7261  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: APOLLO to reach DASH and MONERO prices? on: March 28, 2019, 09:35:18 PM
Seems to me that APOLLO is an improved version of DASH and MONERO...

So I am thinking that it has similar price potential at least.

Please share your thoughts and I am happy to be corrected if I have any misconceptions.
When I saw the name APOLLO, I actually laughed so hard because APOLLO is a name of a disease in my country that affects the eye of people making it red.

I am already scared in investing in the project because to me it looks as if I am going to face a lot of issues if I try to invest in this coin, I don't think the price of the coin will get to that of monero, though I might be wrong but I can't obviously buy all the coin in the market even if they are going to worth millions of dollars in the nearest future.
7262  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Animated team profile photo! decent or not? on: March 28, 2019, 09:18:52 PM
I don't think animated photo for ICO is a trend or can ever be a trend because most people will never love to invest in those kind of projects because the admin always turns out to be a scam.

Why will you be starting up a project in the crypto space and you are doing it in an anonymous way expecting that you are going to raise a lot of funds from investors, this is not going to work anymore because investors are very careful in choosing their investment.
7263  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BSV Bitcoin Satoshi Vision Metanet Understanding the technological & the future on: March 28, 2019, 08:46:40 PM
Any blockchain that is not the bitcoin blockchain itself is a very big scam to me and I just see it as a way people are trying to make free money all in the name of achieving satoshi vision of blockchain, bitcoin cash was the first coin that came up with the idea that bitcoin is no longer following satoshi vision since segwit was going to be implemented then, but why is bitcoin cash now, nowhere to be found because it was just a means to get free money.

Other than contributing to total crypto space's marketcap, I am not seeing anything positive with these things to crypto community. Due to continuous pumping and dumping, like XRP BCH is trying to find a good place among investors and traders but not sure how much successful it is in terms of having continuous institutional investors.
7264  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DLease.io - Steem-based Startup Offering Passive Returns to Crypto "Hodlers" wit on: March 28, 2019, 08:15:43 PM
Why did you guys choose to make use of steem out of all the coin we have in the crypto market, I believe using steem in it might cause a very problem to potential investors because most of them are not happy with the team blockchain since the creator of the blockchain left it and jumped into another project.

The major problem with steem is that it's steemit platform is not user friendly thereby making it very difficult of a newbie who just got into crypto to make use of the platform without needing a guide from other users.
7265  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Most profitable Crypto Telegram Communities which provides FREE Signals, Bot on: March 28, 2019, 07:46:21 PM
I don't so much believe believe in free telegram groups that gives out crypto signals because most of them give out wrong signals that makes one lose a lot of money, yet they come back online to tell you how the signal works and how they were able to make profit which you and I know that no one made any profit but rather loss, I think it is better I check the charts myself or I pay for a paid signal because it would be more assured than free.

There are lots of resources are available for free but their effectiveness on predicting the right direction is always lesser than they do promise. This is the reason why most people here are always suggesting to go with own technical and fundamental analysis so that we could have better results on trading.
7266  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: what technology does Binance and Bitmex use to trigger trades so fast on: March 28, 2019, 06:38:19 PM
Lol, what do you mean by what technology binance used in making trades trigger so fast, I don't think there is anything special about how they were able to do it since it's mere programming that any developer with blockchain experience would be able to do, have you asked the technology youtube use to save video on it's platform or to stream video so fast.

Any programming language can actually be used for the development of the platform, one can make use of PHP, PYTHON, NODEJS, though devs prefers python and Nodejs for this kind of development because of its main frameworks.
7267  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What do you think about option trading? on: March 27, 2019, 08:17:45 PM
Why I said forex is difficult and binary is easier is because when it comes to binary trading, there isn’t much to do except guessing if the asset will go up or down within a set time of your choice. But in forex, the work is more than that, and that’s not what I’m here to discuss though. You can just go for binary option, it’s good and majority of them like iQoption now allows traders to trade cryptocurrency too.
I have seen that many people on this community is always comparing options trading into gambling and binary options are very much similar to tossing up a coin. Binary options are just a sub part of options trading which is usually having a conventional notation of F&O as per my country standards which denotes Futures and Options.

