721  Economy / Lending / Re: Is it possible to get a 0.25 unsecure loan? on: December 21, 2015, 03:58:08 AM
I have a samsung galaxy s5. I would be willing to send to you. I understand the struggle, If that would help you. Let me know. All I ask is you pay for shipping. I have a samsung s6 but it's busted on the back and the camera isn't that great anymore. It's a great phone.

If I can help, Please let me know.

Jacee - why not take the S5 and pay shipping if this guy is willing to help you?  There are good people in this world you know.
When I saw your request I was thinking that I could send you an iPhone 3gs I don't need... but the S5 is a much better phone.

ever consider that maybe he just doesn't want to accept charity or give out his address? I'd do the same in his position.
722  Other / Meta / Re: Petition to keep newbies outta the lending section on: December 21, 2015, 01:08:50 AM
A lot of newbies are actually legit and have a good reputation elsewhere or they have a valid collateral so no.
that's funny man, good one. I almost laughed internally.

call it jaded, cynical, whatever. very few newbies in the lending section have collateral, even fewer have valid ones.
723  Other / Meta / Re: Petition to keep newbies outta the lending section on: December 21, 2015, 12:48:19 AM
But that *rarely* is enough to keep the newbies there. Just because the scammers are ruining it for everyone else (indicating the newbies) doesn't mean we have to block all the newbies out.
Someone should run some stats figure out how many newbies actually had valid collateral and actually paid back loans that they were given. If it came out to be statistically insignificant (e.g. <2% of all newbie loan requests were legit) then I'm sure that is enough reason to ban them from the section. Maybe I'll do this over the holidays.
even without thinking about it I can guarantee you that number is below 1%.
724  Other / Meta / Re: Petition to keep newbies outta the lending section on: December 21, 2015, 12:17:42 AM
I support this.

Some newbs with valid collateral will still be there, and you'll lose a more or less valuable amount of potential members who turn away just because they couldn't access the Lending board.
Lets be honest here mate, admins won't bother.
Very few newbs have the valid collateral but i agree there are some that do but at the same time any project they might have can wait a month IMO
They could always just send you a pm if they want a loan and have valid collateral. If they do actually have valid collateral then you as the lender could post the details in the thread so that it is public.
that would more or less encourage the private solicitation of loans via pm, which is sketchy enough as is, not to mention the spam that could come to lenders. the idea has been brought up before, was against it then, still against it now.

726  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why do Atheists hate Religion ? on: December 20, 2015, 11:41:09 PM
you're not getting the point. all I'm saying is civilizations seek explanations for their origins and the phenomena they experience, weather that explanation is mythical or scientific.

Avoiding questions is not civilization is barbarism.

Best regards.
ok, words apparently don't make sense to you, so there is no point in discussing anything with you.
727  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why do Atheists hate Religion ? on: December 20, 2015, 11:36:36 PM
You don't need the deity to explain anything.

You explain things with reason not faith.

Are you an atheist?

Best regards.
yes i am.
humans find the need for an explanation to our origins. therefore, the ideas of creationism, evolution, dieties, etc came about. there is no culture from the first of mankind to now that has gone without some sort of explanation for how they or the world came about to be. some myth, science, or story always surfaces to explain the origins of the world in the current state and its people.

Keep myth and science separated and you will find the truth.

that's not a religious view, thats just from a history / humanities view.

Why you need to explain?

Best regards.

728  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why do Atheists hate Religion ? on: December 20, 2015, 11:26:16 PM
its definitely a big facet of any religion, but i see it as just a detail. most religions want to focus on living your life in a positively influential way. a diety is just the result of the attempts to explain the origins of mankind, the universe (ex, christianty's god, resulting in the belief of creationism), everything (ex, shintoism and the belief that every set of objects has some diety attached to it), etc. its hard to really define, this is just my view on the topic.

tenants, ideologies, philosiphies, and religion might all be the same thing to an overly religious person, its just a set of ideas or teachings to live your life for the most part.

This is exactly it.

All people living, live in religion all the time. Simply because a person hasn't identified the doctrine or dogma of his personal religion, doesn't mean he doesn't have it.

A person who is "overly" religious, might seldom change certain aspects of his religion. Another person who is "barely" religious might be changing his religious dogma in life on a regular basis, often without realizing what he is doing.

Smiley

Religion involves faith in deity.

