7221  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: You got a pifzer ? Then you can be eligible for lottery in Poland. on: July 26, 2021, 11:04:56 AM
And yes, it's a win-win to those who'll going to accept the vaccines, just take it as protecting your life while having that
opportunities to win huge amount of money from the lottery.
It's not only about protecting your life but it's also about protecting the lives of others so that they can also be secured as you when you're going from point a to point b. And knowing that you've been vaccinated, it's easy and will give peace of mind to the people that you hang out with. I'll try to look for some other news in Poland and how's the vaccination process is going there and if there are more people who have chosen to get vaccinated with a Pfizer vaccine and what are the other available vaccines that they have in their country in possession.
7222  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Don't be too desperate to make earning on: July 26, 2021, 09:47:51 AM
even said a professional trader in trading requires a minimum of 1 year for us to be able to analyze how smooth our trading is.
There are fast learner traders that can learn how to trade smoothly within less than a year but I think having that experience for a year, that will make you aware of the sides of trading. A lot of tests have been made and experiences will make you grow through time.

because in trading requires a lot of evaluation and set a good strategy technique. so I think don't despair if the profit doesn't come quickly, stay focused and enjoy the process
That's right, enjoying the process is the way to prolong yourself in trading. Being prepared with equipped experience and strategy, you don't have to be desperate as you've been through the process, making money as you trade will come naturally.
7223  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: It takes years to build a reputation and seconds to break it on: July 26, 2021, 08:26:54 AM
Warren Buffet once said "we could afford to lose some money, we are rich enough for that, but we can't lose a shred of reputation, I rather lose billions a year before I lose a shred of reputation" and I feel like that is as true back then as it is right now.
I've never read that quote from him but if that's what he said. It's true that it's reputation is more than money. On his logic that has been given as an example, he can earn more than what he's going to lose if he got his reputation stable because he can eventually get back that loss.
And that's the same for most reputable casinos, they're probably following the same logic and rule as what Warren Buffett has said because it's more of the reputation and profit will follow it.
Theyre connected to each other which you can presume out and would definitely choose if you were gonna need to select neither money or reputation. To think of that you wont really be getting money if your  reputation

is not known or bad.It would always be giving out that positive effect into someone or company and those lines said by WB then i totally agree with that.Reputation is something that cant really be built

in a short time because once you had able to built reputation then money would come next.
Reputation can be built but you need a long time for it to be established and that's why if it got to be stained, that's hard to be rebuilt and people who trusted that casino will have a hard time getting back the trust of the people. It is an important factor to us gamblers to get into the trustworthy casino that we've known for a long time. And that's why if there is some bashing from unknown people that tries to pull down the reputation of the casino we believe in, it's hard to believe those if we've been trusting them for years and if that person trying to destroy the reputation just came by and new.
7224  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: once again the market is trying to break the resistance on: July 26, 2021, 07:37:22 AM
It is going to make another rally and if bitcoin gets back to $40k that will be the sign that we're again for another run which might lead to $50k-$60k again. And those prices are the prices that we've been waiting to be seen again. Good for those people that have loaded up when bitcoin was $29k and when Ethereum was $1700. See, that's the difference between buying during the dip and buying only when the price goes up. It is better to be prepared most of the time and take those opportunities that we see in the market as the prices go on low and we only have to wait until it goes back again higher.
7225  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What does it take for a game to "hook" people on: July 26, 2021, 06:57:09 AM
That means, if people are back to play the same game repeatedly, they are hooked because of the game and have curiosity about winning if they have many times losses. Those feeling will make them come back in the other days just to fills their curiosity and if somehow, they are trying to play the other gambling games, they are curious about that game and will try or test their luck in that game. Who knows, they can also win some money from the other game and if that can happen, they will play many gambling games to win that games.
It is an unstoppable feeling of testing the game and trying luck every time a gambler feels good with the game that he started to bet on. We've got that feeling whenever we're already hooked to the game and it's hard to stop when you're enjoying and at the same time you see yourself winning those bets and the game itself. There's a feeling of self-satisfaction as you gamble and play and you'll never know when to stop even if you're starting to feel that there's something wrong. This is the true meaning of being hooked to a game.
7226  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Weekly/monthly financial statements, which do you prefer? on: July 25, 2021, 11:21:40 PM
Although I don't have records, I think it's okay to put it on the record for both types, weekly and monthly. As you put record for your weekly budget and how much you've spent in gambling, you can merge the record and see how much you entirely spent within a month.
Having both records will be good for you to track if you're spending much without any emotions that you have to stop or you'll feel regret that you've spent a lot because you didn't controlled yourself doing it.
7227  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: This is best time buying SHIB token or not on: July 25, 2021, 10:49:24 PM
I am very confused why people still buy coins without finding out about the coin, because I think coins like shiba inu and dogecoin are coins that have no utility, the coin only rose because of elon, but it was only temporary
They just get in because of hype. They don't do research and that's why aside from buying the coin, they are thinking that it's a good investment because look only into its all time high that has happened. But they don't have an idea if that's possible to happen again. I don't think that it's really a nice idea to still invest on this coin because it's dumping with all the other meme coins. And if I don't want to lose money, I'll just avoid it and be better investing into another altcoin that I've known.

