741  Economy / Speculation / Re: Sell my stocks buy bitcoin... on: September 25, 2016, 12:49:02 PM
This could be a good option but keep in mind that selling your stocks can also let you lose money of course.
The bitcoin is a good investment so its worth it without any doubts.

That is obvious. There is risk associated with all asset classes.
And if your investment is leveraged, even small movement in prices against you can wipe you out.
742  Economy / Economics / Re: global economy collapsing this fall on: September 25, 2016, 12:46:47 PM
In my country, economy doesnt seem in good shape too.
Lots of working people saves money like hell. Noone really spends their money except food, clothing, heating.
Gadgets like phone does not sell very well, too.
As Marx even said and even lot others, collapse is inevitable. It will happen in sometime again. They will fix again and return back.

Okay I agree that it's better to save cash rather than splurge it on gadgets and whatnot but what's the point of saving money forever when sooner or later everyone is going to die and if you don't want to live like a normal person right now do you expect that you will have a better life when you are older but have more money? I don't think so. People tend to save cash like they are going to live forever and more often than not die unexpectedly leaving behind a fortune in their bank accounts for their relatives to spread among themselves like vultures on a carcass  Grin

Savers are in a minority these days. Most people live paycheck to paycheck, or on their credit cards.
We truly have a consumer economy where people spend more than they earn.
743  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin after the US presidential debat? on: September 25, 2016, 12:44:07 PM
If the markets as a whole move up, because people are feeling bullish, then some of this sentiment could rub off on Bitcoin as well.
Otherwise, I don't think there will be any effect.
744  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: September 25, 2016, 12:39:48 PM
India took very good decision to announce declare with lead of 433 runs, now India is in strong position and has pretty high chance to win this match because New Zealand is not looking good against Indian bowlers, surely India will try its all the best to win this match because it has golden chance to achieve this target there.

Yes, NZ is struggling to face Indian spin bowling. Initially, I thought all these players are well experienced with Indian pitches because most of them are playing IPL matches, but it looks like they are not so much familiar with these conditions. Tomorrow India surely will win this match.

New Zealand have already lost 4 wickets.
With a full day's play remaining, it is almost impossible for New Zealand to bat for a draw.
I think India have this one in the bag.
745  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why bitcoin rate is stable since june 2016 on: September 22, 2016, 03:24:32 PM
Can you please tell in brief that why bitcoin rate is stuck at around $600. I am confused wether to buy bitcoin or sell. I am very conscious about its future. So please stamp your own views here.

It hasn't really been stuck at $600. It has varied quite a bit.
Just because the price was close to $600 towards end-2013 and it is at $600 now, doesn't mean that the price has been stuck for the last few years.  Tongue
746  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: September 22, 2016, 03:22:02 PM
India could not put a huge total and is struggling to reach 300 runs on the board, india lost nine wickets for 291 runs on the first day, everyone got starts but could not capitalise and could score a big score, hope india could fold the Newzland batsmen like they did to india,if not it is a really difficult task to catch for india.

New Zealand are ahead here. The Indian batsmen have failed to apply themselves.
If New Zealand manage to get a sizable lead, India will feel the pressure.
747  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is Becoming a Global Currency on: September 22, 2016, 03:14:16 PM
Bitcoin is born to become a global currency, Internet now known as global village, should have a global currency as well. Bitcoin has the potential to replace the US Dollar on internet, and honestly, it has already started to do that.

It has the potential, but will governments and vested interests allow it to do so?
We have already seen many governments banning the use of cryptocurrencies.
748  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: September 21, 2016, 04:45:14 PM
The 500th Test of India is going to start tomorrow. This is a milestone that has been marketed energetically by the Board of Control for Cricket in India. And this match is very important to India they must win this match. Present they are in Rank 2nd in Test cricket, if they win this series they will reach Top first Rank in Test cricket.

India are the favourites.
The top spot in test cricket is theirs for the taking.
The home advantage is huge and the Indian spinners will expect to make full use of it.
749  Economy / Speculation / Re: How long will bitcoin survive? on: September 21, 2016, 04:44:08 PM
I don't see any reason for bitcoin to die within 2020, it may survive till we all live. Technology is advancing everyday however i am quite sure bitcoin will also keep on advancing to become more secure everyday.

yes until something truly revoluzionary and better than bitcoin come out, not talking about altcoin clone lol, bitcoin will live forever and the blockchain will live without a doubt forever, it's a great project

2020 is only 4 years away. There are enough die-hard investors, who will stay invested at least until the next halving.
No matter what the bad news is, their faith in the system is unshakeable.
750  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Paypal a scam? on: September 21, 2016, 04:42:54 PM
i think paypal is not scam, maybe there is any new regulations from paypal because as far as i know, paypal is one of legit sites that gives customer protecting in transaction and as customer, we need to obey that regulations and rule from paypal. so if something happen with you and paypal, my suggestion is, better you contact paypal support system and make clarification about your problem. so far, paypal support system will help you if there is a problem happen with you.

