7281  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin as a payment on minimarkat? on: April 03, 2017, 08:10:31 AM

now it's been a lot of that name minimarket, fermented why the payment has not been anyone using bitcoin, but it was very profitable for the owner minimarkat

how to address situations like this if you are the owner of the mini market

I am sure it will be very profitable for the owner of the minimarket, but will it be profitable for the buyers as well? I don't think so. With the exorbitant fees, bitcoin transactions for small purchases have become costlier than the product itself. So why would anyone use bitcoin for that?

Bitcoin looks good as an investment now and nothing else. If I am an owner of the minimarket, I would love to accept bitcoin as a payment option because I know it will reward me suitable, but not as a purchaser. That's where the parity belongs.
7282  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: impact of bitcoin on your daily life/business? on: April 02, 2017, 03:36:19 AM
I really don't see any impact of bitcoin in my daily life or business because I don't use bitcoin for my daily life. I take it as an investment for long term. I don't spend bitcoin to buy anything related to my daily life because I believe bitcoin has a huge upside potential.

So I accumulate bitcoin from various sources like trading and signature campaign. I really don't spend those bitcoins for any reason. I really believe that within next 5 years, bitcoin will make me huge.
7283  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: SeeKoin - A Bitcoin/Blockchain and crypto search engine on: April 02, 2017, 03:25:49 AM
Great project dude! Apart from search engine I see a directory of faucets which may be beneficial for many faucet users. Also start having some ad space so that you can get some return for your efforts.

I like the homepage, it's fast and simple. However, the alignment is little wrong but I think with time, it will be corrected. I wish you all the success with this project. Also please let us know how do people submit their crypto related website to your search engine?
7284  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Zebpay's Petition to Announce Bitcoin as Legal in India on: April 01, 2017, 04:33:44 PM
It is not at all a good step taken by Zebpay. It can have a very bad consequences for the bitcoin users in India. Till the time government is unaware about the bitcoin, we are safe, but when they will start taking interest in bitcoin, we will all be doomed.

In India, where Cow is used as a tool of propaganda, we can't expect any good thing from the current government. India is actually going back towards ancient age. The current government is trying to polarize people based on religion. I hope no government official notices the online petition.
7285  Economy / Economics / Re: What is your best investment strategy? on: March 31, 2017, 08:21:09 PM
Different people employ different strategies. I too invest in bitcoin and save it for future. I don’t usually sell out my bitcoins. I am also an active trader and I started with a very little amount. I use arbitraging strategy where I find price difference of the same asset in different markets and make profit out of it.

With the increasing number of online exchanges, arbitraging has become very very easy and anyone with little time can do it. You often notice 30-50 USD difference in bitcoin’s price in different exchanges. I buy from the lowest and sell at the highest. Simple and effective, but it requires a lot of initial investment.
7286  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Patience is Key in Long-Term $BTC Outlook... on: March 31, 2017, 04:30:10 PM
I truly support your statement even though it seems like copy passed from an article.  Patience is really the key for bitcoin investment. If you want to get a good return, you need to hold your bitcoin fund for long time. When I started earning bitcoin, the price was standing at 450 USD. So I have already made a profit of more than 100% just by holding my bitcoins for more than a year.

So it is proved that no other investment will be able to provide that much return even in 5 years of time. I am planning to hold all my bitcoins for another 5 years before I can actually think about selling it. I believe bitcoin will reach at least 5 grand USD within next 5 years even in the worst case scenario. I am sure my patience will reward me suitably.
7287  Economy / Economics / Re: Most Secure Currency to Hold Funds on: March 31, 2017, 01:07:14 PM
Well, the method of holding your wealth actually depends on your risk taking capability. If you are too scared of holding the bitcoin because of the price volatility, then you better convert it to gold because, gold has many other uses and the price is move over stable for years now.

However, if you have different source of income and you don’t depend on your bitcoin, I would suggest you to wait for some more time before you decide to sell it all. You can actually go for a mixed portfolio of Gold, Bitcoin and secured bank deposit. This way, you will be sure about your wealth and also about its protection.
7288  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin's price is so volatile right now! Why should I even hold? on: March 31, 2017, 01:02:57 PM
Your point is laughable. I think the main attraction in bitcoin is its dynamic pricing. It is a trader’s heaven. Because for the volatility in bitcoin’s price, people are investing in trading and earning a good income.

I am sure that bitcoin is just going through a bad time and as soon we find a permanent solution to it, it will have a huge bull run. You just have to stick to it for some time and everything else will fall in place. It’s about time.

Also, you have resorted to a good method to promote the website to measure bitcoin’s volatility. I am sure, the people who loves bitcoin, will stay strong and won’t sell their holdings.
7289  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What were your experiences with Bitcoin when you first started? on: March 31, 2017, 12:40:34 PM
Similar to you, when I started earning bitcoin, I didn’t have any idea about crypto currencies. I just read an article in my local newspaper where a bitcoin enthusiast had written about it  and how it has changed the internet economy. So I started researching about bitcoin.

