7221  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading Advice... on: July 16, 2017, 04:44:37 PM
market is more unpredictable than ever just look at these past days
How come and when does the market becomes predictable? Never right? This is the hardest thing as being as a trader at the same time as an investor on which we wont know on where do prices do go. If we did bought on a higher price then it eventually dumps out then we do really feel panic and might decide to sell for cheap on cutting loses. Telling and comparing past days price movements of all crypto. It feels like we are inside on an airplane and do crash to the ground gradually.
7222  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Are these panic guys insane? Or YOU who are holding tightly coins is insane? on: July 16, 2017, 03:35:06 PM
Holding any coins at this moment is insane.
Price is droping a lot and in my opinion there is no use of holding coins, it's better to sell them and wait for even lower price and then buy it.
This would be the best stuff to do in able to patch up your loses on those expensive price you do bought your coin. Holding up would be somehow hopeless to me considering that seeing those prices again would really takes time knowing that recovery isnt too fast in crypto world but we cant really force people on what would they gonna do since its their own money and we cant do anything about it.Theres no fool on this trading world its just normal that there are panic sellers and holders on this kind of situations.
7223  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin vs Taxes on: July 16, 2017, 11:02:41 AM
In my country Bitcoin still havent been taxed as of now Its not still accepted and regulated but there is already a local wallet service provider do offer on buy and selling bitcoin which im little bit in doubt on buying since spread of buy and sell is too high which i do save up money for having a bulk transaction on buying bitcoin without being affected too much on the spread. Tax isnt still imposed but those high spreads i consider it as tax. lol
7224  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin doubler... on: July 16, 2017, 07:28:11 AM
...will be launched on the 1st of August. Are you happy with this?
Its not actually doubler but a dupe or cloning. I have a mixed feelings on this one which i dont really know on what i gonna supposed to do since i do have some bitcoins on my cold wallet if that August 1 event would split those bitcoins then it would be .5 .5 would happen to my bitcoin? Im not really too familiar on this split thats why im somehow excited for this event to come and now we are already seeing bitcoins price is slowly or gradually decreasing overtime which i really dont like to see it that way.
7225  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I'm panicking, tell me it will be OK... on: July 15, 2017, 12:42:00 PM
Based on my own technical analysis  i.e analysis using japanesse candlestick pattern shows that price is on consolidation or correction and there is the tendency that the price will begin it's journey northward any moment from now therefore don't panic it is a rule of trading.
Using technical analysis on trading is really good but it wont work anytime here on crypto world and those analysis would be more useless since market movements doesnt rely on anything like news or any thing that do we here everywhere. Correction of prices might really have sense knowing that prices do pump out high since on last years which we can able to see that prices do really go up but now correction phase have began and panic would really be a normal thing specially for those who bought on peak prices.
7226  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: can bitcoin wallet be hacked by hackers? on: July 14, 2017, 06:43:07 PM
can they hack into our wallet. There are many professional hackers out there. What are the chances? Also what is the safest way to safeguard ourself?
Nope they cant hack your wallet even how professional or expert they are as long you didnt expose your private key to them then theres no need to worry of getting hacked because cracking a single address will really need huge some of computing which is only available on quantum computers but now its not still possible to hack or bruteforce a particular wallet and thats the beauty of using bitcoin.Just be sure to kept those keys safe specially when you are storing up huge amounts of bitcoin in to your wallet.
7227  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Loss almost 40%, should stop trading or not ? on: July 14, 2017, 03:48:54 PM
I should not stop trading.I will not give up because I have 40% lleft to get back all my loses. Its on what I beleive and I feel that in the end i'll be successful trader.I should focus on my profit.Even if I failed but still I have the hope to be rich though bitcoin.I will keep on hoping until I have breathe theres still I can do to rise up and move.
Thats the spirit we should not give up inspite of those loses and as long we do have still balance theres always a chance that we can able to earn it up again those loses but we should really be more wiser as of now and learn from our past mistakes that we done. Stopping completely without even trying to improve is on ones dumb decision but well there are people who are really easy to give up when they already experience defeat or failure from the very first time. We should really take or accept this loses in able to be molded as a better trader later on.
7228  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Chain split on: July 14, 2017, 02:22:55 PM
Don't be afraid for your money, Ehterium has already passed through the split, and it's all right.
This is what im thinking too because i do see on the situation of Etherium when it splitted price have been affected but in the long run it stabilize and now it rose up huge the same wit ETC the another half. Its still have value bot not equal on ETH itself which i can say that it would be the same scenario would happen on Bitcoin incase if theres a split. Wondering what would be the name of the 2nd bitcoin? Anyone? Ex. if i do have 1 bitcoin if it splits, what would happen actually? 0.5 pure bitcoin and the other 0.5 is the clone?
7229  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Chain split on: July 14, 2017, 12:39:34 PM
So situation will be clear after 1st august right? anyway there will be split or not btc value will explode after 1st august, am i right? Situation will be clear after this time.
If bitcoin would explode then price would really be affected but we dont know if it would pump or dump after the event for now im ready for the things that might happen later on.I have some bitcoin holdings and as being suggested better not to make nay transaction into those day or near house of it. Just wait for the wallet provider could able to update themselves regarding on the case of split would happen.
7230  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Price fluctuation on: July 13, 2017, 03:02:59 PM
I want to understand how bitcoin price fluctuation. ??
From the word fluctuation you can able to identify on what is happening.