Just because a company rips you off legally, doesn't mean that it is okay for them to do so.
The rules might just be loaded heavily against you.
751  Economy / Speculation / Re: What did I tell you? BTC will stay down under $600 on: September 21, 2016, 03:56:21 PM
The price is under $600 again, I don't know why the big dump happened. I bought bitcoin at $620, now I am at loss   Cry

Wait it out.
If you are worried and try selling right after a big dump, it is a sure-shot way to lose your capital.
752  Economy / Economics / Re: What Will it Take For BTC to Reach $1000? on: September 21, 2016, 03:54:55 PM
Time. It will take alot of time for bitcoin to reach amounts above 1k. Not much we can do about it since we are not major investors.
We have to wait till bitcoins infrastructure is finished and we get more users buying into bitcoin making the vaue go up and up.

Time is a very open-ended answer. If it takes 100 years for Bitcoin to reach $1000 most of us won't be interested.
The return on Bitcoin has to beat most other assets (given its riskiness) if it has to remain attractive to investors.
753  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: September 20, 2016, 03:45:23 PM
Two days left to start New Zealand vs. India 1st Test match. Before starting this game, the Indian icon player pace bowler Ishant Sharma down with Chikungunya. And he ruled out of 1st test match. But the head coach of Indian team Anil Kumble stated that no replacement had been named for the pacer. Let's see how the Indian team will play without Ishant.

India will start favourites in this match. New Zealand batted well against Mumbai, but it remains to be seen whether they will manage to bat on spin friendly pitches.
754  Economy / Economics / Re: Mining coins save or sell it? on: September 20, 2016, 03:43:27 PM
I dont like mining, because it is really not profitable right now, unless you have good hardware + a lot of money to invest.
However if you really mining them, i would suggest holding till you can get good price for it. You won't make much if you sell them fast i guess.

It makes sense if you sell enough coins to cover your costs.
That way, there is a hedge for your fiat costs. If you want to keep your profits in bitcoin, then that is a call you take.
755  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Digital currencies in future if btc and alts centralised. on: September 18, 2016, 09:27:57 AM
If bitcoin becomes centralised currency means which country will adopt bitcoin as their national currency?

Please share your views to know the bitcoins future national currency like USD- USA. and which countries and all make alt coins as their national currency and what are they?

Any country can adopt Bitcoin. But they cannot control it.
So the question of Bitcoin being centralized by a country does not arise.
The only threat of centralization is from mining pools.
756  Economy / Speculation / Re: How long will bitcoin survive? on: September 18, 2016, 09:25:16 AM
Will bitcoin still be there in 2020 or will some other technology better than bitcoin take over?
2020 is very close.I think bitcoin will survive next 100 years also.If you can see from 2009 to 2016 how much increased  bitcoin price.Bitcoin will reach the moon for her anonymity.there is no payment system you can hide how much worth you are without bitcoin.People now dont want to share how much money they have thats the key to increased bitcoin price.

Anonymity is not the strong feature of Bitcoin. There are multiple other alts, which have stronger privacy features.
The recent rise of Monero is due to people realizing its superior anonymity features.
757  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: September 18, 2016, 09:22:07 AM
Dont know why these days there is not a single international match is going on all around the world,in any format of the games.I am desperately waiting for the series to come like,India Vs NewZealand and Pakishtan vs West Indies.Yes there are domestic t20 running in India but i dont have knowledge about those so i am away from gambling on those for now.
Just a few days left to start New Zealand vs. India series. Now practice match is going on NZ players are performing well. I think we may get some good cricket in this series. Let's see the young Indian captain Kohli how he continue his team in this series. And yes to place bet we need some more information about this domestic cricket.

Mumbai scored 100+ more runs than New Zealand in the practice match.
New Zealand might find it difficult to bowl out India on spin friendly tracks. They might have to really improve their game.
758  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin replaces the money? Could happen? on: September 18, 2016, 09:18:43 AM
is too difficult for fiat replaced by the cryptocurrency because the government will never approve it happened where people have the freedom to controlling their money.
definitely right, government won't let something that they can't control just growing up smoothly, they will put an effort to stop it or even making their own cryptocurrency that's not decentralized so it's such an action to prevent from can't control the economy

Right now, bitcoin and cryoptocurrencies are at a stage where they can be killed by the government.
At some point, they may become too big for governments to kill. No government can prevent its people from using gold.
759  Economy / Economics / Re: Future of Bitcoin Economics on: September 18, 2016, 09:01:17 AM
I think we need more projects and  sites to promote and incentive the use  of btc, because if people do not  know about it , what will happen is  that they'll not use it..

This will take time. As more people use bitcoin, more sites will start accepting it.
It is a chicken and egg problem.
760  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: September 17, 2016, 04:45:15 AM
New Zealand have made good use of the batting practice available to them in a warm up match. They have scored 324 before declaring. It will be interesting to see if they are able to bowl out Mumbai.