7229  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Daytrading vs Holding on: July 25, 2021, 06:27:39 PM
Day trading or holding has the same risk and can both get profit, for day trading it requires more knowledge and deeper skills, because it regulates financial patterns in trading. while for holding only need to hold and save until the price is high. so it's a choice based on one's ability
It is easy and most common choice to hold if you don't want to do that much activity in your day to day living. Day traders rely on that activity and you're required to have a good amount for your capital that you shall roll as you continue to trade from day to day.
In holding, yes, that's easy and you need to wait until the price is high and you're not needing to be the same as day trading's activeness because you're only waiting and it's like a waiting game and whoever is the most patient and wise in choosing the selling price always get a good profit.
7230  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you'll Sale bitcoin on today? on: July 25, 2021, 05:56:27 PM
For almost a full day I pay attention to the price of bitcoin, and still survive around the price of $33000. I don't see that there will be a significant change to go up.
There's actually a big change and it's been up because the last few days ago, you cannot see its price above $30k and then we see it at $34k. That only means that there's a big change that has happened to its price.

Will you still survive the market conditions like this? Confusing.
Yes, why not? there were even worse market than what we're seeing right now. The market situation right now is better than those days when I've seen that shows no sign of recovery.
7231  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Can We Expect Gambling on Axie Infinity? on: July 25, 2021, 05:23:59 PM
That's what I'm thinking but it's only possible first to the players, pvp/player to player and no casino yet. Like going to a certain marketplace and looking for someone who's up for a match. Put their bets, how much for each of the players and then if both have doubts to each other, look for someone who's going to be their escrow and middleman and then let the PvP start. I guess Axie will be going on that stage very soon, it's still on the Alpha stage and there will be more features that will be added to it.

to be honest, it is becoming more and more popular this time among speakers and gamblers. Maybe this is a great opportunity for Axie Infinity to continue to hold various ESports festivals with first-class gambling. we need to continue to monitor and be in it, seeing so far there will be many big betting events which of course for Axie Infinity takes the trust and high interest of gamblers who are now starting to pay attention to Axie infinity in a special way.
They've already posted about an update regarding an event, and they're accepting already those proposals from organizations until the first week of August. So far, I don't think that "betting" companies will get in that quick as they're not yet established as a gambling scene. Although competitively, it's being seen as sustainable esports since there are hundreds of thousands of players that are active on a daily basis. They just have to start it out with the competitive scene and continue afterwards once it's already established. There has to be a way to spectate those matches.
7232  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Where do you get trading advice and tips from? on: July 25, 2021, 04:56:03 PM
According to my point of view i always get the knowledge  from the coins previous charts and graphs etc which give us much knowledge and that's it. Because it repeats itself and the main point about that read the coins more and more then only you can get benefit.
The charts are graphs are common way of determining what's going to be the next move for such coins. If you're a day trader, you'll mostly used it all of the time because it's what you need to decide whether you're going to buy that coin or sell it or simply hold it.
You'll get the idea of what will be the next pattern for that coin if you happen to be good at reading charts.
Charts or simply technicals wont really be that precise on predicting prices but its true that this would be mainly used if you do step your foot in as a day trader or active ones because news and sentiments doesnt really

come often which simply means that you cant just rely on it and you wont be having no choice but to use this another way of predicting on prices.Dont easily get hooked on  other calls and sentiments or tips.

Better to create your own and it would be worth to follow it but its not bad to see on others analysis as well.So it would just depend on you.
It's connected with news most of the time and you'll expect something to happen once you're able to connect the charts and as you analyze it. But if you are still not good enough having those standards, you can try to look for a mentor that you can follow about the market. It's hard to look for someone that you will trust with their analysis because many that you'll see in the internet are only doing it for content purposes but they add no value with their analysis as they only show some charts and talk a bit and that's it.
7233  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: why do you keep allcoins? on: July 25, 2021, 04:23:58 PM
Until the next bull run comes. I don't keep that much altcoins in my stash but I know what I'm keeping is one of the top altcoins and I don't have to worry about how long I'm going to hold it so there is no problem holding it because it's one that I can rely on for altcoins. Even if I have to wait for so long, I don't mind since I've tested myself to hold such coins in a long time and I succeeded by doing that. In that case, it means that whether it takes 1 year or more, that's totally fine to me as I hold it.
7234  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why Is Litecoin an Attractive Investment Asset? on: July 25, 2021, 09:41:46 AM
Litecoin is considered as one of the OG cryptos that we've got. The updates that it has made didn't matter with its price as our basis with a coin that has made a good update, the price will reflect from those upgrades. The halving didn't matter on it and if it's going to implement Mimblewimble that's good for its use case but for the pricing, we cannot say if it will have that quick impact on it. Nevertheless, I still think that Litecoin is a good to invest with as it's already established and there's a lot of support and it has a big established community.
7235  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Buying BTC from KYC exchange on: July 25, 2021, 09:03:09 AM
KYC exchanges are exchanges that guarantee the safety of their users, there may be some exchanges that do not use KYC, but as such these exchanges are less secure, and look un professional, I really like KYC exchanges because they are of good quality and professional.
Binance won't force you to do KYC but you're limited with how much you can withdraw. Despite that, they're still a good exchange and also considered as one of the best exchanges although if you want to increase and upgrade your account, you really have to do KYC.