I agree options trading much easier than forex trading but I do not encourage both of them compared to crypto trading. After I was introduced to cryptos and crypto trading, my total view on trading markets had changed. It is like when we are having easier and predictable markets why should we risk in highly unpredictable markets like forex nor with gambling-like markets ?
7268  Economy / Speculation / Re: What will happen when the stock market crashes? on: March 27, 2019, 04:16:12 PM
Stock market and bitcoin is not as collided as people think. Just because stock market collapsed at the same time as bitcoin doesn't mean they are connected.

Lets take a look at when stock market crashed this year, before stock market crashed bitcoin moved from 20k to 6.5k, way before anything happened on stock market, so that is irrelevant as you can see, after stock market crashed and hit the bottom bitcoin dropped to 3k but that was mainly due to bitcoin cash war that saw Craig Wright selling a lot of bitcoins all at once to drop the price so that is irrelevant as well. As you can see 2018 stock market crash and bitcoin crash actually had no connection at all. Could it go down and up at the same time again? Who knows it could but does it mean they are connected? Not at all.
7269  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin 4-year cycle is it real? Probable end year rally for Bitcoin on: March 27, 2019, 03:36:43 PM
End of the year is very close to halving as well and that is what I am betting my money on. I have been saving bitcoin for close to 6 months now, I have spent a bit of it and cashed out a little to keep on living but at the same time I am keeping as much bitcoin as possible, that is why I think its really possible at the end of this year we can see a rally, maybe a bit earlier or maybe a bit later but we will see it.

I wouldn't be shocked if it happens on October/November or it happens during January/February instead of December but it will certainly happen. Oh do not think that this "rally" would be something huge though, I feel like it will be about $6k-$7k at most and possibly hitting $8k at max but that is about it, I am not expecting another 20k rally at all not this soon.
7270  Economy / Speculation / Re: Lightning Network will help bitcoin`s price reach 6,000 USD in November on: March 25, 2019, 02:09:05 PM
LN is a great technology and it certainly makes it so much better for people to send and receive money. Lets face it one of the biggest challenges during the 2017 peak time at 20 thousand dollars was people sending each other money like crazy and while everyone was buying and selling and all that they had to spend as much as 30 dollar sometimes for it.

I remember receiving 700 dollars for something and it was sent with 33 dollars transaction fee, that was unsustainable and of course the price eventually dropped. This does allow bitcoin to go up a lot more and quickly, I can't say "November" or "6 thousand dollars" because it makes it an objective result but I can say "sometime in the future" and "will  go up" because those two things are for sure in my mind, it will certainly happen.
7271  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎰BitRoll.io🎰 - New Crypto Casino Site! on: March 23, 2019, 03:13:00 PM
How do you have zero of your investment back. Technically speaking when you have zero of your investment it means the bankroll must be totally gone, like zero bankroll left. As long as there is even a single bitcoin left you should share it accordingly between investors. It shouldn't be like his money gone this money gone but the other stays it should be equal for the people.

Zero investments left in a casino means there must be something wrong going on. I am sorry but bitroll should definitely come up with an explanation of how did so many people lost all their investments otherwise it looks like a shady business method I am sorry to say. Without a good explanation of what happened this looks like it was made from the inside to enrich one over others.
7272  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are we are the beginning of a new bullrun? on: March 23, 2019, 02:24:07 PM
It certainly looks like we are on the verge of a new bull run. I mean we can never know of course, this is bitcoin so who knows maybe bitcoin will go down and be 2000 tomorrow, it is known to do stuff like that before when people expected it to go up but it went down. Hell before the price went down on November 15th we were expecting bitcoin to move from 6500 to 8+ but instead it went down and hasn't recovered ever since.

So, I think it would be smarter if we could just expect bitcoin to do anything. However, with that being said I am really expecting bitcoin to just skyrocket again anytime. Specially over five thousand dollars looks like the first stop, depending on what type of resistance and support we will see on that run we can go even further higher.
7273  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is Bitcoin Too easy to manipulate? on: March 23, 2019, 01:53:44 PM
Compared to regular fiat bitcoin is even hard to manipulate. Look at regular fiat currencies in third world countries, last summer Trump said something bad about Turkey and Turkish lira plummeted to death, how can you explain that if you think bitcoin is easy to manipulate.

