There are some 5-6 shit coins in my wallets and I received all of them from various bounty campaigns. Many of them are completely worthless. And for the rest, the fees for depositing them in to an exchange is more than their net worth.

Just logged in to my wallet for the first time after the upgrade, and have to admit that I was pleasantly surprised by the new features. Lot of new security features, and in light of the recent phishing attempts I have to say that it was much needed.

My opinion is that there will be no cardinal ban. The Chinese government is not so stupid as to deprive yourself of income, it seems to me that they agree with the miners and will find a common compromise. P.S. may end up simply raising the price of electricity ...
I am also thinking similarly. The government will not gain anything by banning Bitcoin mining. Thousands of Chinese nationals will lose their jobs, the government will lose tax revenues and many smaller companies will become bankrupt.

It's easier said than done specially when the market is declining. Controlling the emotion is one the hardest thing to do when it comes to trading/investing. Lots of speculations here and there, but for me, it always comes back to the basic rule. Bear market isn't forever, and as time proves over and over, bitcoin will recover after a dip, sometimes steady and sometimes drastic. The cliche don't invest what you can't afford to lose always works as well.
It is always going to be a tough choice. If you hold on to your coins, then there is a chance that the correction phase will continue for a few more years and you will incur even more losses. And if you sell your coins, then there is always a fear that the prices will increase in the future.

I always use online wallets, where I can set the transaction fee. During the last two weeks I made a few transactions and I don't remember paying more than 6 Sat/B as the transaction fee. And the number of daily transactions doesn't show a sharp rise, so I don't think that we need to pay high fees.

I have been around for around two years. I joined when the Bitcoin exchange rates were around $1,000 per coin and the main reason why I joined was to earn some coins through signature campaigns and bounties. Have to say that I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here!

Hello Everyone,
I have a quastion , if china ban miner , bitcoin hashrate will drop back to 2013?
Bitcoin difficult so high because for china miner around 70%
Thanks~
Yes. Definitely. I am not sure about the percentage, but if I am not wrong then China contribute to the lion's share of Bitcoin mining hash-power. If all that is removed, then the hash rate can drop very significantly (at least for the short-term). I read somewhere that China contributes to around 80% of the hash-power. So you can imagine what happens if this 80% is taken out.

There was an obvious increase in online gambling after cryptocurrency was invented, but it is extremely difficult to quantify the volumes. Most of the gambling sites operate in a semi-legal manner and they will almost never reveal their total revenues and profit.

Here in India, cock fighting is banned by law and anyone caught conducting such tournaments can face jail-time in addition to huge monetary fines. Even then, cock fighting is very poplar in the tribal areas, especially among the middle-aged and the elderly.

Both Rishabh Pant and Dinesh Karthik disappointed the fans today. The selectors will be even more confused now about the extra wicket keeper slot in the world cup squad (I would go with Rishabh Pant, although he didn't scored any half centuries during the last 7 IPL matches).

Your analysis of Dhoni who has become a legend in the world of Cricket is completely wrong and downright stupid. Are you even watching the IPL?
Super batsman Amazing wicketkeeper Uber cool captaincy skills
At present, CSK has won every single game and lost only 1 game and they will be the first team to qualify once again this year. Think before trying to bad-mouth such a magnificent player.
He may be a legend (no one is going to deny that), but that doesn't grant him immunity from criticism. I would also say that Dhoni needs to score runs at a faster pace, especially during the final 10 overs. As far as the ODIs are concerned, Virat Kohli is a much better player.

You are under estimating the West Indies team. Although I know that the chances of WI team in this world cup is very low but still they have the ability to beat teams like Bangladesh and afganistan. Maybe they have chance against srilanka too, as Srilankan team is also not in great form.
Perhaps you are true. There is a chance that we are under-estimating the West Indies team. On a given day, they are capable of beating any team out there, including India and Australia. But their main issue is inconsistency. They can beat India by a good margin and in the next match they can go down against Afghanistan. Very unpredictable team...

Suresh Raina without getting out is back in form and now again won the match against KKR. In any case the runs were too less to chase down. Sunil was the only one who bowled well while the team was disappointing. The best thing about CSK is that it's not just one player that performs but all put in their contribution for the team, hence the result.
This was one of those matches that the Knight Riders should have won. But as you said, their bowling was pathetic (apart from Sunil Narine). I don't understand why Prasidh Krishna is a regular in the KKR starting XI. IMO, Sandeep Warrier is a much better opening bowler.

Traders make a great deal from altcoins. They are very much productive. Bitcoin to me is just a long term hold project.
I know a few traders who lost a significant amount of money after investing in altcoins. Even I have lost some of my hard earned money in them. It is actually surprising, as even projects with very good basics are going down without any explanation.

In order to select a few good tokens, you need to study the exchange data. Go for two parameters - the daily volumes and the growth in weekly volumes. But you need to make sure that the exchange data is not fake.

Craig Wright is a fame hungry maniac who is willing to do anything for gaining popularity through his statements. There is no point in trying to delist BSV since it is not a popular coin in the first place which is why it shouldn't be given this much attention in the first place.
Honestly, majority of the crypto community have never heard of this coin before.
Coins such as BSV and BCH will remain dormant as long as everything is fine with Bitcoin. The moment BTC faces some issue, these coins (and their promoters) will try to pose themselves as the alternative to BTC.

You have some valid points. Until 6 months back, I had a at least three dozen different altcoins and tokens in my wallets. But now that number is down to around 10. I have converted the rest to BTC or ETH. My patience has run out with the alts. I think it is time to solely concentrate on Bitcoin (+ ETH).

ROFLMAO.... RCB manages to win a match.. finally... But the overall team composition looks extremely weak. Parthiv Patel had another failure today. Moeen Ali was useful with the ball, but he has not scored the runs till now. And their bowling lineup looks like the weakest for any team in this tournament. Mohammed Siraj had yet another horrible match and Umesh Yadav has gone wicketless for the last three matches (after conceding 129 runs in 11.5 overs).

Big news! It seems that he has identified the bottom and is confident that a recovery is under way. Berkshire now has a bitcoin department which is why the price pumped this past week. Go get some! *EDIT (10.30pm 1 April 2019)* Happy April fools! jajaja ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) Although this time next year it might actually be true ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) What a pathetic attempt for an April fool's joke. The vast majority of us, the bitcoin users don't care about Warren Buffet and his Berkshire Hathway. His investment tactics earned him a lot of profit during the 1980s and 1990s. But unfortunately, the guy has fallen out with modern technology. He is like someone still using the 1.44 MB floppy disks to store the data, when 256 GB USB sticks are readily available.

I am not a big supporter of Bitcoin SV. But at the same time, I am not retarded to give away the free cash. I have a sizable amount of BSV coins, which I received from the hard fork. Why should I give them away without any compensation? If Anthony Pompliano is so worried about BSV, then he should purchase all the BSV coins available and remove them from the exchanges using that method.
