741  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should I buy bitcoin now? on: October 25, 2017, 07:38:52 PM
New user to the forums and new to Bitcoin overall, just looking for some advice. My friends have bought packs with USI-tech a few months ago when the price was around £2.5k per coin. I'm looking to get into it but just wondering when to go for it.

I've been waiting for the price to fall which it kind of has now, do I wait it out even longer for it to fork again in November? Or do I just put some money into it now. I've been doing a lot of research before I do anything but just want some opinions on here please.

When you don't know the certainty of a thing, you're said to be taking risk.
In this situation, i would advice that you invest with a capital you know you can path with, such that when the outcome doesn't come out as anticipated, u won't really feel it and when it does come out good, it would still be a win case.
742  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin money? on: October 25, 2017, 12:55:01 PM
Money is a currency maintained by a state or other entity which can guarantee its value.
Now what is currency?
Currency is money or other items used to facilitate transactions.
Going by these two definitions, money is a currency AND currency is money.
Putting bitcoin in this context, actually satisfies the fact that bitcoin is a form of money.
743  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is changing the world. on: October 24, 2017, 03:13:54 PM
I would really agree that bitcoin is changing the world(though it hasn't been accepted globally) because its innovation is completely different from the norm.
744  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Are you in favor of same sex marriage? on: October 23, 2017, 03:22:38 PM
Some countries or state have been accepting this kind of marriage. Here in the Philippines, we do not recognize it as legal or something like that. How about in your country?

I wish to decline on same sex marriage, for it is not biblical and it's against my faith and belief. It is not a legal practice in my country.
745  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Democracy or Dictator ship ? on: October 23, 2017, 04:54:02 AM
If we look at the history some countries got maximum development in Dictator ship while some got maximum development in democratic government. Every system has it's own flaws and benefits. What do you like ? if we talk about the welfare of general people.

Talking about the welfare of the general people, i like democracy because it has to do with political freedom and equality.
746  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Are terrorists only muslim in religion? on: October 22, 2017, 03:17:08 PM
Basically, i think most terrorists are Muslims as a result of their belief which is why they embark on some unlawful violence against people. But there are exemptions(not all share in same thought and embark on violence). The Muslims might be quite much but other religion are involved too in this act.
747  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will bitcoin end? on: October 21, 2017, 02:46:57 PM
Bitcoin right now keeps on increasing its value, and many more cryptocurrencies are occurring.
Do you think someday bitcoin will end or will be replace by other cryptocurrencies?

Is it too late to invest?
Is there a chance that bitcoin will be down?

In the food chain of cryptocurrency, bitcoin is at the top. And for this reason, i don't thing it can be replaced by other cryptocurrencies.
As for if it will end, i don't think so.
748  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it too late to buy bitcoin? on: October 20, 2017, 09:28:36 PM
It is better late than never. I don't think it is too late now to buy bitcoin considering the fact that most people are going into it and as a result of this, it is gaining acceptance and there is every tendency that it's value will still keep appreciating for now.
749  Economy / Speculation / Re: This guy predicts bitcoin to be $20,000 in 2 years. What do you think? on: October 19, 2017, 07:15:22 PM
I think there is no certainty in prediction. As in this case, i would like to use words like "it could be" and "it could not be"
750  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should I invest In Bitcoin? on: October 19, 2017, 05:21:26 PM
I still stand to be corrected, I've not heard or seen anybody that has invested in bitcoin that has not made profit.
I do think you should invest if you have the capital because the prospects are still high.
751  Other / Off-topic / Re: How to make friends ? on: October 18, 2017, 06:54:10 PM
Making friends is not as easy as it seems. But the things you have to know about making friends are as follows:
-It has to do with acceptance i.e accepting both the good and bad qualities of the person.
-Tolerance and
-Sacrifice

753  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Goverment is not recommending to use digital currency such a bitcoin? on: October 14, 2017, 06:14:46 PM
Yesterday I red article regarding digital currency. The article aim to discourage us in using digital currency as these currency is not recognize by our country moneytary institution. What do you think is the reason why  some goverment are discouraging its citizen to use digital currency? Any thoughts.....

It could be of several reasons, one of which is the fact that it cannot be controlled by them. It could also be for the fact that bitcoin as a digital currency hasn't been recognized globally.
754  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How can i convince my client to pay me in bitcoins? on: October 14, 2017, 11:50:47 AM
Hi. I have a client that lives on another side of the planet, in Argentina. He pays for my work via Paypal but it's expensive for me because of each paypal transaction costs and because of converting currencies from Argentinian pesos to USD to EURO. I just lose money  Embarrassed. My client is not into bitcoins. How can i guide him to make him buy Bitcoins with Argentinian pesos (paying with credit card), in a way that he does it quickly and with no complications?

Convincing your client to pay you in bitcoin most especially when he is not into bitcoin might be difficult.
But one way i think you can convince him, is by rending him a service and asking him to pay less, only on the term that he uses bitcoin to make the transaction.
755  Other / Off-topic / Are there books related to Bitcoin? on: October 14, 2017, 06:35:53 AM
I really would like to know if there are bitcoin related books. And by which authors?
756  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why is life so hard/complicated? on: October 13, 2017, 05:21:28 PM
Life is neither hard nor complicated but the things of life are the once hard and complicated.
It is the way you live it that determines how it is going to be for you.
757  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If bitcoin will be used in our daily transactions. on: October 12, 2017, 06:09:05 AM
Before bitcoin can be used to make daily payment in a country, it has to first of all gain acceptance, after which it could be used to make daily transactions.
758  Economy / Speculation / Re: how to predict bitcoin price increase or decrease? on: October 11, 2017, 01:45:50 PM
Bitcoin price increase or decrease could be predicted when proper analysis of the coin is been made i.e knowing what factors are affecting the coin that is causing the increase in price or decrease as the case maybe; the acceptance gained and banned by countries; investment rate and so on.
759  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading Secrets? on: October 11, 2017, 05:29:39 AM
Im curious but are there trading secrets that experienced traders or smart traders have where they dont disclose to the public?

We all know the buy low and sell high concept.  But are there traders who know a few things where regular ppl or even advanced users do not know?

And thus if they reveal these secrets, it would hurt their bottom line as other ppl would do the same?

For example in sportsbetting, there are very smart guys who have very smart angles etc.  Now obviously they would not reveal these secrets or plays because if they do, ppl will all know about it.  Sportsbooks will be aware of it and make adjustments to the line.

So im wondering if there are secrets in trading coins that very few ppl know about and where disclosing it out in public is not a good idea.

Most successful traders really do not disclose their trading secrets for one reason or the other. But a trader once told me that to be a successful trader, you need a good trading platform; you have to do your analysis of the market, knowing the various factors affecting the currency you intend trading; and that you need to have a working strategy that you must have tested overtime.
760  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcoin is not gambling on: October 10, 2017, 12:49:28 PM
Bitcoin in its context is a kind of currency. The way you invest in it, can only determine weather you are gambling or not. The price of Bitcoin fluctuate on a day to day basis and knowing when to buy or sell as to the factors behind the rise and fall in price is a determinant.
The summary of it is that, when you are doing the right thing, you are not gambling. Otherwise, you are said to be gambling.
