It seems to me that confirmation became really fast just all of a sudden starting yesterday and transactions can get through within just 25 mins to 3 hours at most using the recommended fee of 10k satoshi. Also, the suggested fees per bytes has been adjusted at bitcoinfees.21.co, so therefore I conclude that the number of transactions blockchain is handling in the past 336 hours is getting lesser and huge number of transactions might just be caused by a spam.
It seems that there is some improvements for the current blockchain that we have and that makes the transactions faster than before. The fees that i paid a few weeks ago got lower even just a bit and it is a big deal for me because i can now pay lower fees with a faster transaction that will help me to save time and money without having any problem with confirmation. |

When you know it very well that your transaction won't get confirmed and when paying for the network fee is a part of the bitcoin system then you will only be doing it for wasting your own time. Add the fee to amount you want to send as fee is also an incentive for the miners for their work.

Hi,
I used bitaddress.org offline to create a address and private key, however I am worried I have done something wrong.
After generating the address and private key, I simply printed out what was show on screen, however I think I should have clicked 'Paper Wallet' and done it this way?
Is their any difference?

No there is no difference and you are good to go. If you printed the 1st wallet that you saw then it is fine as long as you can see the public address and also the private key clearly so you can have no problem when you deposited some bitcoin in it. There is no difference because the paper wallet is just a designed paper wallet. |

I just use the wallet exchanger sites like bittrex and poloniex because to facilitate me in trading, and avoid transaction fee so I keep it on the site exchanger, I also use wallet in local exchanger to sell bitcoin to fiat
If you are just storing small amounts of bitcoins there then you are in a good position because that is right that you are putting it on exchanger because you want to avoid high fees from transferring bitcoin from wallet a to wallet b but if you are storing very big amounts of bitcoin then you are in risk and having bitcoins in exchanger is a risky move and you need to move out the big amounts and only put the amount of bitcoin that you can afford to lose. |

The best, secured and also cheapest way to store my bitcoins offline is to just make a paper wallet because it is just a very easy to generate and you only need a piece of clean paper, a printer and a laminator (if you want more durability) then after that you will just create and laminate your paper wallet and store it on a safe place where you only know it or by your family.
