741  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Where to invest my $1300 USD? on: July 09, 2019, 11:57:48 PM
Hi guys, where do you think should i put my remaining $1300USD? Any suggestion please? and why?
I would place 60% of that money in Bitcoin, 20% in Ethereum and 20%  Altcoins. I will not risk that money in ICOs. Look at the top 10 coins in coinmarketcap. ADA and BAT for me is a good investment. BNB is also a good pick for long term hold. Those coins that has high volume is good for dat trading.
742  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which one is better? Forex or crypto currency trading? on: July 09, 2019, 11:44:09 PM
Forex traders have a reason why they would stick to forex trading than shift to crypto trading. However, I heard that some forex traders are shifting to crypto trading and take advantage of cryptos volatility, specially those who are good in day trading. I dont think day trading is possible in forex.
743  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is Poloniex Dead on: July 08, 2019, 11:56:59 PM
With so many negative feedback to Poloniex I don't think they can keep up from the competition. They are now ranked #62 in adjusted volume and rank #82 in reported volume. The way they handle complaints is the reason of their downfall, they should have resolved them instead of ignoring them. Some complaints are not even acknowledged.
744  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: For Daytrading which time frame suits best? on: July 08, 2019, 11:46:28 PM
Just look at the volume not the time, look at the coin that you plan to buy and look at the volume, after looking at the volume observe the price movement for the next 10-15 minutes. How much is the difference after 15 minutes and also try to learn how to use RSI and Bollinger Bands. It will help you decide if the coin that you plan to buy is good or not.
745  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it safe to buy using Bitcoin on: July 08, 2019, 11:37:45 PM
I paid using BTC, now the site is no longer available, its been down for 3 days maybe a bit more, this lead me to think this website is a scam.  Now what should I do to recover my BTC,
I don't think there is a way for you to recover your BTC since it is already sent. Its unfortunate that you bought something from a scam site but before you bought anything online regardless if its going to paid in BTC, credit card or paypal, you should check the integrity of the site first, look for any feedback even if credit card purchases and paypal purchases have buyer protection program.
746  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is it possible to trade WITHOUT exchange? on: July 03, 2019, 11:59:25 PM
It is possible but it will be peer to peer, and most likely face to face if you dont trust the buyer or seller. Also, its hard because you only have 1 prospective buyer unlike selling through trading platform, there's a lot of then waiting for a coin to be sold at a low price. Also, consider the risk of trading without using a trading platform and personally trade face to face. You don't know who you are going to deal with.
747  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Suggestion for trading platform on: July 03, 2019, 11:56:24 PM
I am an alt coin trader.for some days i have been suffering from only loss.i am having a huge loss by trading in  Mercatox and Bibox.now i have balance only 0.010 btc Please suggest me in which exchange i can trade on to recover my loss..please give me suggestion..
Its regardless of what platform you use, if you are not careful in selecting which coin to buy, you will still suffer a loss. What you need is to learn how to read charts and graphs and read a lot about the status of the coin you bought. Don't also try to recover your loss because your eagerness might result to more losses because you didn't examine or review the coin you plan to buy.
748  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bittrex Review - The Best Cryptocurrency Exchange? on: July 03, 2019, 11:53:24 PM
Theres too many complaints logged against Bittrex, I myself is a victim of Bittrex where my account was closed without notice. When I logged in, I just noticed that I cant do anything anore, just view. They werr able to resolve the problem but still, they should have notified me.
749  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How Many People Are Really Trading Cryptocurrency? on: July 03, 2019, 11:49:10 PM
Thats what I am thinking about those exchanges that goes among the top 10 of exchanges. Some of them are unknown but yet made it to the top 10 and look at the rank of Bittrex, compared to the other sites. Imagine 1 site has how many traders and other sites still claim they have a lot of traders logged and active.
750  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are you guys having issue access sports betting sites? on: July 02, 2019, 11:47:56 PM
No problem on my side of the world (Far East). I can access all the sites mentioned by Op. Maybe the issue is just intermitent or just happened on a short period of time and the issue is fixed all sites mentioned. Since this is all sorted out maybe op can now lock the thread to avoid redundant answers from users.
751  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: July 02, 2019, 10:39:57 AM
Do you guys think McGregor will return to the Octagon? I just don’t think he is hungry any more, he’s made so much money to keep his family secure. I just don’t know if he’ll ever be the bright eyed fighter we saw previously.
I don’t think he trains as hard & is as dedicated to the sport as he once was.
