Well, you were the guy calling me a troll and saying that you were delighted to have profitgenerator here. Have a look to what I said when AMP was about to crash and what profitgenerator was saying. Those that listened to me, have left AMP on time. Those that listened to your endorsement have a burned portfolio. You are a scam, sir. You are clueless Diego. I was talking about AMP since January, so technically people are now at breakeven, the price went back to where it came from earlier this year. I fact the price was 3000 satoshi for a week or so, so people who bought then now still have some profits. I really hope the Synereo team will start some kind of marketing campaign for the app, since usually investors don't see the value in something unless it's all over the place being promoted. But this doesnt mean that AMP has no value. Take a look at BAT, it's 200 or so million $, and it doesnt even have a working product. We have Wildspark, and we only need some promotion now. We can easily hit 200 milllion $ in notime after that. |

To my knowledge they are closed source.
I don't trust anything closed source, not necessarily because I think they bad, but because undisclosed code is pretty much always more vulnerable, since less people are working on it, and inspecting it.
If you want a really good vetted and audited software, go open source. That includes open source OS too like Linux.

I just checked and found out that transferring bitcoin is bloody expensive ! For reference, am just quoting the details of my first transaction which I did just to check how everything goes...
Bought from localbitcoins: 5USD - 0.00108668 BTC
Transferred to bittrex exhcange: 0.00084133 3.86 usd
Transaction fee: 0.00024535 which is approx 1.13 usd
22% transaction cost!
this is bloody expensive, I thought this crypto thing is supposed to reduce the transaction cost but they seem more expensive then the banks imho.
I had a SEPA wire transfer recently. It cost me 10 EUR. I had seen BTC transactions recently that had 30 EUR tx fees. That should tell people something that maybe BTC is heading the wrong direction. |

Hey guys
So currently iv started playing with crypto about a month ago, and can afford to put around $100 a week into it. Iv made some investments into OMG, NEO, PAY, IOTA, ETC and XRP.
My question is, should i still be working my way to gaining 1 BTC first before anything? Price is so high right now and i have no idea how its possible when i can invest so little, hence why im just playing with the alt coins for now.
Any tips on what i should change? or what i should keep doing??

In my opinion investing into alts is risky if you don't know what you are doing. That being said, you could be smart about it, some alts have really went up recently. I think things like Steem, ETH, and things like that will move up in the next coming months. That should be an easy trade. |

Eth is really at very low compated to BTC. I can easily see ETH hitting 60 billion$ before the year ends. It's a massive project especially now that Russians are joining the mining space. Plus you have tons of ICO's coming that bring value into this. ETH can easily beat BTC.  |

Glad to see more and more higher ranking forum members joining there. There are many intelligent people on this forum, who havent joined yet. I wonder why when they have enough skills to make some money there, while also spreading the word on cryptocurrencies, since Steemit articles get indexed better in Google, therefore it will spread the message quicker than posting to this forum. |

"the value materialization still depends on how much effort and dedication the team is putting in to realize it." - this is the truth - the value of PPT is entirely based upon how successful the team is in putting things together. PPT doesn't have a value until the team has produced a viable product and there are active invoices sellers. That by no means is FUD and should deter people from investing, chances are Dorky is invested to or else he wouldn't be on this thread so frequently. Is there something I am missing? There was 1 million AMP allegedly sent to an exchange, but no proof of being sold. And before that the supply was 81 million since the ICO. So nothing is getting dumped, stop the fearmongering nonsense.
The remaining tokens could possibly be sold to private investors, venture capital or things like that, off-market in private deals. So the price will probably not be impacted. This is what all startups do, they are all selling the remaining tokens in private deals, off exchanges to not hurt the price. And the private investors always hold onto things longterm.

It's the price of decentralization. All actions are done on the blockchain, so you don't have to trust any 3rd party to do certain actions for you. So you have to wait like what 30 seconds , that is the ETH block time? Something around that, since your orders are sent to the blockchain. |
