I have good Localbitcoins account with 2-5BTC traded with 100% positive trades...Is this considered as collateral as well? I would like to take small loan around 100$. I Think this localbitcoins account is worth that and more?

No one can predict what happen in bitcoin in the next year but if we look at this year , we are seeing that this year was a major bear market like it was back in 2015-16. And there is still a chance that we will end this year at low price. So I am hoping that in 2019 we finally will get to see rise in Bitcoin price.

I don't think it'll go under $6k for now but panic sellers are ruining the market right now so it may break that wall. But there is very small chance of that.