Maybe he will, but on who will it be and when will it happen, it depends on the negotiations. Nate Diaz is not interested in a 3rd match according to some news published last June. Nick Diaz called our Conor last month as well but I don't think its enough for Conor to came out and fight Nick Diaz. Nick has been our of circulation for quite some time.
752  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I quit my job to do full-time crypto-trading. Made 12 BTC profit last month on: July 02, 2019, 10:15:59 AM
I use consider trading as my side job but now that my day job is not doing good, I am contemplating on making this my full time job. I have enough capital to go full time. My only problem is I might not make it as I don't take too much risk anymore unlike before. After that sudden drop of Altcoin price in 2017 when China fake news started, I lost a lot form that and its like a ghost that haunts me every time I trade. I don't wan't that to happen again.
753  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Greed is bringing loss for traders on: June 27, 2019, 11:59:37 PM
Greed has always been the enemy of traders, they will only find out that greed payed with them when its too late to sell. Just look at those who regrets that they should have sold when the price of Bitcoin reached $18,000 USD. Because they thought price will continue to go up, they hold on to it and some even bought more at that price. Its an expensive way to teach our self not to be greedy when trading.
754  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: BTC getting too expensive to gamble with on: June 27, 2019, 11:56:26 PM
Its not expensive if you keep on looking at the dollar equivalent, remember that the payouts are also in BTC and yet we don't hear from a gambling owner complaining that running an online casino nowadays is expensive. If you will reach out from your pocket to play in an online casino then yes it is, it will hurt you pocket because of the dollar equivalent today, but if you have ready funds in your account, you will not feel it and don't forget to enjoy the games, we gamble to entertain ourselves, its for fun only.
755  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Comments on deposit bonuses on: June 27, 2019, 11:50:17 PM

Many gambling sites have deposit bonuses.
However, if you receive the deposit bonus, there is a condition for withdrawal.
For example, 10 times the deposit amount, etc.
What is the reasonable condition you think?
That is insane, I know sites who will ask you for a number of rolls before you can claim your bonus deposits but remember its a business. They will do everything to attract everyone to try their site and the same thing, they will do everything to keep you from playing in their site, just like the topic on the other thread, they will go to the distance to keep you playing, the longer you stay in their site, the better for their business.
756  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: To be a successful trader need help of a successful trader! on: June 27, 2019, 11:44:43 PM
Mentoring is a good, surrounding your self with people who knows are best at trading will influence you be like them but its not enough to surround yourself with this kind of people. We have to be work on it to, we have to learn from them and apply what we learned from them, they will not trade for us, it is us who will trade.
757  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A new kind of scam in telegram using gambling site on: June 27, 2019, 11:39:37 PM
Its 2019, scammers are using everything available to scam people but we should be should be aware that not everyone who knocks on our door offering good profits are to be taken seriously. I would think twice already when they are the one asking you as an individual to invest on their site because if their site is really that good, they don't need to ask anyone to invest, investors will go to them begging them to take their money.
758  Economy / Economics / Re: What's it like to live on crypto instead of Banks? on: June 27, 2019, 11:31:20 PM
If only a lot of merchants are accepting Bitcoin as payments this dream will be a reality but until merchants are not accepting Cryptos, it will remain as a dream. I once read a blog about a traveler who spent Bitcoin only when he traveled and it looks like a good idea, no customer service that will put you on hold for a long time because your deposits did not show up in your account. No need to fall in line to make a bank transaction and most of all, anywhere I go I don't need to worry exchanging fiat to where I am going. Imagine when I go to Singapore I worry if I run out of SGD.
759  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: These will be the best months of your crypto career late comers on: June 27, 2019, 11:23:49 PM
For any one that started buying crypto at 18k. U still need to continue buying crypto. Don't stop until it hits 18k again. These last 7 months of the year will continue to have big gains. Your not too late if your forgotten what it's all about. Crypto gains will be massive at the end of the year. All it takes is 10 days for massive gains. And we got 7 months left. Think about. This is my opinion. Very speculative of course. But don't let this slip ur mind.
I know some people who already recovered their loss when they bought BTC when it reached $18,000 USD last December 2017. They sold and start buying and selling until they recovered their loss. Those who hold on to their BTC that they bought at $18,000 are too lazy to stretch their brains and start investing on other coins to help them recover.
760  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What do you think should I buy for 1 year? on: June 27, 2019, 11:17:14 PM
Instead of investing in any listed coin, I would suggest you to go for investment in some good ICO,
Well it depends if the coin/token will be listed in an exchange after he served in the military for 3 months its a good idea but if listing happened while he is still serving the military, its a bad idea because we all know that when a coin/token is listed in an exchange, that is the time when holders will start selling and the price will start to go down.
