Thereby asking the exchange which will be better than Binance is a tough question, but if am to answer I will say Okex. Reason is the way Okex interface with Coinall, so if it can continue in such trend, it could stand a chance.

I would recommend binance as better exchange to trust nowadays, for sure you won't regret what you've been aiming for. Although it seems more difficult to find good coins these days, somehow you'll be able to see all of those once you're there in their trading environment.