Just one person going on twitter writing bad stuff about a country could destroy a whole nations economy with one finger, they are still not out of the gate and still having economical problems even though Trump basically forgave them.If you keep doing stuff like that then how could you even imagine bitcoin is any different. Yeah, it is easy to manipulate for big enough people but if you are big enough any currency is easy to manipulate for you, not just bitcoin. That is why I would always prefer bitcoin, it might be easy to manipulate but at least its impossible to control and change stuff in it.
7274  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: what guides do you use for trading signals on: March 23, 2019, 01:25:44 AM
I can't recommend a particular platform for you to get trading signals because most of them just gives signals that are likely to be fake, especially the so called pump and dump group we have in the cryptosphere that promise to give out good signal of a coin that could make a lot of profit but you might end up securing a very big lost that would be difficult to recover from.

I think it is best you learn how to read the market yourself from professionals, so that you don't need to rely on any one for trade signals.
7275  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How much money and which rule follow for trade?? on: March 23, 2019, 01:19:25 AM
I don't think you need huge amount of money to begin to trade on any of the exchange, but one thing you should know is that the higher the capital you use in coming into the trade market, the more profit you make from the market after making a trade, though reverse might be the case because you can actually secure loss instead of gains, this is why you have to learn from expert who have already mastered the act of trading before jumping into the market so that you can trade with full confidence in you.
7276  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Huobi vs BNB on: March 23, 2019, 12:53:30 AM
What are your predictions on Huobi token. Will it beat BNB? Check the analysis below.
Lol, this is just like trying to compare bitcoin with an altcoin which is very much not possible, we have seen the hype that BNB have had within these few months and I am seeing that this is just the beginning because we a going to see a more significant growth in the price of BNB before the end of the year.

But, I can't say same for houbi because I haven't seen a good hype from their platform like that of BNB so they have to come up with something very unique that will push investors focus to their platform instead of BNB.
7277  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Can you use a Bot to place a buy order - and set a stop-loss for it instantly? on: March 22, 2019, 08:30:34 PM
It depends on who created the bot, I am a developer and I am so security conscious about any platform I make use of because I don't want to end up losing funds for the sake of bad development. If the bot is written by me, then I don't mind making use of it because I always do my check very much to make sure I don't experience any flaws in the future. As a developer, we always love to come up with easier way to do things so that time can be saved, since time is the most precious thing given to us.
7278  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What should I do about it? on: March 22, 2019, 08:13:18 PM
I don't think I can tell you how long you have to wait before you are going to see a pump in the price of those coin because the truth is that most of the coins there are referred to as shitcoin and might never see a growth in price because the project as either been abandon by the team or the team has already scammed the users and made away with lots of money.

I think the best you can do now is to continue collecting more airdrop until you have acquired enough needed to dump all on exchange. This is what most bounty hunters are doing for years. Make sure that you are also in race else you may miss out right opportunities.
7279  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Did I miss out on 20x on: March 22, 2019, 08:00:35 PM
Am I reading this chart correctly but HOT (not Holo) was listed on kucoin and went up 20x in an 8hr candle be going down again
very low volume but is it worth looking into for the future

https://www.kucoin.com/trade/HOT-BTC
It is not a new thing, the best time to buy a crypto coin is when it is just listed on the exchange especially on popular exchanges because we have a lot of traders on those exchanges and they always want to take advantage of the market to make profit before the coin begin to experience a dump in price, you might still be able to make same 20x profit once you can find another coin that would be listed on a popular exchange and also the time it would be listed so that can buy into the market immediately.

there are  3 tokens exist to use the same symbol Hydro Protocol (HOT), Holo (HOT) , and Hotnow (HOT).
Symbols are no more an efficient identifier. This is one of the problem of decentralization. Only solution is, we must need to be more careful which coin that we are going to buy/sell/trade.
7280  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Daytrading advice on: March 22, 2019, 07:41:43 PM
Most probably you may not get right piece of advice as most people here are just long term holders still I do see there are many serious discussions on day trading here always. Personally I tried day trading twice but I got stuck then I waited for weeks to recover my losses then I just exit covering fees and some small profits. Now a days, I am too a proud long term holder of cryptos and this way I never get stuck still I am confident about comparatively more profits than day trading. Day trading must need your full time and you might need lots of analysis. If you still finds it is worth for your efforts and time, you may continue with day trading.

Here I am just quoting one good post on day trading which may answer some of your questions and doubts:
