I think that Japan is also playing safe in this case. Yes they will accept bitcoin as payment, however legalizing the bitcoin itself as a currency used in Japan may be a risk due to bitcoin's instability. Not legalizing the usage of bitcoin immediately but accepting it as payment is a wise move, in my opinion, for Japan so that they can easily ban bitcoin if they encounter any critical risks.

This is a great news! Japan's full acceptance of bitcoin may contribute to the growth of bitcoin especially in Asia. This could be the start of acknowledging bitcoin as a currency and mode of payment in Asia. Since Japan is known to be one of the advanced countries worldwide with respect to technology, this news may be a milestone for bitcoin. I hope that this news is legit  Smiley

Frankly, do we even care if some people just hate bitcoin? I think that this is not our business. Yes we can enlighten them about bitcoin but we cannot force them to like bitcoin. As for me, it's their loss about hating bitcoin so just let them be.

I personally like the theory but I doubt this being true. We cannot set aside the capabilities of an A.I. but this does not appeals to me that much. The number of lines of code do not prove this theory. Any human being can actually do that, especially to programmers.

Bitcoin's value always vary due to its unstable state. I will not be surprised if you buy 1BTC now with a value of $1000 then later on it became $1500 per BTC. It has been the nature of bitcoin to fluctuate its value more often. And for us, we just need to wait until bitcoin becomes more stable just like we always wanted.

If for instance that Satoshi give his thoughts about bitcoin today, don't you think that this will affect everything? If Satoshi supports hard fork, then a majority of bitcoin user might support hard fork,too. And if this happens, decentralization image of bitcoin may be somewhat be breached. Others may think that Satoshi controls bitcoin. Well these are all big IFs.

For me, Satoshi should stay hidden since he already gave us bitcoin and it is better to stay hidden for some reasons. Satoshi's appearance would greatly affect the point of view of other people. Satoshi's side regarding any issue will influence others. And id this happens, i do not know if this will turn out good or not.
