Bitmit, ebay, craigslist are all good places to start finding customers.
7323  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: progressive bitcoiners? on: August 30, 2013, 09:26:00 AM
There is room for many opinions here. The math of the bitcoin protocol is independent of politics. I think capitalism and democracy are good systems when not corrupted.

I share this opinion. Bitcoin lets us free our money from greedy people and it gives us control over our finances.
7324  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: ASIC mining. What coins can be mined with this gear? on: August 30, 2013, 09:25:01 AM
Coinchoose.com lets you pick the best and most profitable coins. lots of people use this site to select coins to mine.

Beware!

Don't download and run suspicious files like these on your computer! Use Sandboxie or a VM to make sure your coins and computer are safe.

Just because it is clean on Virustotal doesn't mean there isn't malware hidden inside. Simply having antivirus software installed isn't good enough!

7330  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: need to get into old account on: August 30, 2013, 09:18:02 AM
You will probably have to contact theymos or another admin if I am not mistaken. Was your account compromised, or did you simply forget the password?
7331  Other / Off-topic / Re: Please help me and my friend on: August 29, 2013, 01:22:19 PM
Oh, yeah. I own that address.

I would love to return the funds to you, but unfortunately the transaction fees will have to be paid by you. I am using a mixing service (to keep me safe) and the transaction fees for this particular mixing service can end up being about 0.05 BTC. If you wish to retrieve the funds, feel free to PM me your info + credit card information. While we're at it, I need to transfer a large sum of funds through a third party's address (you know how it is with royal inheritances and stuff), so we can do this while we're at it. Just send me your private key and I will reward you generously.

I can vouch for this. I met him at the United Nations World Bitcoin Conference, and he is telling the truth.

Don't worry about them.  They'll be the ones regretting when we are surrounded by mountains of gold bought with our bitcoins.
7335  Economy / Gambling / Re: GigaDice BETA Test - BTC -> Paypal, PerfectMoney and LTC on: August 29, 2013, 01:16:17 PM
Does this allow you to deposit in PP and withdraw winnings in BTC? I don't understand.
7336  Economy / Gambling / Re: LTCPYRAMID.COM - best LITECOIN ponzi scheme pyramid on: August 29, 2013, 01:09:50 PM
I think that's the idea behind a ponzi Roll Eyes

Yes, that's why you should not invest in that website. And it's not gamble, even if you invest money and might lose it or win more Cheesy

7339  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: I present another moderately interested noob :) on: August 29, 2013, 01:07:29 PM
Welcome to the forums! However, "moderately interested" will not last long. Everything will involve Bitcoin in your life soon.
Haha, I have no doubt, I am battling enough as it is, to try and "compress" forum reading time to about 2 hours a day Wink

I've heard of this before. In fact I myself spend hours browsing through the forum. Then there's not enough time for other things I want to do within the day. I too have constructed a 'guide' which helps me fit in everything in my day.

Can you share your forum browsing guide with us?
7340  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: New kid on the block on: August 29, 2013, 01:06:58 PM
WElcome to the forums. I don't think usb miners are the best investment right now. There are new asics on the block, you should check them out.