730  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why do Atheists hate Religion ? on: December 20, 2015, 07:29:48 PM
I'm not sure why atheism keeps getting called a religion,  it's not.  I'm open minded enough that if someone could show me proof that there was a god I would admit I was wrong.  So far in this thread nothing that has been mentioned gives any peoof whatsoever.  In another hundred years or so more religions will disappear and be known as myths as they should be.  Unfortunately for now most people of religion can not and will not accept that whatever particular religion they believe in is wrong and theres no amount of proof that can be shown which will convince them other wise.

Even still I don't mind religion,  as long as your not cutting off other people's heads and such.  If believing in the tooth fairy gives you comfort then who am I to get in the way.  I suppose religion is there to try and comfort the fearful that everything will be ok(as long as you do whatever some guy a few thousand years ago thought was right at the time).
maybe it has something to do with the possibility that the religious arent able to comprehend the idea of the lack of a religious belief or set of tenants. it sounds a tad pretentious, but its not out of the question. religion, i would assume, is a pretty big part of a religious individual's life, and they may project that same view onto others, and see the lack of religion, which is both important and makes up a large part of their 'identity', so to speak, as something that is either wrong or impossible.

Because atheists are people without religion... They don't necessarily hate it, they just don't care about it.

Atheism, the religion of non-religion. At least Buddhists recognize that their atheistic religion is a religion.

Smiley

Your ignorance is disturbing in this thread.

Atheism is NOT a religion.

Buddhists are NOT religious.  Buddhism is a PHILOSOPHY, and Buddhist practices & beliefs vary widely around the world.

Amazing how some of you Bible Thumpers are also experts on things you never practised.

I'm sure you must miss the days of the Crusades & Inquisitions, the way you try to impose your narrow views in an open discussion.

733  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Magnesium Coin tried to hack my profile with a possible malware! on: December 19, 2015, 02:48:40 PM

Not a mistake - according to him, he wanted to "test his skills in public".   Undecided

Please read it as a big mistake.  Cry

lets say in a fantasy world, i kill someone tomorrow and i went to court for it.

'sorry guys it was a mistake, wont happen again i promise.'

is that going to get me amnesty and keep me out of jail? 100% no.
same applies here.

@Magnesium Coin: Please stop messaging me about my post. I can only request you to not repeat such things again and use your knowledge for something good rather than hacking accounts. What you did was blatantly WRONG (which you obviously know before coding but still you wanted to try it out) and take the feedback as a punishment. Everyone makes mistakes but the sooner you improve yourself, the better it will be for you. Don't repeat it again and instead learn from it.

But what can I do with my negative trust? I cannot join any signature campaign. So advice me how to get free BTC? (Without using faucets?)
fuck your campaign, it serves as a warning that youre a scammer.
734  Other / Meta / Re: Moderator who works for china banned me 5 & 10 days in this forum on: December 19, 2015, 01:18:08 PM
You are a spammer, why are you complaining for your temp-ban ?
because he thinks hes so special that his posts alone shouldnt be considered as spam because he doesnt want them to be. really asking for the permaban imo.

id put 0.05 BTC down that he gets himself permabanned before the new year.
735  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Pay extra if you donīt want your self-driving Volvo to plow into pedestrians on: December 19, 2015, 02:29:16 AM
I don't care how buggy the software is, I'd trust a robot driver before I'd trust a human driver any day of the week.

Edit: That said, I'd want a conventional vehicle (or a way to completely disable the auto-pilot) set aside for my own personal use, should the need arise.
in most cases, yeah, id have to agree. it seems for the majority of people, people's iq gets halved the moment they get behind the wheel. its a rather strange phenomenon.

still, there isnt an excuse for requiring additional pay to include the portion of the software that avoids pedestrians. that should more or less be a basic safety feature included free of charge in all 'tiers' of the software offered. parallel parking or smooth driving features in case a baby is on board? great. go ahead and charge extra if you really want to. but something as basic as not running into people isnt something that should be seen as 'extra.'
736  Other / Meta / Re: can we use ref link at signature? on: December 18, 2015, 03:11:08 AM
I was under the impression that it was not?

-snip-
Do not make topics or replies just to share your referral link. Whether it's in your sig, avatar, personal message, profile, within the post itself, or tattooed on your forehead is irrelevant.
-snip-

You are allowed to put your refferal link on your signature
So, when you make promotion, ask users to join through refferal link on your signature
And you might want to use link shortener, so every user can't know the refferal link

Any you should know it already when you join this forum

Still referral spam.

