741  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: 😈😈😈 PGP *fingerprints* airdropped to YuTü.Co.in!! SPONSORED BY RFC4880 😈😈😈 on: March 14, 2018, 10:16:41 AM
Professor nullius, would you be so kind in explaining to the class as to why PGP sigs are so long?

I presume that you refer to the long hexadecimal string in this spam campaign’s forum sig, not a PGP signature (as in a PGP-signed message).  Well, class, that hexadecimal string is a PGP key fingerprint.  It is calculated from the public part of the primary key, plus some metadata.  To understand what that string is, open your textbooks to RFC 4880 § 12.2:

Quote from: RFC 4880 § 12.2
A V4 fingerprint is the 160-bit SHA-1 hash of the octet 0x99, followed by the two-octet packet length, followed by the entire Public-Key packet starting with the version field.  The Key ID is the low-order 64 bits of the fingerprint.

To construct the public-key packet, you must consult several other sections of the RFC.  Well, that’s not the pertinent part here...  The answer to your question is that a PGP key fingerprint is a SHA-1 hash.  A SHA-1 hash is 160 bits, or 20 binary octets.  Encoded in hexadecimal, that takes 40 characters (not inclusive of any prepended “0x”).

The 64-character “Key ID” mentioned above is simply a portion of the hash.  I don’t consider that to be secure:  Supercomputers or distributed computing can do 264 work; an although this is not directly applicable due to using ASICs made for a different hash, the global Bitcoin mining network already does 264 double-SHA-256 hashes in a fraction of a second.  And the old 32-bit “short ID” is ridiculously insecure, as shown by the Evil32 site.  Rely only on the full fingerprint.  N.b. that although SHA-1 is broken for collision attacks, faking somebody else’s PGP fingerprint would require a preimage attack.  SHA-1 has not been broken for preimage attacks.

For homework, please read RFC 4880.  Tomorrow, I will give you a secret surprise pop quiz on which of the following items are needed to calculate a PGP fingerprint:

  • IANA-assigned parameter identifying the public-key algorithm

    [1] Unsigned 32-bit creation time

    [2] Private key data

    [3] Public key data

    [4] Merkle nonce

[5] A gift to your professor of apple brandy

(Choose all which apply, and none which do not.)

BTW, nice lookin' apple you have there on your desk. I'm guessin' it's a Chelmsford Wonder. Was it from the teacher's pet or a leftover from your sacked lunch?

Neither.  My buddy who runs a home distillery had that left over from the ingredients for his latest new batch of brandy.  He switched to Chelmsford Wonder, after I told him that Macintosh is overpriced junk.
I noticed your avatar, bud. It resembles what I used at one time. In the past life, or was it the life before that? ... now I forgot what I was gonna say.  Cry Wait, now I remember! Granny Smith.

Once again so that you guys know who the fuck you're dealing with here, here's three of the principals who SUPPOSEDLY can't recognize a Ponzi even if it's proven beyond doubt that it's a Ponzi to their faces, of which posters on the forum clearly pointed out at the time ...

All the three persons mentioned in this post are no longer part of Cryptaur for a long time. The author of the post is either ignorant or, more likely, a difamer.

Forgive me for not knowing that the Jacobson brothers are no longer part of the project, albeit I believe that Greg still is according to their site et al.

Here's my latest post ...

I have to admit to the community that. Dmitry Buriak's prestigious is the key to success for Cryptaur. a start of success  Roll Eyes

Dudes, I've done some major research on Dmity, and the worse I found was https://www.leagle.com/decision/infdco20131021a98. As far as I can see, it's nothing of importance, but take a look yourself to see if I'm mistaken. <not sarcasm>

Bruno

That's an interesting link about Buriak. However, posting this link without any comment sort of implies Buriak is a bad guy. But if you read the document that you posted, it says Buriak was eventually dismissed from the case because the allegations agains him were found inconsistent. As an honest person, you have to admit there is no wrongdoing on the part of Buriak that can possibly be inferred from your post.

Jesus Fuckin Christ, what part of "that's the worse I could find" did you not understand? I inferred that the guy is clean up to this point.

sorry bud, i didn't paid attention

No problem, bud. We've aimed to conduct the most honest ICO in the crypto space.

There's still time left for those sitting on the fence deciding if they should support YuTü.Co.in or some lending program by some anonymous broken-English-speaking dude promising 10% interest compounded daily with all their assets backed by seventeen bars, three strips, and five slips of latinum hidden under Quark's mattress next to a pea.

