And usually buying some USD  before the price collapse.

Sending as gift to a lot of people will make your account suspended.
The "sending as gift" stuff is intended to be used for family only.

Any bussiness that uses it to cut paypal's fees are discovered and banned. It is obvious that you can't have 1 000 people all around the world that are in your family and you only send them 1 payment

That does not mean that you can't use that technology to download something you have the right to download.