Is there a way to reverse the damage? Perhaps through things like mixers etc? What are your thoughts on those?
If you're not confident with your privacy and you think that there's a need to let through a mixer then just do it. Because if you won't do it, you'll keep worrying with that matter. So just do it and have a peace of mind.
7236  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: July 25, 2021, 07:29:03 AM
Fil-Foreigners above 30 no longer allowed to join PBA

There are cases in the league where there are late draftees and even not undergoing a draftee in the case of veterans. One of the reasons is, these players prioritized other activities than being drafted in the league early.

Are you favor on these rules by the PBA? Just to clarify, it was only applied to Fil-Foreigners and not local players.
I am not. But if they are making a rule and they have this type of age limit just like the usual employment in our country. I don't know why these crazy rules are being implemented. If there's a player that's still in good shape and can play well with his status on his age, why forbid him to be drafted? I agree that these players have other priorities and that's why they've only entered the league late already. I know that if a player wants to get into PBA, while they're young, they should focus on it so that they can be drafted at a young age and make it their long-life career until their retirement because there are a lot of perks from it.
7237  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about Citizen Finance? on: July 25, 2021, 06:58:33 AM
It's still young and just made 1 month ago and I think it's still about early investors luck that made the early investors made profit from it. And the next months would be the crucial one for those interested investors that might buy it.
The dump might be coming after it's been seen at its first ATH because it's going to attract more investors and create hype. I won't be investing and that's a no for me, I'll still wait until it's finally published in the market for quite long.

i can very well agree with you here. the price increased from $1.x to $20.x in just 10 days this month, and now it is trading at $16.x. the pump is not an organic growth, definitely, whales are behind it. this is a very risky project to get on. they can easily dump hard. better stay away from projects like this. losing your money here is high.
There's for sure a reason for that pump and it's manipulated by whoever is behind the pump. Anyone who's interested on this project must also take a look to the possible reasons why there's a pump. Like the news, the developers working progress and other news related to the stuff of reporting and upgrades for this project because it's very important to see that whenever you see such pump and you're starting to be attracted to it. Do not jump off quickly because you might catch the falling knives after that you've get in.

7239  Economy / Economics / Re: Central bank digital currency will improve the use cases and value of Bitcoin on: July 24, 2021, 10:32:57 PM
I've never thought of this, since there will be use case for most CBDCs that will be made. I've forgotten that they're still bind to the value of fiat which is still lessening in buying power due to the inflation. And in that manner, there's no difference of it in fiat as people will still find a way in defeating inflation and one of the solution and resort that they'll find is through bitcoin. That's a good thinking that it's gonna be making bitcoin at still the same rate of adoption and demand whether there will be CBDCs or none.
7240  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: July 24, 2021, 10:02:02 PM
It's not possible that Abueva would play with Vic Manuel because the Phoenix would be full of bigs and will not have good guards, let's just say what the management did is to make this team better and we can confirm that once the conference is over. On the other hand, Calvin is also doing great in his current team, so both of Manuel and Abueva are really a star of their respective team.
They are both star of their teams and we remember that there were hard times for both of these players but look at them now, playing healthy and well.

Kiefer Ravena gets PBA nod to play in Japan B.League
Ravena has been allowed to play with Lakestars for a year and then return to the PBA and suit up for NLEX anew.

What an offer. Allowed to play overseas, being paid there, then still have a team in the PBA once he returns. However, that will limit Ravena to continue playing overseas after a year. If the goal is to really leave PBA then switch careers abroad, it's best for me to just finish everything in PBA so he can continue with the Lakestar for more years. But prior to that, the contract should be multi-season so the next following years are secured.

Anyways, the deal was now finalized and that is, Ravena was only allowed to play for 1 season with the Lakestars. This just proved that everything can be settled properly if there are official negotiations.

I'm just wondering when this will be starting? After the current PBA All-Filipino Cup?
This is good news for Ravena then. After the controversy that he's not being granted by the management, now they've come to show that they've given a go signal even if there's still some conditions that has to be met. Still a good decision for them to allow him to play in B league.
