721  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Storing of Bitcoins is against Bitcoin. on: July 18, 2016, 03:53:39 PM
I personally would love if people were spending more BTC Smiley I do understand however why people are holding.
722  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I wish the halving Come Next year or Just never Come on: July 18, 2016, 03:52:57 PM
If you're fearful of BTC rising so sharply, then it sounds like you could mitigate some of your risk by putting some fiat in BTC right now. At the end of the day although, you will have the same amount of money if BTC goes up and they lower the amount they pay you.
723  Other / Off-topic / Re: Have you ever lost Bitcoin? on: July 14, 2016, 12:33:59 PM
Yes, although it has only been a very, very small amount luckily. Unlike some horror stories I have heard.
724  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's the longest you have gone without checking the price of Bitcoin online? on: July 14, 2016, 12:33:29 PM
I go through phases where I check it everyday, multiple times sometimes, but other times I do it weekly.
725  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin make Banks disappear? on: July 14, 2016, 12:31:15 PM
Although Bitcoin offers competition to the banks, I highly doubt it will replace it in our lifetimes.
726  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: what will be the contigency of bitcoin if internet went wrong? on: July 14, 2016, 12:29:51 PM
We would have much, much bigger problems. The value of BTC if the internet ceased to exist would essentially be nothing, as it is the main means of spending / receiving BTC.
727  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Buying Drugs with Bitcoin ? on: July 14, 2016, 12:28:46 PM
This is known to happen, and is going to occur. Fiat paper money can be used even easier to do so. So many detractors try to point to BTC, as if this one of the main reasons for BTC's existence. This only works on the uneducated of course.
728  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: So Saturday is halving day what is your opinion on: July 07, 2016, 01:25:51 PM
Basic economic theory says it should go up. Markets are fickle although. We shall see.
729  Other / Off-topic / Re: What's your least favorite thing about Bitcoin? on: July 07, 2016, 01:24:53 PM
The fact that I didn't put all my money in it when you could get it for pennies and I was actually following it! haha!
730  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If you had suddenly 500 BTC on: July 07, 2016, 01:23:56 PM
It would be best to not all sell at once, this goes for just about any investment position.
731  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Coinbase banned Germany & Luxembourg on: July 07, 2016, 01:21:49 PM
Hopefully this is not the beginning of a more major attack on Bitcoin. I also wouldn't be surprised to see in the coming months, although, that they resolve the issue and are able to sell to their German customers again. Coinbase offers a great service and the German people deserve to be able to take part in the program.
732  Other / Archival / Re: Where you get Bitcoin ? on: July 07, 2016, 01:19:32 PM
Personally, I get it the old fashion way, selling things that people need.
733  Economy / Speculation / Re: What Bitcoin price is too high? on: June 29, 2016, 02:26:06 PM
It's all relative if you use it as a daily system, as long as it doesn't fluctuate too high or too low, too fast. Otherwise it is simply not that important, as it is so divisible.
734  Other / Off-topic / Re: How much do you earn per day on: June 29, 2016, 02:24:50 PM
How exactly are you guys earning these? I make sales personally, and some of those are in BTC, this is how I earn.
735  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin can be used as a method of payment online? on: June 29, 2016, 02:23:31 PM
Tonnes of merchants use BTC as a form of payment, my business does and has for years, way before it was mainstream.
736  Other / Off-topic / Re: du you spend coins on real life. on: June 29, 2016, 02:19:03 PM
I know many people that do spend their bitcoins in real life, as they want to keep the economy going and it is a great feeling to be truly immersed in the bitcoin experience. BUT I do know even more people that simply use them as an investment and hoard them. To each their own.
737  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: People hate Bitcoins? on: June 08, 2016, 05:11:38 PM
I obviously love bitcoin and what it fundamentally represents. I am a fan of anything that brings competition to the markets, especially when it comes to the highly manipulated fiat system. I have met those who are ignorant of what Bitcoin is, some can be converted once they know the facts, some just don't want to hear the truth.
738  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Halving is a profitable??? on: June 08, 2016, 05:08:56 PM
Doesn't mean that it will make the price go up, but under traditional economics, it should have a positive effect on the price. Most certainly in the long term.
739  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: does anyone remember... on: June 08, 2016, 05:08:13 PM
lol yes! I remember this well. Some uneducated people still say this, as this was the talking point they heard years ago. Yet, more and more people are looking at it and knowing that it is indeed legit and here to stay.
740  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Halving on: June 08, 2016, 05:07:25 PM
Another pivotal time in Bitcoin History, I remember the last one well.
