Bitcoin will not make banks disappear, it will change the way the world banks.

Yes the banks have been here for a long time and gained trust of almost every people.  Furthermore the elite are still standing in the way of the rise of btc. So it is nearly impossible for btc to vanish banks.

yes, I believe Bitcoin will make banks obsolete. if not Bitcoin, at least a digital currency similar to it.
when ? that's the hard question. a great number of people around the world still trust banks with pretty much their ( financial ) life. until those people change their minds or die of old age, Bitcoin will never beat it.

Agree with that also. Hard work have been done to establish those industry and it will also be a long time before someone or something could make it fall. That is just not that easy.

Banks have support from the Government and society and people who are not aware about bitcoin will stand tall with banks and will never allow bitcoin to take place of banks.

nope i dont think so the best part of it that i am actually thinking instead of letting banks disappear because of bitcoin is that they might be going to adopt bitcoin and allows user to transfer bitcoins from wallet to banks and vise versa

Well, even if bitcoins do become powerful, it will never be strong enough to replace banks since I know government will try to do their best to stop bitcoins from overtaking banks. However, there are banks that are developing ways of adopting bitcoin into their system/platform and I think that's a good opportunity to think that bitcoins and banks can be compatible.

i also think so. i think bitcoin cannot disappear bank. but it will be approved by the government and the bank will also do accept bitcoin in banks. so we can say that bank will not disappear but they will adjust bitcoin.

Bitcoin is an threat to banking system and it is a tough competitor for them, so I don't think banks will shake hands with bitcoin ever in future, banks will always dominate  the world.

The other point is that banks have much more matters, deals and affairs other than saving our money so if people start to put their money in bitcoin then banks will still work for the government and other organizations to assist them in their financial matters.

Yes it wont disappear, banks are not just the safe-keeper of our money, but when need arises we can take loans according to our needs. and no matter how popular bitcoin is when it comes to physical money the final word and the trust of people will goes to bank.

Yes absolutely right bank is needed in government and making people use the bank. Very unlikely to make disappear the bank because the bank can certainly maintain his fame in the community. The Bank will continue to update and will not be outdated.

Well in some ways you are correct but i have read some articles on bitcoim related that the national bank of the government here in the Philippines is planning to used bitcoin as because they have said that the volume of bitcoin transaction here is quite affecting the economy so they are planning to legalize this one so possibility right now is high

It is not even close to that. bitcoin is so far far away from taking place of banks. the world is running with help of banks and real currency..
I don't even think bitcoin creators thought about it so. they created bitcoin as just a decentralized currency. not for kill all other currency.

Thats true. bitcoin can not replace banks. but yes we can say that bitcoin may replace all other online payment systems. it is also so much hard but it is at least not impossible.

I totally agree with this, as long as there is government , banks will always be there and never go become dead. Because the government is earning big amount of income because of banks.
And it is one of the legal ways to get money from people. But it is impossible for bitcoin to make banks disappear.
