poloniex.com is cheater site. Do not trade on poloniex.com

I am a user of poloniex.com , I use trade api of poloniex.com ,My progrom buy and sell many coins on poloniex.com.
about 15 days ago , I check my withdrawal history. hey ,the site had many error . many withdrawal status is proccessing ,or pending ,or complete error.
 I think ,maybe is system error . so ,I sumbmit ticket to administrator of poloniex.com .
I will liste my ticket at here. after several days, the administrator have no answer to me . I submit other ticket again. But no answer again .
So I am so angry .I wrote the bad story here.

i'm a user of polo too. i've never use api to trade, only internal trade through website never experience and issue. as for support twice they helped me sooner then 3 hours. Try to create a ticket again!

This appears to be the same user who was in the troll box bashing the Moderators using the name "Louris" since he posted this link stating he wrote it. I was in the trollbox at the time and the Mod was trying to be helpful, asked him to go through the proper process and overall was extremely gracious to him. Explained to him that he didn't have access to tickets but would try to expedite it.

Sometimes stuff happens,  that's what support can help with but starting a new thread to bash them for an incident where Polo was trying to accommodate his requests is just rude, spiteful and uncalled for.

I've done a lot of trading on Polo in the last few months and have always found the staff to be helpful and responsive. 

PS. The reason this shows as my first post with this account is that I wanted to have an account name without my actual name in it and wanted it to match across Polo and the Bitcoin forum.

You need to explain things a little better if you want a lot of sympathy.

It looks like you made withdrawals that didn't finish processing and then lost your computer and then wanted to cancel the withdrawals.  Is that essentially correct?

I can see how that might be tough for them to pull off.

I use and like Poloniex.  When I had an issue (a straightforward deposit not crediting) it took about a day for them to fix it.  I imagine for something like this their normal support system wouldn't move fast enough.  I think "Poloniex support takes a day, be careful if you have a time sensitive issue" might be a more fair criticism.

You should always be as nice and polite as possible, after all, Poloniex didn't lose your computer.

I withdrew some coins yesterday and had no problems, there was a notification on the site that withdrawals will be stopped from 7am utc to 10 am utc I think, or something along those lines and it might be because of that. Or may be a lot of people are trading clams and it's overloading their site.
