The problem is .145 BTC is worth $51+. So not only losing money right off the bat but also losing money on the paypal fees, and you have to offer a percentage for the possible risk of using a reversable method like paypal.

recent day I tested exchange via wirwox  , its first time and hope last....dreadfully high fee. deposited -PP fee, buy sll -fee, buy btc-fee, withdraw- fee.(and I not buy in market price , but placed bid order ) withdraw wait time 2 day. and exchange max amount (to small amount finaly rate even worse) finally price $410/btc |

I have problem with withdraw from poloniex, more as week long my request in processing status, , I submited few ticket, only to one got answer(three day ago), told me that having some trouble getting the QORA wallet working properly.  This happened with me too! I had to wait some weeks before they have done something. They are having problems with forging Qora for month now. There is nothing left to do for you! You can only be patient! Finally you will get your Qora, I think! how long you wait? I had to wait nearly 4 weeks..  My experiances with Bter are much better. They have solved my problems (similar withdrawing problems) within 1 or 2 days. sad perspective |

He gets $175. You really shouldn't use PayPal to buy goods; people are less willing to sell them, because it's too easy to dispute a transaction.
he got $175 to very short time, I not unerstand why he try scamed me if know that PP refund funds. P.S. I still want buy BTC or LTC , Dogecoin If it's a fake account, he could've withdrawn the money within the span of the transaction. His account would have a negative balance, and PayPal wouldn't really do anything about it. You should really just use something like localbitcoins.com, since it's trusted. Buying through PayPal is something that's not covered by their terms of service, so anyone that sold to you would be VERY wary after the fact. I do not think that account fake, becouse is verified. |

I als have problem, my qora requested to withdraw in status processing about 10 day, I submit ticket , after two receive answer that they have problem with wallet, and it continues to this day.
