on: May 27, 2018, 07:25:37 AM
Realy? You can use metamax in airdrop and bounty? How can you do this while airdrop and bounty asking only MEW for distribution of token? Maybe it is posible but i dont know also how, i use only My ether wallet for bounty and airdrop
They are not asking for MEW, they do ask your Eth address, regardless of the platform you used to generate that. Metamask and MEW are both platforms to view your Eth/Token balances and make transactions. As long as you have your private key, passphrase, or json file you can use any of those.
734  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bittrex New IP Address Verification Email on: May 26, 2018, 11:47:55 PM
Same case just like mine where i do experience but i dont really bother to post it out and i saw this thread where we do have similar issue where those verification email sent suddenly on spam forlder but i didnt bother to post into public since im really sure that im still receiving the same email just like before but a little different now since it directly go to spam but doesnt bother too much.I had tried out to add contact and see what happens.
Finally got a response from a Bittrex user, I just really want to know if it's just me or not. Thanks
PS. You just repeated that you're not bothered 3 times. It's not good to repeat the same thing over and over again.

  - The reason for it's not shown in the regular folder is that you marked a previous Bittrex email as spam.
Confirmed that it is not the reason. Aside from I'm sure that I didn't marked an email from them as spam, there's another user who experienced the same.

Thanks for the links by the way.

It probably has something to do with the changed terms from the email provider towards crypto in general.
Most likely this is the reason.

Thanks for the answers! I already whitelist mailer@bittrex.com
735  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: SilentNotary The 1st Blockchain Notary Company in the world! on: May 26, 2018, 10:59:53 PM
Devs any information about listing in other exchange
Based on their Telegram group, SilentNotary is currently listed on Ether Delta, Bilaxy, IDEX, ForkDelta. They are for sure working to be listed on other exchanges, but will not disclose any information about it just like before.
736  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] | EDO |EIDOO Wallet - Hybrid Exchange - Marketplace| OVER 80k ETH RAISED | on: May 26, 2018, 04:47:13 PM
Yes, they had also Ubiatar tokens airdrop. But you must had pass they KYC for this airdrop. And may be for some other needed KYC as well.

I'm not clear on other airdrop programs but Ubiatar doesn't force you to go through their KYC but must have at least 0.01ETH in your eidoo wallet. Of course you will get more UAC if you pass thier KYC.

Thanks for this great information. I actually left my Eidoo wallet without even a little amount of Ethereum. Now I know why even if Ubiatar is giving away free UAC to Eidoo wallet users, I did not receive a single coin. I will have to fix this and deposit some Ethereum in it as soon as possible. I was actually hodling at the same time just waiting for the development of the exchange so that I will just perform the conversions there. My bad!
I was nothing to receive also, i only heard it how this airdrops works in eido wallet. I have ethereum in my mew wallet but not in eido i just waiting that exchange on that app to release my eido tokens was not on the wallet because i do make some trades trying to make more eido before the launch of the exchange.
me too dident get uac in my eidoo wallet and i have 0.01 eth in eidoo
For you guys who are not aware, there were some rules given to be eligible for the UAC airdrop. Check this article. I believe you should have done what they asked on or before May 9th to get UAC. Also, as stated, the distribution will start on June 24th so don't panic if you're eligible and didn't receive yet, it's just because the distribution hasn't started.
737  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Livecoin.net exchange is a SCAM on: May 26, 2018, 04:13:59 PM
They answerd, that they have warned me in the notification tab, that they changed the BTC address. So they dont want to process the money to my account.
THIS. Livecoin didn't fail to notify their users. Aside from having a notification in the account, they also posted it in their News page.

Anyway, I know it's hard to accept that you will not be getting your money back knowing that it's with Livecoin, however, you need to. Think of it, regardless if you read the notification or not, it is your responsibility to check the deposit address before making a transaction. How come you used the old address?
738  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bittrex New IP Address Verification Email on: May 26, 2018, 12:37:09 AM
What is the issue? Receiving the emails in the spam folder?
Yes, it was just strange that it went there after all this time of receiving it in my inbox. Oh, btw there's something different too:

This is what I'm receiving in my inbox before (that one on the left is a button that will direct you to reset password):

This was what I received in my spam folder earlier:

I don't think this is any phising scam since you are 100% sure that you are in the right website. And this may happen sometimes if you are receiving multiple emails from the same email in a short period of time. Just whitelist Bittrex's email in your email provider settings.
However, it's just the only email came from Bittrex.

For extra safety, get everything after 'bittrex.com' in the verification link and paste it after bittrex.com (write yourself in your browser url bar).
Thanks! I used to type the URLs of every site manually. I tried this one for the verification link.

Anyway, still want to know if there are other users who noticed the same.
739  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Auctus - Smart Contract Powered Retirement Planning on: May 25, 2018, 11:36:13 PM
Price is down over 50% not a good indication I don't know if the distribution has something to do with this but they should manage it and be reasonable, what happens to them are what happens to blocklancer, people lost trust on blocklancer because of the bounty distribution, I hope this project will not go down the drain.
Well, most coins/tokens are downtrend.

About the bounty, several participants already posted about the time of claiming to be short or something and for sure some people will say stop whining, etc. etc. But, let us consider that there are not just a few people, as I've seen in bounty thread, over 900 participants weren't able to claim [well, me included]. I think that's enough reason to give another time in claiming the tokens.

I agree that the team should have done something or at least post here about it. Tbh, it's quite disappointing that they remain silent for a while here in the forum even for giving news/updates.
740  Economy / Exchanges / Bittrex New IP Address Verification Email on: May 25, 2018, 10:02:21 PM
I'm quite a long time user of Bittrex and since my ISP gives me a dynamic IP, I mostly receive a Bittrex New IP Address Verification email. I was receiving this email directly in my inbox before, but now I was shocked that it was received on my spam folder.

I was at the correct site (checked it several times) and the email came from the same sender mailer@bittrex.com. Maybe there were changes in Bittrex that's why?

Just wondering if anyone experienced or noticed the same?