The ICO ends tomorrow (14th) at midnight (PST). Visit our AIRDROP thread - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3115767.0. Don't blame us if you miss out.

who is this guy which own up to 20 000 000  YTC? he will dump once YTC coin hit exchanges

Nope! Those YTC will be part of the airdrop - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3115767.0 - currently in our control. We will not be dumping a single YTC on the exchange - dumping them all to supporters.

To others like HUJIK, to receive your share of the airdrop, visit our sign-up page - http://yutubopolis.center/ico/.

The ICO ends tomorrow at midnight (PST).

Thanks again for your support, HUJIK.

Very perceptive of you. His show is on HBO owned by Time Warner  which is now owned by AT&T bankrolled by:

BINGO!

https://finance.yahoo.com/news/timewarner-m-t-loans-market-193442622.html

His shows latest episode contained a piece on Bitconnect so the relevance to Bitconnect is 110%. Are you really this slow?

I fully expect Kimmel and Colbert to be running a hit piece on everything crypto very soon.

I didn't watch the show but if I had to guess I'd say Bitconnect was mentioned because it's a scam and not because of your conspiracy theory.

If you care so much for Oliver/Kimmel/Colber/Oprah/Sesame Street saying bad words about Bitconnect maybe you could stop watching them but that still doesn't change anything about this ponzi scheme so you might as well learn to live with it.

such, you gotta see the show - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D70g122myWo - all the way to the end where Carlos appears live on stage and sings his latest fits. Seriously, it's a good segment.
747  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][BCC] Bitconnect Coin - Decentralized Cryptocurrency on: March 13, 2018, 04:48:55 PM
So I'm sure these aren't all Ponzis then - must be some coincidence they all went up massively at the same time and seem to be linked to bitcoin too (why should bitcoin price affect all other coins so much if the price for every other unique coin does really depend on something other than pure speculation and gaining new buyers)   Roll Eyes ?

Bitconnect is a ponzi not because BCC price went up. BCC price went up because it was pumped by the fake demand created by Bitconnect as part of their ponzi scheme.

Your off-topic bullshit is duly noted (again) and even though the mods don't give a shit - you're still wrong.

Singular "brit". Are you fucking blind or being repetitively ignorant on purpose?  He designated literally his entire show on bashing POTUS and the US throughout all of 2017 so he can go fuck himself. Is that clear enough. He is a rude little SJW cucked bitch who could not bust a grape in a fruit fight.
All that POS did was set crypto back by bashing it on his show so fuck him.

I get a feeling that you don't like John Oliver. Relevance to Bitconnect is zero.

I don't think that the piece was designed to diss Bitcoin/cryptos, else they would of done an extensive hatchet job on Brock Pierce opposed to "Google that is all I'm saying".

In case anybody has forgotten, it was I who started and maintained the loudest voice into BP's background causing venerable folks, among others, in this space to exit TBF. Not bad for a goat fucker, eh?
748  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / 🚀 [ANN] YuTü.Co.in's YTC Airdrop to ALL ICO Supporters ~ Ending in 2 HOURS 🚀 on: March 13, 2018, 06:46:33 AM
YuTü.Co.in's ICO thead - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2580003.0.

ALL supporters who have, or will purchase at least U$100 worth of YTC during our ICO ending in two days tomorrow (March 14th [PST]) will receive their share of the unsold YTC, distributed proportionally according to the total amount of YTC they purchase, e.g.: If you purchased 0.0043% of the total supply of YTC, then you'll receive an additional 0.0043% of the unsold YTC.

As a bonus, one free PAQ will be rewarded for every U$100 purchase of YTC; 10 free PAQs for each U$500 purchase of YTC.

Nobody even remotely affiliated with YuTü.Co.in will own YTC, thus ONLY supporters and past bounty participants will be trading YTC on the exchanges if opting not to use them on our platform for purchases of PAQs, yaltz, etc., where YTC will be valued at no less than U$1.00 regardless if trading lowing on the exchanges. Our best guess is that YTC will initially be trading well over U$0.50, up to U$0.80 and beyond given the U$1.00 value we'll be honoring.

FOLLOW THIS LINK to participate in our ICO

BTC Wallet Address for ICO:  1PPuXeM8ZCkfpFEr2uV9dUYVWtMZ342B6b
ETH Wallet Address for ICO:  0x96ceC9e959b0f0b74191C22F1F8C73CEc2430b79

There's a lucrative mystery bonus for all supporters taking advantage of purchasing YTC from now till the end of our ICO.

