Ok for the bronze coins I can take them back and refund. I asked them to silver plate the bullet and they came fully plated. The difference in material is obvious from the plating defects on the bronze ones. I probably should have mentioned it before posting out but I was quite behind on some orders so I just tried to get them out. My fault really. So returns are accepted on these no problem at all.
That's me taking a gamble too as I might not get back the winning coin.
The thing is, I don't want a refund. I want a coin that at least looks or feels different than the silver one. Right now I have two different coins, with different prices, that look, feel and weigh exactly the same. Ok what I can do is this I will order some bronze ones with no silver plate and replace yours. Will take a month though  I would be interested too in replacing my bronze vs a refund, but how would the funding work for roulette coins that still could be winners? Would you make another small run with one assigned the winning amount? Yeah I will contact the winner privately I guess and tell them to send me the BTC. I will then fund the new batch. You can keep the coins so long as you tear off the sticker and show me via photo. I will order them today then. You won the prize, but I have to give back  I think better solution would be to gild partly in gold this coin. To make look different from silver. No I mean you win the prize then I load it on the replacement coin.. So who ever has won still wins  Regards, Matthew |

Why so much wasted energy on this? The coins are gone. It's very unlikely that anyone will get anything back for years to come if at all.
In this kind of situation, one just has to accept that some of us are destined for greatness and the rest are the disposable masses, the ones that get hit by busses and such. If you got robbed by cryptsy, maybe it was just your time to be filtered out. Don't beat yourself up. You can only pick up the pieces and try to start again.
The way you think is sooooo wrong.Scammers just want that we start to think they are wolfs and we are sheeps. Iam sure that scammers is not destined for greatness.There are nothing great in scamming people. Only way to prevent them is to make example of them.Even if nobody get anything from Cryptsy receivership,long prison sentence will make other scammers to think twice before they try to scam people. Discovering of ways how they are scamming and exposing connections between scammers will also help people in the future to stop and catch other scammers on time. There are much more "sheeps" than "wolfs" and if "sheeps" cooperate they can fight back and easily eradicate all so call "wolves". The worst thing is to sit and cry.Nobody will give you freedom or anything else at silver plate,you have to win it for yourself. +1 the work here is immense. If it gets taken in by the law. they will fry |