If you pay people to register under your ref link it works on games and rounds, also sometimes when people find new promos or giveaways they give their ref link and a non ref link, seems to be allowed aswell.

Still referral spam.
as long as its not actually in the post and the intent of the post isnt to get people to click your reflink (ie, putting the reflink in your sig / pm / profile and posting 'hey go to xx and click my reflink,') having it in your sig or pm is fine afaik. most users in a gambling service sig campaign usually have reflinks in their sig anyways.
737  Other / Meta / Re: Moderator who works for china banned me 5 days in this forum on: December 17, 2015, 11:11:07 PM
from 5th Dec 2015 till today , i got 10-days-ban on this forum

this showed us the proofs that some moderators or the administration of this forum help china government running censorship against freedom of speech.

congratulations, you are on my report paper!!
please feel free to discuss exactly why you think the mods of the forum are tied to the chinese secret police or something. im pretty sure that the government of china has a lots of better things to do than snooping around for 1 particular user on a magic internet money forum. the world isnt out to get you, stop trying to play the victim for everything you snowflake.

i think the main problem is Double Standard.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1249292.0

after I posted above thread, some ID espeically this dude Vika NSFW started to post huge propaganda materials from chinese government offical website against Falungong, and then as feedback and argument in his/her same thread i feed back information from Wikipeida about Falungong.

then i got that 5-days-ban and about 20 information from wikipedia about falungong was deleted but propaganda materials from chinese government which Vika NSFW posted still there.

this is obviously strong proof why i said the administration of this forum help china running censorship.

further more, in this thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1086925.160

Vika NSFW tried many times annoy me and in floor 179 i answerde him then about 1 hour later i got 10-days-ban.

bullshit forum, go hell

thanks
i took a look at the reason for your ban now, and i have to say, after seeing the stuff youve posted.....

youre delusional.

Sorry msc_de, you are banned from posting or sending personal messages on this forum.
Excessive copied content and pointless posts; off-topic personal attacks (5 days)

seems about right. a quick look through your posts, even though i cant read most of them, is just clearly copy and paste articles. some of the time, you dont even bother to post any text and just copy + paste a url.

most of the posts from before you opened this thread is just clearly copy paste material.
i dont even know what these are:

clearly you typed this yourself and its not copy paste /s
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1249964.msg13041296#msg13041296

going from getting banned for essentially spamming to saying 'clearly' there's a crazy conspiracy going on is quite a big jump. if there really was a conspiracy there would be these so called '610 secret chinese police officers' at your doorstep, not a 5 day ban. if there really was a conspiracy, your account would have been permabanned, and you wouldnt even have been able to create this thread. come back down to earth now and forget your delusions.

All religion was created by man to control other men.
god didnt create man, man created god.

739  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Ban Donald Trump on: December 17, 2015, 06:24:49 PM
Trump will fix America back to what it was before Obama. Me and my friends will vote him  Smiley
care to explain your reasoning on why you think trump will 'fix america?'
i personally dont see what he offers other than playing on the xenophobia thats rampant with the ISIS attacks and saying upfront what people are thinking rather than doing the usual politician lying thing.

Can you possibly explain what the difference is between a realistic, pragmatic confrontation with the ideas and actions of ISIS, and "playing on the xenophobia thats rampant with the ISIS attacks?"
i havent kept up with the presidential race as much as id have liked to with exams going on (missed the debate yesterday), but from the stuff that's making the headlines, it just seems to me that trump is more or less exploiting the sense of xenophobia that's been nurtured over the past decade or so since the 9/11 attacks. trump shouts 'deport all muslims,' trump gets votes. last i heard he wanted some sort of database made of all the muslims in the US or something. of course, i may be wrong, but this is pretty much the gist of what ive heard on the topic of trump dealing with the ISIS terrorist threat. not much to say on a practical approach to the threat, but the stuff trump has been suggesting are not pragmatic by all means.
740  Other / Meta / Re: Do you think Referral Link should be allowed in Micro Earning Section on: December 17, 2015, 06:16:43 PM
No , just frikkin no. Have you seen the quality of other forums that allow this crap?

Im not talking about allowing links in all the Section, its Just the one section.