We've said it before and it's repeating, those who have, or about to participant in our ICO will make out like bandits.

Thanks again to past and future supporters of YuTü.Co.in.

Is it all a scam? I especially liked the bit when the Bitfinex person said all his coins listed on his exchange were scams lol. Also, it is saying that the bitcoin price was totally manipulated last year due to Tether (obviously, this would be the main scam). Lots of bitconnect info on there too - going from 17cents to $440+ (as seen on that video) it must be one of the best performing of the 'scams'?

According to that video, I think Bitconnect coin beat all others in 2017 in terms of percentage growth! Bitcoin, is also totally fake and fraudulent according to that video too.  I still have lots of Bitconnect coins and won't be selling for a while and will see what happens to it (I even staked an extra 14 coins after two weeks lol better than nothing).

6m20s in:

It further says that investors could get huge gains by backing practically ANY coin last year. It showed the graph for the market cap for the HUNDREDTH coin by market cap (bottom of coinmarketcap default list) to prove this lol

Because nobody else is probably gonna do, I will: there are some truisms in your post.

Ahhh yes the Brit who thinks he know how to run america better. THat POS banker shill can go fuck himself. Figures that loser cuck would do a piece on Crypto because his show is failing. His POS show is entirely funded by major banks no conflict there LOL!!! try again. Totally unbiased there. LOL next thing you know Glebb is going to roll out Jimmy Kimmel and Colbert LMFAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Ba by John Oliver! BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHA
BITCONNNNECTTTT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bitconnect scammers pretended to be "Brits" (what with the UK address and all) and were smacked down by a government agency in Texas, of all places.

Is Texas "entirely funded by major banks" too?

===================================

Simple math. Bitconnect banked in over $2.5 Billion at its peak, the size of that money can only be laundered through the banking system. Small guys can hardly convert 1 BTC coin into cash or credit card use unless you have to through all of the stuff to disclose your birth certificate and all of your GPS coordinates, etc. but to move billions it takes banking power, commissions, and pay-out corruption.  So the morale of the story that Bitconnect was a Ponzi is really BS story to con out all the small guys' investments.  and there are the idiots that act like sheep believing the Ponzi story.

Zin, according to your first post back in Novemeber 2017 - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1681719.msg24322390#msg24322390 - you seemed to know exactly what a market cap is. Shortly thereafter, you opted to invest in ETHconnect after it was 100% declared a scam from the get-go ...

Since I'm a nice guy and all, having mega cred in this community, here's what I'm gonna do for you so to recover some, if not all (then some) of your loses in this space. Follow the link in my sig and purchased at least U$100 worth of YTC before the ICO ends in two days. I'l even throw in a surprise bonus for you and anybody else who references this post.

Our ICO ends in 2 days. All unsold YTC will be airdropped to ALL supporters. Don't miss out! YuTü.Co.in is destined to be one of the top entities in the crypto space, eventually disrupting most, if not all current third-party payment processors, enriching new, upcoming and renown YouTubers along the way.

Supporters have the option of flipping YTC for a quick buck via trading on various crypto exchanges, or using them to purchase PAQs and/or shares (yaltz) of yAltcoin pegged to YouTuber channels, the latter course of action most likely to have a tremendous ROI in a relatively short period of time.

And if you guessed it was I who uncovered tidbits that a Radar reporter missed when he did his exposé on BP prior to the advent of Bitcoin, you win a cookie. Even Brock personally told me - TWICE (first on the phone, later in public) - that my research was exemplary.

In the last couple days, four more YouTubers, all with over 20K subscribers, have signed up, none of which are crypto-enthusiasts as far as we can tell (according to their uploads).

We're hoping to raise a few more thousand dollars during the last days of our ICO ending March 14th. It's still a go for Beta launch come the 15th, with just taking care of some very minor issues on the backend of the platform.

To reiterate, even if you support YuTü.Co.in for only U$100, you'll be entitled to the airdrop of unsold YTC which will be proportionately distributed to all supporters. Don't miss out (that's the extent of our hard sell).

Hi Bruno

Exciting times ahead Bruno , i have been telling my family and friends about your project . I myself bought some YTC about a month ago.Good luck to you, the team that are working with you and all the supporters.

Thanks, Troy, for your kind words and support.

Expressing such because of Troy's Newbie status and post history. Everything we do pertaining to YuTü.Co.in is on the up-and-up with full intent of continuing that virtue ad infinitum.
