I'm quite a long time user of Bittrex and since my ISP gives me a dynamic IP, I mostly receive a Bittrex New IP Address Verification email. I was receiving this email directly in my inbox before, but now I was shocked that it was received on my spam folder.

I was at the correct site (checked it several times) and the email came from the same sender mailer@bittrex.com. Maybe there were changes in Bittrex that's why?

Just wondering if anyone experienced or noticed the same?

I don't think this is any phising scam since you are 100% sure that you are in the right website. And this may happen sometimes if you are receiving multiple emails from the same email in a short period of time. Just whitelist Bittrex's email in your email provider settings. For extra safety, get everything after 'bittrex.com' in the verification link and paste it after bittrex.com (write yourself in your browser url bar).

Yes, it was just strange that it went there after all this time of receiving it in my inbox. Oh, btw there's something different too:

This is what I'm receiving in my inbox before (that one on the left is a button that will direct you to reset password):

This was what I received in my spam folder earlier:

However, it's just the only email came from Bittrex.

Thanks! I used to type the URLs of every site manually. I tried this one for the verification link.

Anyway, still want to know if there are other users who noticed the same.

It probably has something to do with the changed terms from the email provider towards crypto in general. If you use Gmail, then that will very likely be the main reason your exchange emails are transferred to your spam folder. I use a local Bitcoin exchange from time to time, and when I buy some Bitcoins they usually send the receipt to my email, and they are all ending up in my spam folder as well. I'm using Gmail.

Just whitelist Bittrex's email in your email provider settings. For extra safety, get everything after 'bittrex.com' in the verification link and paste it after bittrex.com (write yourself in your browser url bar).
This. I do the exact same thing. I was already paranoid before crypto, but now it has peaked to an impossible to plummet all time high. Cheesy

If you managed to reconnect with the link you received via email, I wouldn't worry about it.
It probably has to do with your mail provider, not bittrex.

As long as the site URL is correct, there is no risk to your account.
  - The reason for it's not shown in the regular folder is that you marked a previous Bittrex email as spam.
  - Sometimes the incompatibility of the platform policies with the mail service provider is the reason such as outlook/live/Hotmail.
Since you received a message, the first possibility is the reason

Finally got a response from a Bittrex user, I just really want to know if it's just me or not. Thanks
PS. You just repeated that you're not bothered 3 times. It's not good to repeat the same thing over and over again.

Confirmed that it is not the reason. Aside from I'm sure that I didn't marked an email from them as spam, there's another user who experienced the same.

Thanks for the links by the way.

Most likely this is the reason.

Thanks for the answers! I already whitelist mailer@bittrex.com
