Cash deposit is fine, or wire transfer with BTC in escrow for a few days should do the trick if you want to be absolutely sure.

Warning to Seller: WellsFargo's "SurePay" is easily reversible. And even wire transfers can be reversed up to 72hrs after they're made.

Same deal as with all the new "WTS Bitcoins for PayPal" scammers. Here's how their scam works: 1. Brand new user posts an ad wanting to sell BTC for PayPal 2. He will refuse escrow, using the excuse that "you can always reverse the PayPal charge" (sounds reasonable, no?) 3. He will insist that you send him PayPal first, again using the same excuse listed above 4. Once he receives money, he transfers it to a VCC, cashes it out, and abandons his disposable PayPal account, never to be heard from again. By the time you get around to filling a dispute, he already has cash hand. I'd encourage any potential buyers to make sure he puts those coins into escrow first before sending him any money. Please keep us update on this, as I'll remove Anonymous22's negative trust if he demonstrates willingness to at least fix these sort of issues. Thanks guys.

How do you scam when you're receiving Paypal?
There has been a recent flood of people wanting to sell BTC for PayPal, and here's how their scam works: 1. Brand new user posts an ad wanting to sell BTC for PayPal 2. How about MP, Vanilla, ReloadIT, WU, MG, etc? But those aren't reversible. If he paid via those methods, he wouldn't be able to claw back his money, so that's out the window OP: I'm kidding, of course. You may want to check into more reliable (for both parties) methods of payment, like the ones listed above. Also check into Walmart to Walmart transfers since they have a flat rate of $9.50 per transfer.

Chase QuickPay (and other bank variants like WellsFargo's SurePay or whatever it's called) are even easier to reverse than PayPal.

Not sure why there hasn't been a buyer for this yet. ExtraKrispy sold his BTC at the exact same rate (Bitstamp + 5%) in just 2 hrs after posting his thread ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=793183.0). If you need help escrowing your deal, I'd be happy to do it and I'm sure you'd find a buyer a lot faster. Let me know

I thought Escrow must protect both sides and secure both transactions... its a good idea to be an escrow with a bitcoin only With scammers 1 side will be a victim, with or without you =))) Escrow ensures that both parties get what the paid for. What often happens after that is an unfortunate consequence of PayPal's fraud policies.

Ask paypal to return money back... and you will receive them. Its a bullshit to use an escrow on paypal exchanges, money can be reversed as well... Had 2 reversals and 1 with a escrow...
The escrow isn't on the PayPal part -- it's on the BTC side. Otherwise you just end up with scams like this happening.

i wanna get a fair trade into cash or paypal for somthing . i have 0.9 and i will not be sending first only to high ranking trusted members will i send without regret, all others pm me
Very well, I'll play. I will offer escrow for this for free. Please deposit 0.9 BTC to 1DQ6fL1rxms8wQHqcvUnxbmimJw6JexmsK. Once funds are in escrow, I'm sure you'll have absolutely no problems finding a legit buyer. After the funds (cash is preferable -- I'd caution you against accepting PayPal unless it's from a reputable buyer) are sent to you, I release the coins. Easy peazy. Your turn

Keep waiting a bit more. I'm sure he's just having connection issues and will be back online shortly to send you your BTC.