Here:
The noun fluctuation refers to the deviations along the path from one point to another. We see frequent fluctuations in the stock market, as prices go up or down, and also in the weather, which is always changing.

Even on a simple economic class you can able to tell whats the reason on this such movement. Its a simple supply and demand story which really makes the price do moves on various ways.
7231  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Newbie here What is blockchain.info wallet ? on: July 13, 2017, 01:54:56 PM
i use blockchain.info but now its error cant login.
What error you faced with the blockchain, info wallet? Could you tell us more about your problem since there are so many users faced some minor problems with this wallet.
Maybe his pertaining on error on logged in just like forgetting his password and yes he should elaborate even more what error does he experiencing so that community would able to tell him what would be the best solution. Knowing blockchain.info wallet i dont have bad experience on using it and this is actually my first web wallet which i do store my bitcoin earnings most people said thats its not good to store up on this wallet but still i do have trust on the security of this one specially now that you do have already the possesion of your own private keys.
7232  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Design is important for ICO projects on: July 13, 2017, 01:10:03 PM
Design is so important that it is causing people to invest in scams without even properly researching what they are investing in. If you look at some of these ICO's they have beautifully designed logos, websites, infographics etc. but then a 6 page whitepaper with an abstract idea that will be realized in the year 2050. But thanks to a great design and marketing will raise 10's of millions.

Then there are some great projects with poor design that doesn't even reach a million. So yes very important.
This is why some scam ICO do really give attention or importance on making up a convincing graphics to the eyes of community specially on investors because they do know that if they wont put effort on their design people will really neglect it and thats a normal thing,we dont like to invest on a project which isnt good at design at the very first place. having a good design does really have the advantage compared on the ugly one and this is one of the most important thing on a certain project.
7233  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin transaction cost so high? Why? on: July 13, 2017, 12:29:52 PM
Hello everyone Smiley So I was ordering a few items online from a place that accepts Bitcoin, and for an item that costs only 24 Euros, the send cost was 7 Euros! That is too high! Bitcoin transaction fees should be very minimal! Is there any way to resolve this or is this to do with the blocks filling up?
7 euro is too much for a 24 euro transaction and i would like to ask on what wallet you are using? If you are using blockchain then theres an option on where you can able to edit or set up a particular fee. that 7 euro is way too high for a fee and going back on previous months the max fee did i see is between 2-4 usd which is already high, how much more on 7eur. This is one of the reasons why do people switch on alts like ETH less fees less confirmation times which what im doing as of now.
7234  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do I hold? on: July 12, 2017, 02:09:18 PM
I have recently took investing on poloniex serious. Ever since I've invested the alt coins have been down. Do the amount of coins I posses go up if I stay. Also, do I have to wait for the coins to go back to their original price that I bought fo in order to make a profit? What are the reasons to holding if prices are down? Thank-you.

The reason why you are holding while the price is still down is that you didnt lose money at all compared on selling it on a cheaper price or cut loss is considered negative income in trading. If you do have weak hands you will eventually sell off because you are on a panic that it might turn to 0 value but this is not true.Price might decrease but there would be a time that they will recover soon.Just hold and wait for prices to comeback as long you didnt sell those coins it cant still be considered as loss.
7235  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What determines if a coin goes up or down in price? on: July 12, 2017, 01:13:17 PM
I heard that if there is news that certain places will start using a certain currency, then it will increase in value.  Obviously that sounds very simple.  But that is true right?

