741  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Wake up people! Banks are not governments. They can't make things illegal! on: June 21, 2014, 06:53:08 PM
Banks are not countries. Banks are not states.

Banks are countries, banks are states.
742  Economy / Speculation / Re: What if there is no bubble coming.. on: June 20, 2014, 07:48:42 PM

744  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Very Early Adopters on: June 19, 2014, 05:02:54 PM
I am bullish on Bitcoin but I fail to see wide mainstream adoption until people start to get their salaries in Bitcoins. It's something like all the geeks are already here, but for average Joe to join, things must be much much simpler. Given that + the fact there are many many considerable players in altcoin field, I'm not too confident another bubble is coming soon...
745  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: cryptocoincharts.info - bitcoin / altcoin charts on: June 18, 2014, 05:44:39 AM
You should really consider listing Vault Of Satoshi - that's one of the best exchanges out there. Nothing but the good experience with them, at least for me...
746  Economy / Speculation / Re: It is just a matter of time on: June 16, 2014, 04:49:29 AM
2) It becomes a mainstream form of payment.

Can only become if people start receiving their salaries in BTC. Otherwise, they are too lazy and ignorant to convert, I mean average sheeple Joe.
747  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][BEE]----BEEcoin----[X11][POW/POS] on: June 12, 2014, 10:32:47 AM
yet another bullshit coin. shameless plagiarism.
748  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Losers on: June 12, 2014, 05:54:45 AM
Anyone else feel like one of the bitcoin losers? We hear a lot about all the winners, now including some 15 year old child, but very little on the currency's losers. I got swept up in the mania last November and dared to invest my life saving into purchasing 1 bitcoin, just as it was near peak. That turned out to be a terrible purchase for me as the value dropped since, so bitcoin has only ever lost me money. Anyone else in my boots? I'd still like more bitcoins but going on my past 6 months my confidence and trust in this new currency has been shattered.   Cry

Patience... In few months you will be multiplied by 5.
749  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Any free ways to anonimize your bitcoins? on: June 09, 2014, 10:39:51 PM
Always connect through Tor and you are completely anonymous that way.
750  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dogecoin is doomed to die a slow death on: June 07, 2014, 04:49:07 PM
Since Doge brought only the stupid and annoying logo as well as "wow", "such", "many" and other shit, I would love to see it completely dead. I'm completely annoyed by such jokes of coins, plagiarism at its finest. Shame on developers, shame on community that is so shallow-minded.
751  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 90 BTC stolen! on: June 07, 2014, 04:03:13 PM
I do not have any malware or key loggers on my PC according to my antivirus software. the wallet software was not even active when the transaction was supposedly executed - I launched it at around 12:45.

Windows antivirus softwares are not complete protection against malware. I've seen so many cases when antivirus software just can't see malware and block it. I administer around 500 computers, know what I'm talkig about.

Linux is the only way for fairly secure computing.
752  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 90 BTC stolen! on: June 07, 2014, 03:59:02 PM
Using Windows? It's full of malware and keyloggers. Switch to Linux, it's serious OS.
753  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What stops a Federal Reserve crypto scheme of their own? on: June 05, 2014, 03:29:44 PM
Question is what's stopping them to print enough USD to buy them all, or constantly buying them so centralizing it and ruining it that way...
754  Economy / Economics / Re: Solution to poverty - Socialism or Capitalism? on: June 05, 2014, 05:02:22 AM
What can governments do to end poverty in their countries? Is a solution possible under capitalism? Or did Karl Marx had the right idea with his recommendation of a socialist government?

Governments can do many things to end it, but they don't want to do it because by definition they serve first to elite which would never be elite if there were no poverty in the world. Neither socialism or capitalism is solution, solution is perhaps first in spiritual revolution and possibly in resource based economy.
755  Economy / Speculation / Re: When will Bitcoin reach $1 again? on: June 03, 2014, 05:59:08 PM
Only if some alt-coin manages to replace it which is not likely for several years IMO.
756  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][KIWI] - KiwiCoin [Launching Soon!] [Bounty's] - Fast, Secure, 100% Kiwi on: June 03, 2014, 08:01:27 AM
Another crapcoin or you actually made something new?
757  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Losing the High Moral Ground on: May 29, 2014, 06:52:52 PM
Are you ready to be personally extorted by anonymous bomb threats for anonymous payments in what you consider civilized society?

That has absolutely nothing to do with cryptos.
758  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Losing the High Moral Ground on: May 29, 2014, 05:39:46 AM
But there was a snake in the garden. Silk Road created a black market that allowed criminals to become parasites to the Bitcoin development community. The bad press and negative impact of this crime wave hindered Bitcoin adoption. It wan't until Silk Road was closed down that Bitcoin adoption began to take hold and investment grew.

You are so close-minded. Black markets are the best thing that happened recently, thanks to crypto. Anyways, did you know there are already at least 2 markets that are bigger than SR1? Relation to SR1 closing is complete bullshit, black markets are stronger than ever.

Freedom, bud.
759  Economy / Speculation / Re: After five years, has Bitcoin finally reached price stability? on: May 24, 2014, 08:36:47 AM
No way, bubble 4.0 is coming!
760  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Gartman: I'm avoiding Bitcoin like the plague. on: May 22, 2014, 09:53:08 AM
Why even posting news about what some brainless idiot thinks?
