Without Putin Russia would probably be like Greece right now. But second to him I consider Rodrigo Duterte as a powerful politician since he is also the ASEAN president. Duterte had make a big impact on the world and is on the hotspot by the UN. Lol. Sorry but you have the psychology of a weak man who needs a leader. Both leaders whom you mentioned are dictators.
