Almost every country experiences inflation at some time then later on they bounce back but it mostly happens to countries that have good economic system just that at some point due to mismanagement of the country's Treasury by a particular government and continuous importation of foreign products may lead to inflation because as they are patronizing foreign products that's how they are giving more value to that country's currency. Saying that he should buy at bear season means he may end up not buying at all because the bear season may not come anytime soon and the more he keeps on waiting for a dip the more likely he may spend the money he wanted to invest with. You sound contradictory here because basically when the market pumps some hodlers sell their coins and a dip occurs then those that are waiting for a dip buys at that material time and the price pumps again and when there is heavy inflow the price skyrocket further so with this chain reaction the market becomes so compouded during the bull run because new investors will be moving in to the market to make investments and within that period the price continues to surge higher therefore the bull has already occurred.

Dip doesn't give any advantage of going for DCA because you can make your first entry at a dip price and before the next DCA the price skyrocket, dip is just and opportunity to purchase more Bitcoins even if you are still DCAING. Some investors prefers going an all on a dip and just leave the Bitcoin in their portfolio why watching the market prices.
However, dip or no dip bitcoin investment is always more profitable in the long interval of time.

It's very obvious that our government don't have the interest of her citizens at heart that is why they always bring up different means of cooking up stories to their taste even when the public do not totally agree to their fallacy. I understand your point, basically starting up any business at all is difficult till you become known and offer quality services before people can start coming to patronize you despite your location. You need to understand that even before the approval of spot Bitcoin ETFs, the market was already bullish and this triggered the price of Bitcoin to create a new ATH after ETFs were officially approved so after the post halving, it wasn't bullish again as expected because it has already experienced it in pre-halving times.