What exactly causes a coin to go up or go down in value?  If everyone starts selling the coin, will the coin go down in value?  Im curious but what things trigger coin prices to go up or down?
You are a Hero member but do still ask this thing considering on your rank you should have the slightest knowledge about this stuff. Prices do move ups and down since its just a normal thing on coins in the market and yes indeed that they are somehow affected if theres a news but if theres none then the main thing that moves its price is just a simple trading with buyers and sellers because on this way we can indicate that price do really moves. Its just a simple economic class.
7236  Economy / Economics / Re: Can bitcoin be a more secured way of handling cash? on: July 12, 2017, 12:35:58 PM
There's been news going around saying that you need to put in a certain address to able to steal that account. I was wondering if that's fake and bitcoin is a secured way of handling cash.
Its safe as long you didnt expose your private keys and show it to public or been said to anyone because no one would able to access it as long they didnt know it. I can say that its one of the most secure way on handling cash without the need on having a local fiat on your own pocket but the main thing here is that bitcoin isnt still available in all parts of the world which you cant able to use it unlike on our local fiat. We are on the full control of our money specially when in bitcoin form and thats the goodness of this kind of innovation.
7237  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: If Bitcoin skyrockets, how will it affect alt coin prices? on: July 12, 2017, 11:37:01 AM
This might be a dumb question, but I thought I'd ask it anyway. I've noticed that every time Bitcoin significantly drops it drags down the prices of alt coins. Now let's assume that the price of Bitcoin skyrockets in August. Would that increase the price of most alt coins as a result?

BTC going up means more people are buying BTC. When more people are buying BTC, then there is theoretically more BTC available with which to buy altcoins, so naturally the altcoin prices will rise too.
Well, this is rules in 2017 of crypto market, although in history when Bitcoin rising up, the price of Altcoin will falldown and vice versa.

In present, status SegWit2x of Bitcoin really damage the price of crypto market, nearest death we can see the scared of trader increasing
It cant really be avoided that traders would really be afraid when they saw that their coin are gradually decreasing but as of now we cant see coins that going nearest to its death and now they are almost going up again turning into greens after that bloody field we did saw yesterdays and the previous days.
Price movements between bitcoin and altcoin isnt anytime that they are irrational because sometimes we do see them on opposite ways. When bitcoin price tends to go up some coins go down and some would go up or even they all go up joining on the increase. Price movements are all in random which we wont really know on where it would go.
7238  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Time to buy again? on: July 12, 2017, 09:40:40 AM
http://coinmarketcap.com/

Seems altcoin drop has slowed down and many of them are recovering. It seems downfall is over for now, but since they are slowly rising, I guess it's time to buy now before they recover too much?
Just as expected that dumps would not really be forever but expect that there would really be pullbacks on price in a matter of days as of now which price will eventually go down again but still its the best time to buy some cheap coins again but remember to accumulate on the amount that you can afford to lose up because we dont really know on how the market behaves on these days seeing on the upcoming event. There would really be some effects on the price of the entire market of coins.
7239  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Alts fall, Bitcoin falls ... where is the money going? on: July 11, 2017, 01:34:20 PM
Hi

Thread title says it basically.

Almost all Altcoins are currently falling, which means they are dumped for Bitcoins.

So Bitcoins should be bought and therefore rising => but they are also falling.

Why is that?
Just a simple realization and a little common sense would actually answer this question If altcoin are falling together with bitcoin this means people are cashing out on fiat money. They do sell of their coins exchange to bitcoin and then bitcoin to fiat. As simple as that and I think the main reason here is the segwit2 fuds roaming around which those weak hands tend to secure out their money first.
7240  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If all the FUD is about Bitcoin split, why Altcoins are falling? lol on: July 11, 2017, 12:38:28 PM
This market is completely irrational, can't use common sense to figure it out at all. Panic selling spreads like wildfire across all coins
When one person do tell about a single fud then it would really scatter and as you said its just really like a wildfire, once it started it will really crawl into a large area and this thing we are witnessing now. FUDS are everywhere on cryptoworld specially on the upcoming event on august. We can see all reds on the market  bitcoin together with all alts in the market. They are all connected and we should really be familiar on crypto market because they do really move on this way. A single news will really make effects on their prices.