After quite a bit research, I understood that bitcoin price has a huge upside potential and I was right. When I started earning bitcoin, the price was around 450 USD. The current price of bitcoin proved me that I was not wrong. I started earning through faucets and signature campaigns and slowly moved to trading. Again I took a right decision.

I earn a decent amount of money through trading nowadays. I developed my own style in arbitraging and active member of many exchanges now.
7290  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you save bitcoin for fun or for future purpose? on: March 31, 2017, 12:35:27 PM
I mostly save up my bitcoin for future fun purpose.  I have a day job which pays me well so I don’t need any extra income to sustain my life. I am ok with my salary. But I also save up bitcoin from various sources like signature campaign or trading. It is because I want to make my dream come true.

Since long, I am planning to buy a superbike. I have not yet decided the model, but I need a superbike because I want to go for cross-country touring. My current bike is good for city commuting but not touring. So I want to buy a superbike in future. Definitely it is not a necessity but that’s why I am saving up my bitcoin. Probably 2-3 years down the line, I would be able to make my dream come true.

7294  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I think the potential of BTC is over on: March 29, 2017, 01:44:42 PM
Whatever you said, is partially true and I am sure Bitcoin will come out of all these problems and will remain the number one crypto currency. The congestion problem is far more complicated that what we think. Even if I am not a technical guy, but if you look at the some technical topics here, you will understand fully.

Yes, ETH and DASH is quick and probably technologically superior. Probably one of them will become the best crypto currency when bitcoin will not be minable anymore. But till that time, I am confident that bitcoin will remain number one among all other crypto currencies.
7295  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it worth the damage to Crypto on: March 29, 2017, 01:39:44 PM
True! The presence of worthless altcoins are actually damaging the reputation and Crypto and also dividing the investment which should have been flown to the good altcoins. Altcoins are required but not at the present scale. Nowadays we have more than 700 altcoins and 99% of them are worthless.

The crypto currency market is becoming like ponzi scheme where people are flooding the market with ICO offer and running away with the money leaving the coin unattended. This is indeed bad. We all have to discourage this attitude of introducing new cryptos without any long term plan.
7296  Economy / Economics / Re: why is it so hard to buy bitcoin on: March 28, 2017, 04:10:31 PM
Hi, I am not really sure about the bittylicious website but I am an old user of Localbitcoins. Till date I haven’t seen any restrictions in that website and I am freely trading bitcoins there. I think it is the legislation of your country that you disclose your identity before you can proceed for the trade.

In my country, I have bought bitcoin quite a few times and sold bitcoins many times. I haven’t faced any such issue with ay seller from my country.  However, there are so many other exchangers available online and you can try their services like, unichange. They have recently started a signature campaign in this forum. So I think they can be trusted.
7297  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why do people believe in religion? on: March 28, 2017, 04:05:41 PM
Information and religion has no inter-relation hence it can’t be judged with this comparison. But both information technology and religion were created by the human beings for our own good. The necessarily of Information technology is known by everyone.

However, why do religions exist? It is because, you need to resort to something when you are sad or when you have committed a sin. You need something to resort to where you can wash away your sins. That’s why we have created religion.

But sadly, few people are using religion for their own benefits. Also they are receiving support from many other people who believes in religion. I am sure, this religion will be bring the doomsday up on us in few years.
7298  Economy / Speculation / Re: bitcoin price forecast 2017 on: March 27, 2017, 07:49:02 PM
I too agree with your forecast and I am too optimistic that bitcoin price will hit 2500 mark before this year ends. However, we can also expect some turmoil as traders will try to book their profit by selling up the bitcoin after every bull run. That may hinder the growth for some time but eventually it will hit the mark.

However, I don’t see this happening within next 3-4 months. Because there are some problems with bitcoin which need to be addressed. Once these problems are addressed and resolved, I see no other reason to stop the growth. $2500 mark at least we can expect within this year.
7299  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If Satoshi reveals himself, what would be of Bitcoin? on: March 27, 2017, 03:57:40 PM
I am really not sure on the impact of bitcoin price if Satoshi revels himself in the public. But I’m sure he will immediately become the most wanted person and enforcements agencies will try to put him in jail. Because Satoshi has violated one big rule and allowed normal people to have financial freedom which no government will alllow their citizens to have.

Government want to have the power to control the wealth of its citizen and bitcoin actually allowed the people to earn money without the control of the government.
7300  Economy / Economics / Re: [Survey Poll] Gold vs. Bitcoin as an Investment on: March 26, 2017, 04:31:18 PM
Gold is definitely a widely accepted and time-tested investment avenue for many people over centuries. People with limited risk taking capability will definitely choose this investment over bitcoin because Gold price is not dynamic like bitcoin.

However, people with higher risk taking capability, will definitely choose bitcoin because of its dynamic price. Bitcoin can offer you a huge return over any other conventional investment avenue and people of younger age group likes that. because, they have longer time in hand compared to the aged people. For me, I would like to have good mix of both bitcoin and Gold. Probably 70% of the total investment in bitcoin and rest 30% in Gold.
